      Warning to anyone remotely considering this service. They are a predatory business practice, end of story. It will take an act of congress to stop them from coming by, and they leave no options to self-administer online via the customer portal, it's just a place to put your payment info up so they can ***** off of it as the months go by.

      Horrible experience. I get a knock on my door about 2 months back from a rep with Fox Pest Control out of ********, **. I explained to him that I would agree to have the outside of my home sprayed but I was not interested in being locked into a contract. He said that wasnt a problem and that he needed to take down some information for the invoice that would be emailed to me and for me to sign authorizing treatment for the day. There was no confusion or miscommunication, he understood completely and reassured me that I would not be locking into a contract. We have not seen them since, I have a bill for over $200 and when I tried speaking to them on the phone, I was being told that Im locked into a contract and if I couldnt prove what was said in the conversation between myself and the rep, that there was nothing they could do and Id have to pay the $250 cancellation fee. The rep suggested I speak to a manager but advised that it would most likely make no difference. The manager would not come to the phone because she was leaving for the day (over 20 min before they close) and that I would get a return phone call. Never received a call back. This is ridiculous and a very sleazy way of doing business

      **************** recently has been horrible. We have been calling for a week. Sitting on hold daily for 30 minutes until their voice mail kicks in. Message says calls will be returned in 2 days, no return calls. Also sent web messages without a response. Today after trying unsuccessfully to reach them for a week I chose the option that said I was a new customer. My call was answered in 2 minutes and I was transferred to a dispatcher that picked ** in less than 2 minutes. I truly believe it is unacceptable to treat current customers this way. The only response I was given was that they "are busy." We will be waiting another 5 days to have our ground bee problem taken care of. I sincerely hope they do a good job because it will be impossible to reach them again to come back. No apologies for the delays or anything. We will be looking into a new pest control service.

      This company conducts business over the phone and then texts you their information. I received a text and they asked if I received it and to reply. Next thing I know the told me it is a two year agreement but I was getting a $100 of the initial fee, Told them I do not want the service and never paid any up front fee. The following month they charged my Credit Card Account for the monthly fee. As their agreement states, you have three days to cancel and I cancelled the same day and had to call the ******************* to not accept the charge. I called them after 30 minutes listening to the same thing over and over, I was told someone will call me back in 2 days. If this is not resolved I will contact the ************************ in Mass as they charged my account without a contract and that is FRAUD.

      Just like everyone else I am having issues with Fox Pest Control. They have been billing me for months for a mosquito service that they won't show up and spray for. To make matters worse I also pay for their normal service which they applied to my neighbors house in error. I have been trying to get a hold of them for days. I wait on the line for over **************************************** to leave a message. I get no call back. I have emailed them as well with no response. THIS IS A SCAM SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

      Dont do business with this company techs are not trained management is not trained they cussed at my wife proceeded to call her a liar and then get involved in our conversation about the lack of work theyve done . **** is the manager of the location we used. He made my wife cry not once but twice because he ate his words and she called him on his bs. H*** back his poor excuses of techs misdiagnose pest for a yea. Then when questioned on why they didnt know they hung up on her. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Anything is better than this company. Cussing name calling lying not a company anyone wants to deal with. **** and ****** ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Boycot this company

      Horrible customer service! I had a bee issue and I paid the yearly fee to get rid of them. Called several days after and stated I still had an issue. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone. They told me to call back in a week. I called back still with a horrible bee issue and waited for 30 minutes again to be sent to voicemail and told someone would call me back in 2-3 days. Unacceptable! I paid for a service and you cant even get them to make food by what their contract says.

      Una vez cumplas el contrato de los aos de servicio hacen hasta lo imposible para no contestar la llamada para seguir cobrandote la mensualidad y no puedas cancelar. Dos aos por 6 visitas. Y si quieres un extra van a tu casa pero no los das que tu puedes estar en la casa as que olvidate de que fumiguen dentro de *********** no puedes faltar a tu trabajo. Cobran cuando les da la gana no hay un da especfico. Para mi es la peor compaa. Lo ******************* que tienen es el chico que siempre nos da el servicio. Ya pasaron dos aos y se les dijo un mes antes de que se acabaran los dos aos que queramos cancelar y se han hecho los locos, no devuelven llamadas, no contestan el telfono, llaman para cobrar porque se les cambi la tarjeta donde cobraban y no sabemos como lograron volver a cobrar, a la muchacha que llama a cobrar se le dijo que no queramos mas el servicio y nos dijo que se lo tenamos que decir un mes antes de cancelar o sea ya van dos meses que se le dijo y no cancelan el servicio. Optar por parar el pago en el banco tiene un costo y no tenemos porque hacerlo cuando simplemente se le dijo QUE YA NO QUEREMOS SU SERVICIO! Fuimos a la oficina ********************** y esta est siempre cerrada.

      Horrible! Have been trying to cancel services since the beginning of this year. Called twice and told them I wanted to cancel. Last call was in April and was told I would be charged for *** and it will be my last charge. They again charged me on 8.1.23 and when I called they said they had no record of me calling twice to cancel. They record these calls and said they would try to pull the call records. Now they are saying they have to have IT **** to pull them since they are over a month old. Won't answer my phone call when I call but if I call from a different number they answer. Will not refund my money or tell me how long it will take IT department to find my April phone call when I called to cancel services for the second time. Horrible customer service! A SCAM do not get into contract with them!!!My husband got thru today since he called from his cell and told them to cancel TODAY and was told they can't do that they need a 30 day notice. He said "this is your notice' but they still won't cancel . It is maddening. No telling how many people they have stolen money from in this scam.

      DO NOT book Fox whatever you do!! I have tried to cancel service three times and they came again today!! They are scam artists and every time they come we end up with over 10 wasps INSIDE our home! They keep calling and harassing me to continue service and EVERY time I say I want to cancel. Last call they ASSURED me the service was canceled and today I just got an invoice that they charged to my account and sprayed my house again. I honestly am at my **** end and don't know what else to do to stop them from coming to my home. It is beyond frustrating. I may have to try and stop them through the courts. DO NOT USE FOX. you will be sorry.
