      I don't understand why companies use fedex to ship anything. They have had my package at the delivery location for over a week now and every day i get notifications that my package is out for delivery, yet here I am, a week later, with no delivery. I guess FedEx is in the package theft business now. Nine times out of 10 they are always late, and not by a day. They are going to lose companies a lot of business.

      I had a package delivered on Tuesday November 22,2022. It was a empty package. Someone at FedEx cut open my package and took my items. When I called and told them the issue the employee ****, refused to assist me anymore. I than got ahold of GameStop (another very *********) for their assistance. After a few days they said I was lying and stood behind FedEx. Its really sad that there are very sorry people out that would steal a childs Christmas Present.

      I know these people are busy and probably in a hurry, but they put my package, a Cricut machine mind you, in the yard!!! Literally 10 steps from my front porch. Luckily we were here and just didnt hear them pull up, otherwise, the neighborhood dogs could have done a lot of damage. I mean really? In the front yard?!

      I ordered a item from *******.com. they use FedEx to deliver the item. It was supposed to be same day. It was delayed numerous times and I also noticed on the tracking log that FedEx even "corrected" my address. When the item finally showed delivered, I never recieved my package. Found out they changed the address to a totally different address, and even added a middle initial to my name. I am not trying to prove to ******* that I never recoeved this item, all because FedEx decided to do whatever they wanted qith my item and it now may cost me $. This business is horrible and sadly I can't choose who delivers my items from ******* or other businesses. FedEx is the worst shipping method.

      I'm going to tell it like it is. When I have something delivered by *** it's always on time. My latest nightmare with FedEx is that my package, as of now, is three days late. In trying to track the package, I see that it came through my town and just kept on going, now it's a half a state away, on the other side and is working it's way back. How ridiculous!

      Sent a food processor to my son via FedEx. Received email notification of delivery with picture but it wasn't my son's house. I contacted FedEx, was asked a series of questions, and told electronically to look for my package and they would investigate. After three days they told me that they had delivered it and I could deal with the seller. "We lost it, you deal with it. Fortunately ***'s club covered it but FedEx is a customer service wasteland. Worst carrier by far.

      Im a business owner of a retail firearms store. Many of our suppliers and wholesalers unfortunately use fedex. Its 110% the absolute worst carrier. Packages are constantly late. Firearms are often delivered to wrong business wich is illegal. They claim businesses are closed when they are not. Just a completely ************ pile of garbage. I really wish there financiers would just pull out. Someone could make a killing buying them out and creating a functional shipping empire. And hopefully that happens because this company is the worst kind of complete garbage. You cant even speak to a person in the country 99% of the time. And even a superior cant give you information to contact the local shipping hub. You have to trust their incompetence. And they know all this. Thats why you get a robot that doesnt give you anything but basic information. Its the ignore and pivot move. Dont worry. Your package is on the way. To well. Somewhere.

      This company happily accepts higher fees for faster delivery and then does not deliver within the guaranteed time frame. Customer Support consists of a claim system that does not work and a busy phone line.

      This company is a joke. I was standing outside of my house when a package was attempted to be delivered. Ok I get that totally. My area gets a little confusing. I called the help line WHICH IS LITERAL GARBAGE. Its junk you cant get anywhere, the people on the other end can barely help. My local FedEx called me so I could help the driver find my house. I lost the call and this is where I loose my marbles. Spend an hour on the phone trying to reconnect with the location only to be told it isnt possible. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY CALLS YOU AND THEN YOU CANT CALL THEM BACK. How can you not be transferred to the location? Is this a freaking joke? Im so angry that I spent an hour on the flipping phone to be told we cant do anything. What is the point of being called if you cant call them back. Oh and this package is so I can start my new job. Get your act together

      The worst delivery company in the industry !!! Drivers are horrible with people skills. I know they are independent drivers but you figure without a customer they would be without a JOB !! They leave packages on front door without any notification either a doorbell or the good old knock on the door !! Im going to do everything possible to avoid the company delivery anything personal or business.
