      FedEx did absolutely nothing about my package being stolen and my name being forged. I am in the process of suing FedEx because of poor communication and still allowing a man whole stole from me on company time! My story will be heard even if I gotta take it to the news. I will be heard and I can save others from that type of situation!! FedEx is trash they hire anything

      They should give an option for zero stars cuz they arent even worthy of 1 star. Absolute worst delivery service ever. Not once have they delivered a package to me at the shipping address I supplied. My home address is not complicated what so ever, decided to try having Items delivered to me at work instead, given that there is an actual suite numberhow can you s**** that up? They did! Delivered my package to who knows where, got a signature from some random person and here I am again, fighting with the store that I ordered from, fighting with FedEx Im so over it! Now, I wont ever order from stores that I know use FedEx again cuz they are incompetent and I never receive my orders.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. We sent time sensitive documents overnight. It has now been three days and our documents still haven't arrived to the destination. Beyond frustrating!

      I have been using FedEx for the last 18 years and their delivery has gone to the dump. I would in the legal field and we have used it to closing and the like. You pay for a service to be overnighted and it winds up in the wrong county because the counter people are not watching what they are doing. Or because a driver is not honoring the priority service you paid for. Saying that to say people are sending all kinds of things and if FedEx could not honor the requested delivery due to Residential or the like then it should not even be an option to choose and people could take their business elsewhere to someone that can deliver. When you must call to speak with someone to get to the bottom of where and why's of your package you cant even get through the automated system! When you finally break through the system all you get is a bunch of I'm sorry and repeating to you things you already know as to when and where the package is using the same tracking system they gave you to track. I know that we are all busy tired and feeling over worked at times. But we really need to do better. You have no idea whos life you may be holding in your hands.

      $148 dollars was spent to have much needed medical supplies sent overnight. Its was past the time it was supposed to be delivered. I had to call off work without pay to take care of this. The customer service agent sounded like an auctioneer trying to get me off the phone. Im not sure if this will be received today or not.

      The Fedex drivers are the only carriers to not deliver to my home. They leave packages at mailboxes at the end of the road. (Which is illegal per **** regulations. They are using **** designated domain) Packages are stolen and claims are never resolved. They refuse to help. Customer service is horrible and they dont help, one tried to tell me my money was on its way for a stolen package. ****! He then told me to talk to my local 'security' to get help. Guess he meant the police. Worst carriers out there!

      El da de **** y el da ****** todos los paquetes que e recibido me los han dejado en la calle , A travs de las cmaras de mi casa e visto cuando llega el conductor , deja los paquetes fuera y se va , los paquetes tiene un nmero telefnico y los carros de FedEx tienen claxon , por qu no llaman a las personas para que recojan su paquete , se lo dije al conducto y me respondi muy groseramente , si el paquete se pierde o se lo roban simplente FEDEX ES RESPONSABLE POR EL MAL TRABAJO QUE EST HACIENDO , en la casa habamos personas y no vimos por las cmaras ( pero y si no hubiera nadie ?) por qu ***** los paquetes fuera de las casas , es lamentable el mal trabajo y tambin la mala conducta de los trabajadores o delivery s de FedEx , repartir paquetes no es repartir pizza ( los paquetes y las carta , son proteccin federal ) dejarlos fuera o en la calle y que se pierdan es responsabilidad de quien los est repartiendo . En tiempo de paquetes como navidad , fechas festivas , los que entregan paquete deben asegurarse que el costumer reciba su paquete ??.

      Do not use. Employees steal packages. Customer service is overseas and useless. Missing 30/06 hunting rifle. Good luck innocent bystanders and victims in the ************* area.*************************************************************

      FEDEX is the worst out there. I was to receive a package on 10-25-25. It was delivered to the wrong address with a photo. I called and FEDEX says nothing we can do. Then I filed a claim online. After several other calls I am told I can not file a claim. That it has to be the shipper to file on my behalf. After they gave me the claim #. And the photos of my house and the picture where they left the package was included in the email clearly shows it was NOT my place.

      I sent a package and it was supposed to go overseas, I got my package back within a month and it was held at customs and cost me ****** for a package that was 1.75 kilograms
