      The drivers do not take the time to verify the accuracy of the addresses. Impossible to get results from the company. They always say that it was delivered but not their fault it is delivered to the wrong address. Even when they send a picture of the incorrect address.

      I recently had a package delivered to me via FedEx. I have a FedEx tracking number. The package is considerably late. However, when I go to FedEx website and enter the tracking number, the automated system tells me that no such tracking number exist. And because its an automated system, it will not allow me to speak with a customer representative without a valid tracking number. So at this point, I have no idea how or if I will ever receive my package. Any customer service number I call for FedEx requires me to enter a valid tracking number in order to speak with a representative. But the tracking number I have does not work. And this is the tracking number that was given to me by FedEx itself. On a separate note, a year ago, my vehicle was struck by a FedEx driver in uniform. We pulled over and notified the police, and when the police officer arrived, the FedEx driver admitted to being at fault. However, when I contacted FedEx, the driver changed his story and told his employer that it was my fault. As a result, FedEx sided with their driver, and refused to pay for any damages to my vehicle. FedEx is just a horrible company.

      The absolute worst. Priority overnight and its delayed and customers service is non-existent just a machine that basically refuses to connect you to anyone. They should be out of business at the this point there is no value to the consumer from FedEx.

      The driver left my tenants packages outside on the ground right in front of the sign that says please do not leave packages outside!!!! We have a front lobby that they could leave the packages in. The packages are soaking wet because it is RAINING!!!!!!

      FedEx is the absolute worse shipping company ever. First they lost my mothers obituaries the day before her funeral. The weekend my business was scheduled to opened, they lost my mirror and kept saying that they didnt know where it was. Two weeks later I was told it was broken in their care. My package for an event they also misplaced. I will never use this company again & if Im purchasing ************ use fedex, I purchase from another company who uses a better shipping service. I truly dont understand why people continue to use fedex. **** ********** are extremely better.

      Been waiting for 5 packages that required a signature. Got notification that it would be delivered that day. Waited all day and no delivery. Next thing I know the app says it is back in ******** due to weather delay. What? Too much sunshine? So the next day it says out for delivery again and again I wait all day and no delivery. This went on for four days. On the fourth day my wife was coming home from the store and saw two FedEx trucks parked one block from the house and stopped and asked about my package. One truck was loading it onto the other truck to send it back to ******** again. This was two and a half hours before they were supposed to stop delivering. Seems like they just dont want to deliver packages.

      A fedex employee named ****** ****** (****************, ********) has not released a package for 2 weeks now, that needed a MedSafe (***********) approval because it contained a medication. It was granted approval 2 weeks ago and it is still sitting in a warehouse in ********. She hasn't returned any of my 3 calls or calls from the ** ***** of ******* The email address in Fedex's service center does not work.What a POS organization.

      I had a package delivered to me by mistake by a driver who was too stupid or lazy to find the address one street over, so he left it at my address. Evidently, one street over is good enough for FedEx. ****** could give better service than the actual FedEx.Of course I called Customer Service because that is the only way you can talk to them. When I did, I realized I could not see enough of the tracking number to give them because someone had slapped another label over it so that only the top of the numbers could be seen. The operator (who I could barely understand because she talked fast and slurred her words together, combined with an accent) told me she couldn't help **** let her know that I am a disabled senior and it was not my job to deliver mail for them. She then said she would have the driver pick it up. But at the end of the next day, it is still sitting out front.FEDEX, YOU **** **** SUCK!

      I give only one star so I can post this!!!People beware!!!! They are robbing you!!!!!Short story, sent a perishable food package to my son. They charged the overnight fee and did not deliver!!!!! When I called them and asked my money back they say they have no refound but they admit they failed to deliver my package! OMG such a rude customer service and so bad!! They have thick skin to take your money but failed to deliver the service!!!!!

      Got email notification with a picture of my delivery. Not my house or porch, it was at someone else's house. Called fed ex they said the track number was wrong, product didnt match, and customer claimed it theirs. Called Amazon they said fed ex is wrong the track # was correct. Really disappointed in fed ex! There is no way anyone should get confused on addresses any more with gps capabilities!
