      I wouldn't ship a pile of dog f**** Fed ex ground.the automated voice system is ridiculous and will not put you through to a representative for any reason. Use Brown you'll be happier

      I didnt want to give Fedx 1 star but in order to leave a review I had to choose one. This has happened to me three times. Fedx takes my packages to the wrong address. Ive been getting them back. But, this time they delivered it to another wrong address. I went to the house because they sent me a pic of the house it was delivered to and the package is not there and I cant get anybody to come to the door. Fedx is the worst I wish ALL my packages could be delivered by **** or **** Dont use Fedx because three times is just too many mistakes to make when delivering packages.

      Fedex delivered an electronic device to my house and left the package exposed to the rain. I have covered porches both front and rear on the house and they did not use either. I am hoping no long term damage has occurred. They have consistently left packages exposed to the elements and I am fed up with fedex. I tried to use the fedex online claims form multiple times and it would not work. Terrible company.

      Fedex never delivered my package to my home even though they claimed they did! Filled a claim and they denied it. Terrible company and service! Total rip-off! Will not br using them again. Good riddance! Another unhappy customer. Good job Fedex!

      I would love to know why FedEx leaves my packages at other residences. They just cant get it right. This has happened more times than I can count. I wish fedex was never an option to get deliveries. I'd take **** or *** any day. By the way, the reps are also really rude and not helpfu

      FedEx is TRASH, not to mention HAS A HUGE SECURITY BREACH.Many people nowadays live in multi-adult homes. FedEx Delivery Manager has it set up so that *only one email address can be registered to each home address.* Why is this problematic? This means that in a group of roommates (many times strangers you have met online), one person, or a property manager has COMPLETE CONTROL of rerouting, changing the delivery address, holding, or any other option for ANY PACKAGES COMING TO THAT ADDRESS. This is a HUGE issue. In my current situation, no one in this house knows who it is registered to. That means someone who PREVIOUSLY LIVED HERE has FULL CONTROL OVER ALL OF OUR PACKAGES. I will not be using FedEx again so long as it is under my control until this is fixed.FURTHERMORE, I ordered a very expensive mattress (as it is an investment one only makes once every 10 years), and either I have been lied to on 9 separate phone calls, or no one knows what they are talking about on the phone in this company. For 5 straight days I have been informed that my package is "out for delivery," but I STILL have not received it. In fact, when I called this AM to check on the package, I was finally able to get the agent to call the station my mattress has been stuck at for 5 days and was informed live that they were "loading it on to the truck as they speak and it would be updated online in a couple of hours." Guess what? STILL PENDING - NO UPDATE. So either I have been lied to AGAIN, or my expensive mattress is floating out in the world with NO TRACKING ON IT WHATSOEVER as it wasn't scanned out. Truly, spectacularly unbelievable.OH, just one last cherry - when I called technical support to change my delivery manager address, they instead DELETED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT. WHY?!? Why cant they do ONE SINGLE THING RIGHT. I've called them 10 times in 3 days. I AM EXHAUSTED and will never be using this company ever again if I can manage.

      FedEx repeatedly claimed delivery attempts were made for my direct signature required package and updated shipping status to "Customer not available or business closed". I live in an apartment building. The building office was open each of these days at the time of the "attempts" and I was home. One of the days I was in the lobby grabbing packages the morning driver delivered with no issue, at the exact time FedEx claimed a delivery attempt was made. There wasn't even a FedEx driver there. Now they are holding my package at their facility multiple cities away. I paid for shipping and made myself available to sign. Horrible, horrible service. Obviously the people calculating the BBB rating have never had anything delivered through FedEx. Anywhere you look people have had similar to worse experiences. For me personally, this might be a case of refusing to purchase anything from stores that only offer FedEx shipments. This is not the first time I have had trouble with them. I just want my time and money to mean something. This is incredibly frustrating.

      Company is the most unethical company Ive ever dealt with. Im currently out of a lot of money and cant get answers. I placed an order was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. ****** pulled up my driveway realized the package weighed 86lbs, I made sure someone was there to help him lift it as I knew it was heavy. He refused to deliver it drove away. Every day since then it says out for delivery everyday he doesnt attempt to deliver it and keeps putting weather delay. All this company is good for is lies and unethical practices!!

      Where is my package? Who knows. And there is no customer service. I've literally watched the package travel from ***** to *********** then to ***** and back to ***********, The I just received an email saying it was transferred to surepost on a day it couldn't possibly have been. As it was traveling up to ***** at the time. I did not pay for surepost. And on Monday it looks as though I'll be calling the company the package came from so they can ship a new one through *** direct. Because of course Surepost is untraceable and this tracking number is now useless. This company costs its business end customers a lot of money. Warning: Do not use Surepost or the *** version if you like your customers business. We pay a price for a reason. And it isn't to get jersey around.

      Got mail stating Friday ***** delivery, waited all day someone needs to sign for package no delivery. Got mail saying out for delivery on *****, here all day, saw Fed ex truck drive by house. Got mail saying delivery attempted and no one was home?, thats a **** lie. Called customer service was told had glitch in system, now delivery on 11/30. This company is screwed up. Will not order anything fed ex ships again.
