      Package was "lost" while out for delivery. Would not start an investigation for the lost package. Customer service was exceptionally rude unwilling to work with me as the customer. Even with the package "out for delivery" for a week, they never tried to communicate that the package was lost.

      Paid for two day delivery, very expensive and a must for delivery, got delivered on day three. Package had fragile stickers all over it, it did not matter, box was crushed. Got no where with customer service, other than they are sorry. No one said it could take longer than the two day payment. Why pay for two days if theres the possibility of being delivered on day three or four? Would have been cheaper to go on a plane and hand delivered the package. Think twice before using this service.

      I purchased FedEx ************************** for a package shipped on July 25, 2025 with a guaranteed delivery of July 28, 2025 by 1:30 PM. Instead the package has been repeatedly delayed and is now scheduled for delivery on July 30, 2025 two full business days late.The tracking history shows the package was already in ********, ** on the morning of July 28 and marked On the way yet it was never delivered. Instead FedEx sent it back to ***** and pushed the delivery date further. This is a clear failure under the Money Back Guarantee for Priority Overnight.When I contacted FedEx via their online chat I explained that I am disabled and cannot use the phone and therefore require accessible chat support. Despite this the system ignored my request gave contradictory answers and refused to connect me to a live representative. This left me with no way to resolve the issue or claim a refund.FedEx not only failed to provide the premium overnight service it sold but also failed in providing reasonable *** accommodations for a disabled customer. I was left without access without resolution and without the service I paid for.I am requesting a full refund of the Priority Overnight charges and an acknowledgment and correction of FedExs *** accessibility failure in customer support.This experience was both a contractual failure and an accessibility violation and FedEx should be held accountable.

      I would leave negative starts if I could. FedEx is the joke of the shipping industry. Dont give these lazy f*cks a dime. Ive NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE THOUSANDS OF PACKAGES IVE RECEIVED FROM FEDEX. I BET A DONKEY WOULD GET IT TO ME FASTER *** IN BETTER SHAPE. THERE delivery date is never correct ALWAYS off by a day or even more. What a laughing stock of a company shut em down

      If I could do zero stars, I would. **************** Never deliver on time, broken tracking system, says it will be delivered on a certain day but when it gets close to destination tracking vanishes and is pushed back to the next day. I despise fedex shipping so much that if a business uses them for shipping then I simply wont order anything from them. Worst shipping company ever!!!

      17 days after my package delivery date. Still no package . Every day get a text that states operational delay will deliver with the next days date. I have this going with 2 separate deliveries. Both state Operational Delay. I see the FEDEX truck go by daily but no package delivered to my address. Tried calling Fedex customer service. ***** it may be oversees representative did not speak english very well. She kept saying on truck for deliver. I know it has been listed on the truck for delivery since July 12. I even get photos of the driver that is supposed to do the delivery . But next day get operational delay text and no package. Suggest FedEx get out of the delivery business and let the professionals *** deliver. I will no longer order items that list FEDEX as the delivery option. No help from the customer service department either.

      FedEx Had To Be The Worst Company In The ***! If Anything I Decide To Order Says Its Being Delivered By FedEx Ill Just Cancel The Order. *** Or The Postal Service Is The Only Trustworthy Mailing Service You Can Use. FedEx Count Your Days! Sincerely A ****** Off Customer Waiting On A Package Passed The Expected Date!
