      My package with a guaranteed delivery did not arrive on time. The package is still in transit in another state. I call their 800 number after trying to resolve the issue online first, but luck. When I call the 800 number, it is a robot/artificial intelligence that responds. I am not able to talk to a real person because the system says that the computer can answer all my questions better than a person. The robot automatically hangs up on me. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. The worst carrier ever.

      Was email a delivery window for shipment that required a signature. Paid extra for evening delivery, and got a confirmation email for evening delivery.Morning of, got email saying must be morning delivery, so I stayed home all day. No delivery.That night got another email stating next day am delivery. I stayed home again and still no delivery. I signed up for both email and text alerts. Wish I could *** for two burned vacation days.

      FedEx does NOT believe in good customer service! My package(televiaion) was delivered 2 DAYS past the promised date, with no reason given. I heard the driver "bounce" the package onto my porch. The ** was broken when I tried to use it, and when a return to the company was set up, FEDEX was a day late picking up the item, THEN re delivered the item to my address, instead of returning it to where it was supposed to be returned. I called, wound up talking with 2 supervisors over 2 days and several out of country "customer service reps" who do not understand customer service! The supervisors promised this package would be picked up. To date, it has not!

      Package delivered to wrong address. They sent picture of the package at the wrong door to the seller. ****** says that the picture proves that i received it.I live in a apartment complex and the picture is clearly a house. The address is completely different not even close to mine.The home owner drove to my apartment and gave the package to another neighbor. I finally received it 3 days later.

      Worst Customer service and service system.My complain is directly with corporate as the people that answer the phone are in a third party customer service location!Firs of, I had to lie and say I was paying my taxes to get someone live on their website phone number!I was lied, missed directed and they hanged up on me twice. I was transferred to no one I had to try calling the corporate number and it also a joke!Why is it that this companies forget who made them this big????My Package was supposed to be delivered 11/23 it needs a signature, I made arrangements for someone to be there, shipment arrived early. I call fedex to find options, I was told they can drop it at a location near me! When I get there, they tell me my package is not there! I call the fedex number again EIGHTH TIME I asked to speak to a supervisor, I get transferred to what they call the escalation department, she says she has to call me back! I get her call and she proceeds to tell me that it normally takes 24 to 48 hours for and item to be dropped at a different location!!! Keep in mind I already had someone at my house available for the 23rd !! So why would I accept this in the first place! She also mentioned that the driver had already stopped by my house around 12pm, I called at 10:45 and the person I spoke to said he had already sent a message so they don't have to stop at my house! Meanwhile, I had to call a local store in ******* Bch. so they can give me an accurate information! Imagine this, I sell watches through **** and I rather use ************* So now my second option will be DHL and *** Before I send a package through Fedex!!!

      Apparently FedEx does not care about the negative reviews that are numerous. *** had two consecutive deliveries and neither one arrived as stated by their emails sent to me. What a travesty! They got to have poor employee retention and they do not seem to care! Im sorry FedEx but you get a very poor grade with this consumer.

      Using unmarked vehicles to deliver package. Wanting to know whats in the package. Customer service in *************. Cannot understand 3/3 people I talked to. Now there is no delivery I trust. Big thumbs down. Tracking information wrong 3 days in a row. ONE STAR IS TO MUCH.
