      If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given the option to try out Vivint on 11/15/22. I had some reservations because we already had a security system but our sales guy seemed to answer all my questions and let us know that if we dont like we can cancel within 7 days. When ************** arrived that night to install the equipment I was still feeling weary but he assured me that if we dont like the security that we can cancel. I asked if they would put back up our old security system and ************** told me that they are not allowed to, but that vivint would cover the cost of reinstallation of our old security system.I wasnt a fan of the security system provided by vivint for menial reasons but never the less a few days later (11/21/22) I wanted to cancel. I called up my current provider and they came and reinstalled their equipment for a very hefty price. I emailed this work order to vivint and waited to hear back. They called to confirm my cancel that week but every time I answered the phone no one was on the other line. When I called back, it would ring and then hang up. I received an email that said if I do not contact them I would be responsible for the amount for the equipment and to contact them. When I clicked the contact us on the email, I was met with if you know your partys extension and then again was hung up on. On 11/29/22 I called to confirm how they would be paying me back for the reinstall and was told there is nothing they can do for me and the technician shouldnt have promised that. I am now out 500$ and very frustrated. No one told me that they wouldnt be paying us back for this reinstall. I would have never taken the chance on their equipment if I knew I would be out a significant amount of money. This whole process was absolutely frustrating and I would never choose vivint as my security provider.

      Same issue for a month they don't give any feedback as to what's happening. I do all the calling and have been gotten off the phone with a promise of a follow up call. Nov 14 a supervisor named ****** text me so I texted him back with a time we could talk and have not heard from him since. I want Corporate to call me and void my contract which ends in **** in the mean time so charging my account until me system is fixed. It has Decoder video error which they said is a known problem on Android phones but the did not tell me this when they came to my home and sold it to me.

      You can't get ahold of anyone. **************** is worthless.My wallet was stolen and i changed my account 3 times and they keep s******* it up . CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!!!!

      Scan.Employees are overdosed on much fluoride.Refunds are denied Product doesn't work as it should.Time issues Missing footage Important life altering product.Don't buy
