      Fedex is the most unreliable shipping company. Irresponsible. Seems they can't get their c*** together. Had a grill delivered box open parts missing. Had another box covered and soaked in something. They dont care how they handle your packages. They throw them on porches. Idk how they are still in business

      If you can avoid deliveries with FedEx you better. They are the absolute worst. They changed the address on the label that I had the shipper use. Why??? No one authorized them to change anything. That should be against the law. Now, I have been waiting on a package that should have been delivered 5 days ago. When I look at the tracking updates it just says delayed. Ive called numerous times just wanting to know if I can just pick it up from the facility where the tracking update says its located. I go to facility anyway and guess what?! They couldnt find the package anywhere. This is incompetence at is best. And the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I still want to know why they changed the address of the label. I believe Ill file a lawsuit. Because this is ridiculous. If I could 0 stars I would.

      I'm sick and tired of putting up with fedex and there excuses why they cant deliver my package, they are a joke of a company and *** puts them to SHAME!!!! I don't know why AMAZON continues to use them for all there shipping when fedex gets such awful reviews. I am considering dropping my prime membership for that very reason.They don't even deserve half a star. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

      I live in an apartment complex with outside mailboxes. No mail room or access to the office after hours. My FedEx package was left outside by the mailboxes with no notification where it was left. I understand it is the holidays and they are busy but they should at least have a better way to communicate where the packages are located so we can retrieve them in a timely manner if they're not going to leave them at the apartment door. Mind you I live in a single story apartment complex with maybe 6 units. Leaving the package at the door would not have been difficult. Again I understand drivers are busy but if they are not going to make sure the packages are delivered properly at least have better communication.

      Had a box built for delivery of packages to keep them safe from weather. Today (after yet another day of saying it would be delivered and wasnt) they left 3 packages out NEXT to box!!! It is raining and the ground muddy! And no, packages were NOT covered in plastic! Funny how *** always uses the box. But FedEx only PART of the time.. am I upset??? You betcha!!!!

      Absolutely terrible customer service. There's really no customer service, period, since their automated system tells you they aren't going to deal with your issue. Fedex shouldn't be taking money for a service if they're unwilling to deal with issues that arise during that service. No email, no real person to chat with, and an automated system that refuses to allow you to talk to a real person. Sooooo ungodly aggravating while their delivery driver is wandering around aimlessly, lost with thousands of my dollars. Just great. DO NOT TRUST FEDEX WITH HANDLING YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

      FedEx is insanely awful, my package has been out for delivery for 4 days. I finally tried to call them and all you get is the same robot that you can chat with. that tells me it was put on a postal service truck for delivery. why would your tracking say that it's out for delivery? if you're not delivering it, get it together. I am sick of FedEx. they need to go out of business so that the post office can do the job properly.
