      FedEx delivers our ********* autoshipments and we live on a hill with steps up to our house and no driveway. The delivery instructions that Chewy provides FedEx specify that packages be delivered to our front door. (It's even on the shipping label.) Totally disregarding those instructions, the driver consistently leaves the packages on the steps near the street and then reports that the packages have been delivered to the front door. These are packages that I can carry as a middle-aged woman, so the weight of the packages is not the issue. It's the lying on the part of the delivery driver and the total disregard for our request that the boxes be left at the front door that galls me. The packages are also left close to the sidewalk where they are in danger of being stolen. I really wish that ***** would change delivery carriers and I have told them so. I am so aggravated with FedEx. They used to be a reliable company, but that was years ago.

      I'm in my 80's . I had a device shipped to my home because I don't drive. Fedex email me stating they would deliver my package Monday August 18th 2025. It is now Saturday August 25, *************************************** the FedEx warehouse.They told me that try to deliver it Monday but I wasn't at home yes i was If the driver had tried to deliver it my little dog would have barked. So I contacted the seller and she shipped it *** No Problems and I have had my device for a while now. If I need anything else shipped it will be the little brown truck for me.

      Fedex has got horrendously bad over the last couple of years. I have a 100 pound 4x2x3 package that they sent to the wrong location so I opened a case. 6 days now and no updates. I will never purchase anything else if they use FedEx.

      My 2 pkgs misdelivered. Proof of delivery photos are not my residence. Got msgs from Fed Ex, closing my ticket, as packages were delivered correctly. I sent pic of my home..nothing like photo they sent. Also, history of them leaving pkgs not mine on my porch and I had to play delivery person. Looking at the overall rating, guess Fed Ex doesn't care. What an incompetent bunch of people!

      Tried to call to find out where a package is that had changed delivery 3 times and did not get an answer. This is one of the worst delivery services out of *** and **** that there is. I have NEVER received a package on time from them. I don't know why anyone uses them.

      My package was 3 hours away from me the day of my delivery on aug the 20th of 2025. It's now aug 22 and my package is now almost 8 hrs out and 2 states away. No excuses in 2025 for this c*** How does my item keep getting scanned at these delivery facilities and nobodies stopping it? Like "hey this package is going heading in the opposite direction and multiple states away we should fix this". It feels like 5 year old child with learning disabilities is running the show at FedEx. The horror stories coming from this place is crazy and we all know FedEx on time rate isn't no 97%. All the reviews on multiple sites from tens of thousands of people saying the exact same thing is scary. For years this has been happening and it looks like FedEx could care less about their customers.

      My package has been sitting in the local distribution warehouse to be sent for delivery for 5 days now. The warehouse is only 10 miles away. Several FedEx deliveries have been made near my location every day this week. The customer service is only a robot without any option to speak with a representative. This is the last time I order anything that delivers via FedEx.

      I wish I could give zero stars because that's what they deserve in my opinion. The worst experience of any delivery service. I was home on afternoons of Aug. 22, 2025. FedEx was to deliver a package I had ordered. Never did FedEx ever buzz my doorbell, knock on my door, just put a note that I was not home at the time of delivery. When I called them not even 10 mins later, they said the driver had left and would be back on Aug *******. The worst customer service ever. You just go around in circles, and I couldnt get a delivery time for the next day. If I ever order anything from a company that use FedEx am walking out, you will not get my business if you use as FedEx as the shipper.

      FedEx NEVER EVER delivers on time! I sure wish companies would give an option to choose FedEx or ***. When you pay for a product to be shipped it should arrive ON TIME not a week or more later, if you ever get it at all. They should stop offering ground delivery if they can't hire responsible employees to actually do their job, be prompt and handle packages with care!

      I paid $113 for "overnight priority express" shipping as I was told it would be delivered overnight by 10:30am. Because this required signature, the recipient waited by door until 10:30am. There was no delivery by the original time given/missed by Fedex. Instead the delivery came after 11am, by which time the recipient had stepped away. This delivery was missed as FedEx did NOT honor the original timing and instead changed the time without informing us. Fedex was continuously contacted, they gave another time of 5pm or so, and again the receipient waited by the door until 5pm, and did not receive anything. Fedex was called again, and they informed us that no delivery until next day now. By the time this delivery was received the goods were also ruined. Completely disgusted by FedEx and its automated robotic employees who stick to the script of "I am sorry, cannot do anything. I am sorry, I am sorry." They would not even pass the call to anyone in any supervisory position for any discussion. Completely disgusted by FedEx. ****************.
