      Let me start by saying the technician that comes out, she's really nice. I liked her. But when dealing with the material they use (not working, at all) it's really a waste. They come out every 2-3 months but charge you monthly. The bugs never stop ,doesn't even slow down. When contacted the reps that you deal with over the phone are a joke. They harass and bully you ,when you request to cancel they do not let you cancel and threatened they will continue taking from my account . They make up contracts or add stuff to you contract so I suggest you every so often if you've already let them scam you into a contract, check your paperwork. I was harassed to the point I blocked their emails and they emailed me from another account. They will not speak with you like an adult but hide behind messages. I warn you to not deal with this company. Definitely a mistake

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Fox Pest Control, located at ******, ** ***** for the unethical and deceptive practices that I experienced as a customer. ********************** salesperson visited my residence at Newtown, ** *****. This encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied with the company's integrity and professionalism. I would like to provide a detailed account of my experience as it unfolded. Fox Pest Control representative knocked on my door. This was Memorial Day, a holiday, and my family and I had plans to visit our relatives later in the day. Initially, we had no intention of engaging with sales representatives on that particular day, but we decided to hear the salesperson out. During our conversation, the salesperson assured us that if we signed up for Fox Pest Control's services, they would treat both our front and back yards for pests. This was a key selling point for us, as we were experiencing pest issues in both areas.Wasted Time: Given the promise of a comprehensive pest treatment for both our front and back yards, we decided to inquire further about the service. The salesperson spent approximately 45 minutes at our doorstep explaining the benefits of Fox Pest Control, the pricing structure, and the scheduling process.On a subsequent date, a Fox Pest Control service technician arrived at our residence to perform the pest treatment. To our dismay, the technician informed us that the company does not treat both front and back yards as the salesperson had claimed. This information directly contradicted what we were told during the initial sales visit. The technician spent approximately 30 minutes explaining the limited scope of the service, focusing solely on indoor pest control. This was not the service we had been promised and was a significant departure from our expectations. During the technician's visit, The technician assured us that someone from Fox Pest Control's customer service department would contact us NO ONE DID.

      DO NOT EVER CALL THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS! They have you sign a contract but NEVER explain the terms. After paying an initial payment of $162, a monthly charge of $54 that was never verbally discussed was deducted from my credit card. We were led to believe that there would only be a quarterly charge with the technicians visit. Cancellation cost us $250!!!! I will be putting up signs in my yard to warn my neighborhood against this company.

      DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!. I wanted a one time yellow jacket nest removed, which cost $ ****** plus tax, and next thing I know I somehow was signed up for a binding contract, for which they charge $ ***** a month for, again something I did not want! On top of that, apparently after 3 days, of authorizing for the one time payment of the nest removal, ( or so I thought) and after finding out I was suckered into this contract, it will now cost $ ****** for early termination. They claim they have an A+ with the BBB, after my experience and reading numerous reviews, that is serious B.S. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

      I feel that Fox Pest Control is very dishonest and misleading concerning their business practices. The sales rep came to my house in July, on a Sunday when I was in the middle of gardening. I was hot, sweating and he walks up to me to talk about Fox Pest Control. I feel that the contract is misleading and they only come out to your house if you need them. Yet you pay Them $70.00 to avoid the $280.00 you would pay quarterly. On top of that, if you don't want to continue the service, they charge you $250.00 which he did tell me. I didn't know that The contract was for two years. I feel deceived and the sales rep only wanted my money and a commission. In the end, I feel that I was taken advantage of in the blazing sun on a Sunday and now I'm out $250.00. Companies that are on the up and up don't need to charge you that steep of a cancelation fee unless they're only looking to make money and not care about the customer ****** learned. Do yourself a favor shop around. The contract can also be for one year which I was never told. That is poor business practices.In hindsight, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

      Do not use Fox Pest. *** charged me for future services. They were last at my home over 2 months ago, and only once for the quarter. I have used their service well past the initial year contract, and they still charged me for another quarter in full. They said just keep your appointment so you still receive something for your money. I do not need the service, and if I wanted to, I could call Fox out weekly for the next 2 months and Fox would loose money on this quarterly charge, but I'm not like that. I'm just looking for a company to be fair. Fox is not a fair company. They have earned this 1-star review.

      I 100% do not recommend. They trapped me into a contract, I called them at the start of an issue with ********* ants, the guy didn't really check added baits around the house, came back a few times doing the same thing. Shoot forward 6 months I now have hundreds and hundreds of ants and need to replace a window. I had to get a different company in, who actually ensured they properly sprayed for the ants. Then this company forced me to pay a cancellation fee.It is very hard to get an appointment urgently, if not impossible, earliest is days after you call. When you ask for call back they dont. I do not recommend using this company at all!

      I made an agreement for ten months and the contract will be done on payments that was what the tech told me now they telling me that it was for the whole year and because I didn't call to cancel they automatically put me in another year contract and if I cancel I have to pay $130.00 I think this is a scam they do whatever they want. I don't want they in my house.

      Their service contract and sales tactics are predatory. My elderly parents got scammed out of hundreds of dollars for ONE treatment and then charged an even higher cancellation fee. Everything was done over the phone and they refuse to provide a transcript or the audio of my mother supposedly agreeing to a verbal contract. The local office threatened her when she said she was going to contact her bank. Shes still being charged monthly for services that havent been/arent being provided and paying their cancel fee.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NOT RECOMMENDED They call themselves a green company and don't send any contracts of paperwork that you sign up for. They told me they would email me a copy after the sales rep came to my door. He had me input my information and I put my demographics and email. I took a leap of faith by signing up with this company to work on my yard and I was told that I would be emailed a copy of the contract. I NEVER received one and they told me that they sent it to a madeup email. They kept billing me and after multiple attempts to speak to someone, I got the runarounds, over and over again. They don't have a customer service department, only account management/billing. They are truly awful. I asked to speak with a manager, they put me on with an accounts payable manager - THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and refused to escalate this to upper management, telling me that they will tell me the same. Completely dismissive and unprofessional, needless to say unethical company. Please BE CAREFUL. NOT RECOMMENDED. GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
