      Fedex gives you a quote online, then their customer support confirms the quote and rules, you print the slip, drop it off, and once the package ships/areive they charge you 10 times more than the orig quote.

      DO NOT RELY ON FED EX. ONLY IF YOU WANT YOUR IMPORTANT PACKAGE TO GET LOST. IM GOING ON 2 WEEKS WITH NO INFORMATION WHERE MY PACKAGE IS AT. THEY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE OVER NIGHT TO A PLACE 3 HOURS AWAY INSTEAD THEY SENT IT TO FOUR STATES AWAY WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THE STATE I LIVE IN. THEY SAY THE THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG BUT ON MY SHIPPING DOCUMENT, SHOWED CORRECT AND THEY COULDNT GIVE ME A ZIP CODE WHEN I ASKED THEM WHICH ONE THEY HAD. THEY ARE GETTING OUT OF HAND. They dont even deserve a one star rating. But I have to let people know.

      Incompetent company that's been leaving my packages at the wrong apt. for years now, with repeated requests for them to get it right. I moved from ******************************** in ********, **, in 2018, and they still drop them off there instead of my new unit (Same street address) at ********. Drivers are brain-dead and lazy.

      I never use Fedex again. (Return shipment, standard rate, fedEx envelop) 1 document (passport) each return, they charged me $41.56 and $41.39

      Fedex drivers can't red street names or addresses. Don't use unless you want to receive a picture of your package on the wrong porch.

      I ordered $8000 worth of electronics to be delivered to my house. Each package required a signature upon delivery with no exceptions. They delayed the delivery from November 13 to November 14. I called FedEx. They advised me to pick it up and ***********, **********, and upon arrival, they told me that the package was no longer there, and it was sent to *****. Due to nobody being home on their new delivery date I scheduled for the packages to be delivered to a FedEx location near my house. Did you know FedEx called me at 7 AM on November 14 to tell me they were just going to hold my packages there because it was more convenient for them and not send them to the FedEx facility by my house. I showed up to pick up my packages for the second time and they only had two out of the eight because they put the other six on a truck and they wouldnt be able to be picked up until later that day. They delivered three out of the remain six to my house that night without ringing my doorbell or knocking and left them in the pouring rain and did not get a signature. They later called me and told me they would deliver the remaining three packages the following day but did not have a delivery window and to call back on November 15 to find out what time they would be delivering. When I tried to call back on the 15th, I spoke to the main customer service at which point they told me they have no ability to control what the Chino facility does and that their records still showed that I needed to pick up my packages in person in *****, even though they were supposed to be getting delivered to my house and they changed and placed a hold on them instead. The supervisor advised me that he could not help me because he was unable to get a hold of that Chino facility at which point he told me I needed to figure it out and he could not help me anymore before hanging up on me. Ive never experienced such a terrible customer service in my life.

      My medicine was supposed to be delivered by 12:00pm.I always sit outside and wait for it (11:30-12:30) never showed up.I checked my email they they attempted to deliver at 12:15 they said no one was home to sign for it. They went to the wrong adress and took a picture.They can check my ring doorbell to see I was sitting outside my front door For 1 1/2 hours.then I got on the phone and started calling India 4 hrs later I got Nowhere.

      This is the second package this week that was delivered to the wrong address. There is a picture of item and definitely not my mat. I wish they would look at the address to confirm before they take the picture.Customer service is of no help either. I have to call the company I bought items from for a replacement, but sometimes they are out of stock for the item I ordered.This is very frustrating. I wish the companies would do something about this. This dampens the experience of the company when i have to **** down my package.

      Worst company ever. Customer service is very rude. They want to charge you double for a package to be delivered on a day I'm home. It's $5.55 for the day I picked and they want to charge me $11.50. For the customer service girl get a life and stop being rude. You choose to work for a sorry company.

      The h y dont even deserve a star . Worst service worst customer service. FedEx is just a total stress. FedEx should be shut down its useless. Useless 800 number
