      You company lies costumer service what to arguer with you said it would be free if a sign was put up told *** didn't wont a loan then was told that the first 2 months where free but I got bill

      I got fraud from vivint I want to report this company for fraudulent practices. I didnt know about this company thats why I fail for it, these people just tell you lies about their services they want you to sign the contract by offering you days to try it and when you decide to cancel they wont let you, they didnt sent me the notice of cancellation it doesnt have a signature so that means I never sign it and I didnt know about how many days there were given me because the salesman told me I had ************************************************************************************************************************* an extension of 32 days but he never answered my calls or msgs because he knew he did fraud on me. This company is BS dont trust these people!!!

      I have tried to cancel their service 3 times because their equipment does not work according to their own technician. That way in May 2025. Viviint would not cancel my month to month payments. Every time I called they tried to get me to continue service instead of canceling. The last time I called in July 2025 after refusing offers for well over 3 hours I was told I couldnt cancel because they were processing a credit. Now September 2025, I cant cancel because I have an outstanding balance. I told Im not paying for something that does not work and send it ti collections. They refuse and want to keep billing me for a service they are not providing. Viviint is a scam!! Im not paying a dime for a service not provided, especially when they admit the equipment does not work.

      0 ****************************************** has been completely unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative in their dealings with me. They charged me for services that were never completed, yet demanded payment as if the job had been finished. To make matters worse, the installation technician pushed an insurance deal on me at the time of installation. Later, when I contacted customer service about an equipment issue, the representative not only failed to resolve the problem but also texted me directly to scold me for obtaining the insurance package through the installer instead of through her.This behavior was insulting, passive-aggressive, and highly unprofessional. No customer should ever be made to feel shamed, manipulated, or wronged simply for following what an employee offered during installation. On top of this, the company had the audacity to bill me early for an installation that wasnt even complete.Vivint has created an extremely uncomfortable and hostile experience for me as a customer. Their actions reflect a disturbing lack of integrity, accountability, and respect. I feel deceived, harassed, and outright mistreated. I am filing this complaint with the BBB because I want it to be on record that I have been severely dissatisfied with Vivints practices, and I strongly urge that corrective action be taken against this company for their unprofessional and unethical conduct.

      Sales representatives are aggressive with their tactics to get sales. Representative completed the paperwork for me and told me that Id recieve a copy via email and that I would have 30 days to decide if I wanted to cancel service. Both were lies now Im stuck with expensive equipment, a hard credit inquiry, and more debt! They do not respond or resolve issues

      Awful. The video replay usually does not work when you need it. In case of an emergency, youre out of luck. I had a chance to cancel when my contract expired but I didnt because the older equipment worked fairly well. I unfortunately let them talk me into upgradingOMG the biggest mistake! Contacting customer service is frustrating and useless. When the reboot doesnt work they want to charge you for a service visit. The problem persists. No video replay. Get a watch dog or any other form of security because this company doesnt give a *%@! about your safety. RUN AWAY!

      System barely works. They claim its a problem with our internet but we had ADT for 6 years and never had connection issues. If you are late with a payment by 1 day - they remove your access to their website making it difficult to make a payment. Their automated system is no good either and cannot understand the prompts given. Thus causing them to charge you late fees. Difficult to contact a live person and when you do, it is out-sourced and they cannot understand you half the time. They lack in customer service quality because they don't have high expectations of their employees in a 3rd world country. They hang up on you if you speak english too fast or they put you on mute and you catch the half end of their laughs. This issue has been going on for over a year. I am biting the bullet and closing out on my contract early and switching back to ***. Stay away from this company. They never have customer service available in the ****** NEVER...unless you are new and their sales team answers but they, too, are a 3rd party and only know so much. Don't be fooled by their cool gadgets and fun talk. I gave this company a chance for 2 years. I am running back to ***.

      0 star. Have called customer service and their only tactic is placing you on hold for over an hour each time. Absolute joke, do not get suckered in.

      I paid $6000 for a security system that does not work. I have been having problems with my cameras for over a year and they will not help me when I call in. All they do is try to sell me more stuff. They are an awful company. Ive had six technicians come out and they all say that they fix the problem with their boss, but they never fix the problem. Now theyre telling me that my problem is is I have generation one and generation two cameras they did not tell me that there was a compatibility when I bought the generation two camera cameras they told me I needed to buy a $300 switch to make their equipment work properly. I bought the $300 switch and my system still does not work.

      Unauthorized payments from MY bank account! If I could rate them a (0) I would! I called Vivant for technicial support for a door sensor that I could not install even with tech support. The **** told me he would send a Tech out to fix it at no charge. Not to mention, I'm paying for a Vivant protection plan! After the Tech came and fixed the door sensor, Vivant charged my card for repairs for unauthorized charges. I never approved for them to debit my card. I spoke with a **** from vivant and they told me they would look into the matter and get back with me on the charges. They stated there was no documentation from the **** I spoke with earlier about tech support before they sent the tech to my home. I'm assuming the **** didn't want his supervisor to know that he couldn't repair the problem I was having for the install of the sensor! I'm still waiting on a call about the charges to my card! I have been with this company for many years and have always given them a 5 star rating, but not anymore!
