      If a person could give a zero this company wouldn't even earn that. Bunch of bold face liars for sales people. Weak little salesman Hyruim straight lied to you then won't even man up to answer request from his own company much less the customer. Then customer service is a bag of you know what and is no help. When you call them out they refuse to respond either

      I've had this company for over 8 years and unfortunately the last 5 have been the worst, the equipment has been more defective but more than that the shady business tactics are the main issue. I have been baited and switched with the *** they sold it with the understanding that I could get a technician when needed but after paying for almost a year when I had an issue they wanted to deny me a technician as well as say if they send one it would be an extra 99 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in these tactics and will be ending my service with them this year

      I have used their services since 2020 between two homes. Their app as gotten progressively worst and glitchier in the past two years. Additionally, I am canceling my services now (2025) due to moving and they continue to try to charge me even though I called awhile back for cancelation. Each time I call they toss me around from transfer to transfer of people that barely speak any English. The fact that I call for cancelation of services and reimbursement and they continue to try to say, "well you can transfer services to where you are moving" or " well have you thought of buying new/more equipment?". NO, I JUST WANT IT TO STOP SERVICE AND TO NOT GET CHARGED ANYMORE!!! Stop arguing with a long time customer. Terrible company structure and God-awful customer service!!!!

      Horrible experience door salesman is misleading can never talk to a manager always a representative asking questions they force you to keep their equipment so you have to downsize which is still expensive they won't cancel they say if you cancel you will be still liable for the price of the equipment even if you return everything they apply for a credit card in your name without your approval with the company that there working with just forcing a bill on you I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone just a very Horrible experience

      Worst security company. All the times I spent speaking to different agents to get something simple done! If youre moving they require proof! ***! I shouldnt have to send them anything I dont want the service and that should be it. They are a scam be careful signing anything with them because they trick you into signing a long lease. When I try to look at the cameras using my app it goes extremely slow even when Im home it takes forever to load! *********** I *****. Charge you for everything even coming out after moving to install it. They are c*** stay away from them.

      Check out your profile on ****** ******* ****** just now Vivant was the biggest pain in the neck and cost me a fortune. The equipment was junk, barely worked half the time, and they wanted over a hundred dollars just for a service call! Their contracts are a rip-off, and the financing company even spoke poorly of them and was ending ties with them. The worst thing, though, was having to get a new debit card because they withdrew money from my account without my consent.

      We were scammed by Vivint! A gentleman came to our door and had us get the security system. He said that the equipment was covered by them but in reality they put us in a $3000 LOAN. We didn't know this until we got a credit card in the mail with a $3000 balance on it! I called to cancel and they said I would owe $4000 to them and the bank. This was fraud if you ask me. I demand a response from Vivint that they let me cancel. They can come get their equipment if they want but I'm not paying on a loan I was tricked into taking out!

      Guys dont buy vivint. I was told my appointment got canceled by two different guys and my money was to be returned *************************************************************************** wait it never got canceled and I can issue a refund which will take another 5-10 days!

      Vivint = Policy Over People After 8+ years with Vivint, I tried to cancel my account in February when I moved. The *** refused to cancel and insisted on a 2-month pause while I found the new homeownerswhom I clearly said I did not know. I wasnt living there anymore, and I wanted to be ******** in May, theyre charging me $45 because I didnt provide information I never had. I was told by a new *** that even if I spoke to a manager, nothing would change. So Im being forced to pay for a service I havent used in months, all because they wouldnt honor my original request to cancel.I was calm, clear, and respectful through multiple conversations. Vivint was rigid, dismissive, and tone-deaf. Their *** ignored my instructions, and now Im being penalized for it. This is not how you treat loyal ******************************** lost me for good. Ill never recommend them. Policy shouldnt matter more than people.

      Horrible experience the sales person lied about everything and I believe stole the door cameral the next day. I signed up and the sales person says I have 30 days to cancel and when I call to cancel they tell me I cant cancel. The cameras that they gave me always freezes or disconnect. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they have repeatedly ignore my cancellation request and continue to charge me on a monthly basis for a service i no longer use because the equipment does not work
