      This past week I have had a package to be delivered. For three days in a row I received a text saying that it couldnt be delivered due to bad weather. It was on the delivery truck to be delivered each one of the three days. The first attempt was last Tuesday. It is now Monday of the following week. No delivery or update on a delivery date. It is just sitting at the shipping center. There also was no bad weather. I am beyond angry. Having been in a delivery position myself, this is simply laziness on the driver part.

      Absolutely the worst delivery company. This is the 3rd delivery in a row that have delayed due to incompetency. This they delivery driver had the audacity to say that he attempted to deliver my package. He infect did not knock on my door. He then also took a photo just a black screen to show that he tried to deliver it. Its always something with this company. The only time I use them is when Im forced to by the company Im buying from. Just absolute trash.

      I have had 5 separate packages to be delivered and each day of delivery I get a notice that my package is out for delivery. By the end of the day, I see that they push my delivery date to the next day with the claim "No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day." It took three additional days to get my package last week and this is happening now with all my FedEx packages shipped ground. It took 6 days for a package that I paid for Next Day Air. I was told by one of the drop off centers that there is a driver in my area that stated she is part-time and anything past 4 hours of driving she won't deliver. I don't even get a choice to pick up my packages somewhere to receive them the day originally scheduled. I will stop using vendors that only use FedEx because we don't have this issue with *** or ***** It is impossible to speak to anyone in customer service regarding this as I keep getting a computer tree generated response that tells me my packages are being delivered as scheduled then the call is disconnected. Terrible service from start to finish with no way to talk to a person.

      Be aware of Fedex employees that are scammers !If I could give FedEx a zero negative rating, I absolutely would. My recent experience has been one of the most unacceptable and alarming failures I have ever encountered from any delivery service. Two of my packages were marked as delivered, yet they were left at a completely incorrect address an address not even located within my community. This goes far beyond a simple mistake and represents a serious breakdown in delivery accuracy and responsibility. When I contacted FedEx, I was told that the driver would retrieve my packages from the incorrect location and deliver them to correct location . The next day, I was informed that FedEx was trying to reach the driver and could no longer reach the driver. How could you not reach your driver FedEx when you employed these drivers? For a major corporation, the inability to contact a driver and provide any accountability for customers items is both concerning and unacceptable. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of urgency and transparency. No updates, no accountability, and no real solutions have been offered. Given the circumstances, it raises legitimate concerns about whether there may be improper and suspicious activity occurring within the delivery process. These events do not align with what anyone would consider a routine delivery error. This entire situation has been stressful, frustrating, and extremely unprofessional. It has completely destroyed my confidence in FedExs ability to deliver packages securely and reliably. I am requesting immediate escalation to a higher level representative, a thorough investigation into both the handling of my packages and the drivers actions, and a clear explanation of how a situation this concerning was allowed to occur. At the very least, customers deserve honesty, accountability, and secure delivery practices. If negative zero stars were an option, FedEx would have earned it.

      I have filed numerous complaints against this company for failure to pick up my overnight express packages on time. I lost hundreds of dollars, endured damage to my personal business and been completely ignored by the managers in charge. Nothing is being done! Today was the 8th time (with the same driver) and I'm FED UP WITH FED EX!!!

      **************** shady!! came to my house to deliver and did not have package showed me a picture of the package and I cannot get a live person! called and even asked for call back no call back! AI is awful does not work! I was told they tried to deliver and they could not because I was not available but I was sitting right next to my front door!!

      Not reliable, customer service Not good at all! Very inconsistent not knowing if I will get my delivery or not. They have lost several of my packages and does not take responsibility of it!!!!

      I received an email at 7:49pm on December 6th stating that my package had arrived at 7:24. Thankfully I paid through ****** on the **** app, I'm going to get my money back that's no issue. The issue is that I didn't receive an email about the package until almost 30 minutes after delivery, immediately upon receiving the email I checked for the package, checked my porch and surrounding neighbor's porches and even the leasing office yet it was nowhere to be found, and FedEx's customer service is useless. Why the Better Business Bureau rates FedEx at an A+ with 642 pages of one star reviews is utterly baffling. Someone should do something about FedEx, and because the Better Business Bureau is misleading people by rating FedEx as A+, someone should do something about the Better Business Bureau.

      The worst company I know of. Zero customer support, zero liability, constantly lying to customers about shipment status. How much worse can it get?I had an over $4000 device shipped to me with a tracking no. I cannot list here. After the original delivery date/time was passed, the status got updated to a later time the same day, then the status was changed to pretty much "we don't know where it is, we don't know if or when you will ever get your package" and there is nobody at this shitshow "company" that can be called to check where these morons lost the package. They simply DO NOT CARE.I will lose several thousand Dollars in Christmas-revenues due to this machine not being delivered on time.I wish our government would take action against these crooked and useless companies.

      12/6/25 When tracking our packages - The tracking status said "Delivery Attempted" -"But No One Was Home" This Is completely FALSE. No one ever came and we waited all day for our packages This is not the 1st time this has happened. Had reschedule delivery to a Fed Ex Pick Up Location which took another 2 days. Also never could get a live person to get help
