      Salesperson from Fox wanting to sell services entered my open garage and wouldnt leave. Told him we have someone for years and not interested. Had to yell at him to get out. Tried to close garage doors and he blocks it so it wouldnt close. Aggressive sales tactic noted in other reviews and seems to be a normal business practice.

      A salesman showed up to our door at 8:35PM on a Thursday evening. He knocked on the door before ringing the doorbell. I answered and told him I could not speak because my children were sleeping. He proceeded to try to sell me a deal on pest control and said that several of my neighbors were using his company. I asked for a business card or information pamphlet and he said he didn't have any. I am very annoyed and concerned that a company is soliciting business at that hour of the night. I would never use this company for that very reason.

      First, let me state this is the worst or very worst company we made the unfortunate mistake by picking themto spray our property for ticks and mosquitoes. The major problem i believe they have too many customers with very few qualified employees who understand the product thats being sold, and how its applied the customer properly. During the time we were unfortunate to be their customer no one would answer our call every time we called, but each time we were told to tap number 9 and someone would call us back. A call back was between 1 hour to maybe 1 day and some time we never got a call back. The next list describes all the problems we had with this company 1. First call we were told they didnt use organic Spray 2. Second call with a sales person, absolutely we do use organic spray 3. First service call he wanted us to sign a contract he did have organic spray 4. Second service call no organic spray 5. Third service call he had both organic liquid and granular spray, he did a great job covering the property 6. Yesterday service call, first he told us he didnt have granular spray and couldnt get any. When we told him what the last service call did he said he did it completely wrong and sprayed more properly then he should have, even though the first service call walked the property and gave us a price to spray everything. As of yesterday we stopped doing Business with them.

      The door to door salesman who you speak to makes it sound like a great purchase to sign up for the 2 year contract. You get a $200 dollar discount if you sign today for $184.41 for 4 seasonal treatments. You have to give them a card to do autopay. They email you the receipt with a contract that states you are paying $60/** for 2 years and if you cancel before that.you have to repay the $200 discount AND a cancellation fee of $250. You have 3 days to cancel from the day you sign up. IF however, you dont check your email frequently, you are screwed. VERY SHIFTY MARKETING I MIGHT SAY! They went through an entire retirement community with this marketing strategy.

      I truly over the past 3 years have enjoyed Fox Pest Control and ***** is the best Tech I could have. He is a professional and respectful of our house and property. If he has had to come back out it is within 3-5 business days and they spray and place down the granular for ant, spiders, and other insects. ***** thanks man and the calls to make sure we know the day of treatment is awesome truly appreciate the professional work. W ***

      Completely ignored a no solicitation sign in my neighborhood. Asked very politely for the sales person to leave and he said sure with a shot eating grin. ***** rep ******** to go down the block she saying that they would leave.
