      Fedx is the worst delivery service. they tell me thru email it will be delivered today and i am waiting, then a Fedx truck shows up next door and i go out and speak with the young ladt and i show her my email and tell her my name and she informs me that she don't have it, Then i get an email that a delivery attempt has been made and no one home when I was out front sitting all day, It is terrible what they do to customers.

      I shipped a professional guitar amplifier that was well packed in a touring quality road case with additional packing materials. The exterior of the case was clearly labeled FRAGILE and THIS END UP. Unfortunately it arrived at the destination nearly completely destroyed. It was obvious it had been overturned and looked like it had fallen off of a truck. The FedEx website stated that the receiver or the shipper could file a claim. So the receiver filed a claim and then a few days later was told by FedEx that the shipper had to file a claim. So I filed a claim and was told they would get back to me in 5 to 7 business days. Almost a month has gone by now and I have not been contacted. The automated phone system takes 5 to 10 minutes to navigate to be able to speak to a human. I spoke to someone yesterday and was told I would be given a call back. They didnt. I called again today, spent another 10 minutes before I could get a human and they transferred me to claims where my call was immediately terminated. In my experience FedEx has the poorest customer service and worst shipping if any of the shipping companies out there. I will never use them again and I would caution anyone else to never use their services. If I could rate them Zero Stars I would. Their service is that bad!

      Fedex said they tried to deliver my package 3 times and I was unavailable. And I need to go to pick up my package at their office. The truth is, I was expecting my package and waiting for a whole day at home. But there was no knock on the door. NOT EVEN A NOTE ON THE DOOR! They were not delivering my package at all! They pretended they tried to deliver the package and asked me to pick up the package myself. It takes a WEEK for them to PRETEND to deliver my package and ask me to pick up it at last.

      This place is a joke and should just close there doors only shipping company I ever have a problem with and the problem is with almost every delivery with them they cant do there job right couple weeks ago you left my $600 package at someone elses house now yesterday I had a package on your truck out for delivery and was never delivered then today same package was on truck for delivery and was not delivered again your people are a freaking joke

      Package sitting at FedEx facility 10 miles from my house for 3 weeks. People at facility cant help; tell me to call international FedEx phone #. So I call many times, wait on hold for over an hour on several occasions, no one answers, voice mailbox full. Impossible to speak to someone relevant. Excruciatingly frustrating!

      Terrible customer service. I purchased cabinets from ********** that FedEx was supposed to deliver to my front door and let me know they were delivered. The driver just left the boxes out in front of my condominium complex and never even notified me that he was doing that, so anyone could have just walked away with them. I'm 65 years old and had to lug those heavy boxes to my condo without the use of a hand truck like the driver has. Seems like FedEx drivers just don't care about their customers and do whatever they want to when it comes to delivering packages. This is the second time this has happened in the past two weeks. ********** should really consider switching shippers and using *** instead of FedEx. I have never had this happen with packages delivered by ***. Not at all surprised by the 1 out of 5 customer review rating that FedEx has with the Better Business Bureau. If at all possible, do not ship with FedEx!

      FedEx is a joke! They continuously try to deliver outside of my business hours and then act like its my fault! I should not have to schedule my days around their lazy drivers as it is their job to deliver packages at appropriate time. *** and even **** manages to provide quality service every single time. Over ****** shipments I have received and every single time I have had an issue it has been FEDEX related! They are the worst delivery service in the country and should be out of business. I just wish there was a way to never ever get a delivery from them again! Oh wait, they already pull that off just fine on their own...... 0 Stars

      Package had three failed delivery attempts, FedEx claimed "Customer not available". We were home and did not receive a knock or doorbell ring. Customer service had the driver make a final delivery attempt. We saw the truck pull up to our building, stop, then drive off without even getting out let alone attempting a delivery. Sure enough, FedEx claimed once again that we weren't available.

      FedEx has lost and incorrectly delivered so many items and each time I file a case they say theres nothing they can do and to talk to the shipper about the item they havent delivered or sent to an incorrect address. I just had someone today bring me empty packages that were left at a vacant house several streets over I dont know how that continues to happen when the correct address is written on the label and the box itself

      I have had a business account with Fed Ex for 20 years. Since 2020 they have lied about attempted deliveries, they state that it was standard shipment when it clearly is marked for priority overnight, they change the fees on my account any time they like without notice to me, they refuse to credit account for late deliveries, the drivers leave packages in the rain when there is clearly an awning they could leave it under and customer service hangs up the phone mid conversation! I am exploring opening a *** account instead. This is unacceptable.
