      Very poor delivery service. Sent an email with delivery date and window of time. No show. No communication at all. Just didnt show up. I can honestly say Ive never had a good experience with Fedex

      Delivered a package to the wrong address. No clue who received my package. So I called where I ordered and they resent it. After I had spoken to FedEx, they delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. Id say worse shipper that will ever exist

      UNRELIABLE AND OVERPAID I paid for overnight delivery. The next day I checked the status of my package and it was stuck in *******. I called and luckily found the only person answering phones - planes broke - "not my problem - put on another plane" - then I want a credit for payment - we'll have somebody call you - STILL WAITING. Luckily my package did make it (legal documents).There is no way to talk to someone and if you do get hold of a person - we'll send you an invoice - I PAID BY CREDIT CARD - I WANT a credit for overpayment - went on FB and was given directions - THEY DON'T WORK.Fedex makes it impossible to get help, I think they have a profit line item for overpayments for services - making a mint. It's bad when the **** handles packages better the Fedex. IF IT HAS TO BE THERE OVERNIGHT - DRIVE IT ************* of experience: July 28, 2025

      Fed ex offers no way to track or contact fed ex facilities where a lost or delayed (for no apparent reason) package can be located. The call center workers have no information. They are also unable to track or contact fed ex facilities about a lost or delayed package. This is the third time I have used overnight shipping and the third time all the calls to customer service have not been able to explain the absence of tracking of my overnight package carrying time sensitive information. I will never use this service again. Corporate should be ashamed by their treatment of trusting consumers.

      Yesterday there was a slip on my door asking for delivery. So today I took off early from work to receive the package. I have been waiting for this package almost all day so I decided to look online to see where it was at. It shows that there was an attempt to deliver at 1:24 pm I know this to be false. My ring doorbell camera did not pick up anything. There was no knock at the door. No attempt made. After calling customer service they said that they would make sure my complaint was heard. It was absolutely not heard. They told me to sign the back of if I wanted them to drop it off. Even though it says on the slip that it cannot be. I have no proof that there was an attempt today and I am sick and tired of having to wait around for a package that they dont even care to try and deliver. On the slip it states that if I sign for it I am responsible for the package which leads me to believe that there is something that had happened to the package and they can blame me for the condition of the package. They need to be held accountable for this. I am so irate right now.

      I needed to overnight some important legal documents to my son on a Saturday late afternoon. I went to the local fed ex office and paid $126.08 for Fed Ex to deliver to my son on Monday morning before 8:30am. It is now Friday and my package with very important legal documents is lost. I have called Fed Ex numerous time and no one knows where my package is. I have also tried numerous times to file a claim via their website and have not been successful. It lets me get to the upload a pic of the receipt and then it freezes. This is very frustrating because the legal documents are gone and I can not get my money back for losing those important documents. I will never use Fed Ex again and if the Post office is closed I will wait until it opens. If they never find my documents I will have a much bigger worry on my hands.

      Took off 1/2 of work to wait for a signature required delivery. After the arrival time lapsed it was changed to end of day. When the driver showed up at 645 that evening he did not have my package. Called fed ex to attempt to pick up package at warehouse because I cannot take another day off yo wait for package. They continue to blame the shipper and not themselves! Its really sad that they do not care a thing about the customer

      Have been waiting on an alternator for my daily driving car for a week. Last update I received is that it is in ** about 2 hours away but when I call for updates I can't speak to anyone or even change the shipment to facility pickup so I can drive the rental to a nearby facility. I can't talk to a person, I cant get a refund, they have no delivery updates besides the part has been at the facility for 4 days now.
