      Horrible! They do not help you fix anything. They have kept me on the phone for over 2 hours and I have tried for over 2 weeks to close my account due to the horrible customer service. Then they continue to add money to my bill when I have continued to try and close my account. Worst company and they will scam you out of money. Do not use this company

      This company is horrible! Price they said is not the price they are taking from my account! Sales rep lied to us. Telling us our payment would be one thing and no setup charge, one month free! Tried several times to get ahold of him and it was always Ill get back to you shortly and never does. I did get ahold of him and he said he was going to give us a ****** gift card, 2 months free! Nothing was done and no further communication with him. Would never buy from this company again!! Be ware!

      My door bell camera was stolen so I was inquiring about a replacement because I have the warranty. I was told that I had to repurchase the camera for a discounted fee $200 because I physically do not have the doorbell. However the police was able to retrieve the camera so I do have the doorbell so Vivint is saying this is not under warranty and I have to pay for a technician to come out in the amount of $100. I'm confused to what the warranty actually covers.

      Horrible experience from start to finish. Installer tore up walls and did not put cameras in proper spot. Every time I payed a bill on the equipment I had to call the credit company directly as mobile/online payments wouldnt process through Vivint. After less than a year the outdoor camera stopped worked. And to top it all off, if you cancel their monthly subscription the system is entirely useless! I paid $3500 for a system that I literally cannot use unless I have an active subscription

      I have the same complaint as everyone else on here. Vivant is still charging me even though mycontract is up, I have called multiple times trying to cancel and all the equipment is paid off! I moved 6 months ago and they are still charging me. This company and their shady a** business practices are why the do not have an actual rating on here. I will never use this company again and currently working on a suit against them.

      Genuinely one of the worst security systems. Everything promised has been subpar or an outright lie. From the contract signed for the equipment to the promise of tech support if the way they manage their customer support is an kind of reflection of their ability to monitor the safety and security of your home you may as well not have anything.

      Is there a negative rating?!? I've been a Vivint customer for over 10 years and the equipment is not reliable. I threw the equipment away and tried to cancel the service. I spoke to 3 different people after being on hold for long periods of time. They kept trying to give me discounts and said they would send a technician to my house. I told them I don't want that, I just want to cancel my service. They kept asking for reasons why and would offer more promotions. Finally after all that, they said that I would have to email a cancellation request. I did that and the response was to wait another 30 days for an account review. Meanwhile, they would send me emails and text messages to refer friends to them for a discount. (Ha!!) Then the "account manager" called me to offer more promotions when I told her I just wanted to cancel the service! I was not aware that it could be this hard to cancel a service I pay for! Also, you cannot delete your debit/credit card on your account without having some other form of payment on there. So, I put a different card on there and locked that card so they cannot take my money any longer. They still haven't cancelled the service but atleast they don't have my money now. I still get calls and emails from them offering promotions and discounts! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! What a horrible company! Bad service and bad equipment!! Beware!

      called them about 1-2 weeks ago about canceling my account, and was told there was no cancelation fee, so when i called today 7/29/2024 was told there is a cancelation fee, after going back and forth with lady on phone was told her supervisor said they can reduce that by half, i told here i was not paying anything and we can go from there. supposal waiting on them to look into this, gave them 3 business days. guess will see

      I cant access my account on the app and online for years. If English is not your 1st language, dont use Vivint. Do not call them on the phone. Make sure everything is documented.

      This was a terrible experience. This company has so many lies from salesman to customer service. The salesman was not polite. He knocked the door during the weekend. When I opened the door, he walked straightly into my house without my permission. I am old and just fell for this *****************. The salesman didn't explain clearly to me on the price. The total price is higher than what they promised. I called the customer service. The customer service said they will give me a discount on my monthly service fee because I paid high price on the equipment. But they never give me the discount on my online bills. I called them again and again. Every time I called them, the customer service people were nice and promised me again and again, but they never implement what they promised.
