      I wouldn't even give them 1 but that's the only option. Every time I've had to deal with FedEx I've had a problem but this last time was the worst. I would go into further detail but this company isn't worth my time!!! I hope that other people have had a better experience but I know they haven't. This company don't care about any of their customers. I don't think they will exist much longer and thank God for that!!!!!!

      Your employees DRIVER'S, are Dishonest and they DO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES! Yet they will lie and say that they tried to get a signature on a drop off package and it will happen numerous of times. As it keeps happening *** is better which is sad and pathetic!!!

      My package is delayed yet again for the second time using fedex. They just cant seem to deliver on time like they say for the delivery window. Maybe they should call themselves fed late ex in my opinion

      There was no signature required, yet fedex will not deliver the package because nobody is present at the office. I signed the door tag and asked the driver to leave the package, to no avail. They attempted to deliver on the 24th, 25th, 26, 28th, and today, 29th of November. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service and I keep being promised that the package will be delivered tomorrow. I am literally at the end of my rope. I am definitely dealing with the dumbest company around. I will cancel my corporate account and choose *** from now on!********

      If I could give negitive I would. Three times already I've had my packages sitting by my back door which is uncovered when my front door (covered) is a few steps the other way. Now even when I had a fence put up they still tree it over my fence to the back door. So yet again sons Christmas present was ruined because it poured down rain today and I havnt been home to be able to put anything in the house. Customer service says it's my fault because I didn't specify where I wanted the iteams put. ITS COMMON SENCE when the wether is supposed to be rain on and off all day and night put it under the covered porch. I swear everyone wants to blame others for their wrong doings

      DO NOT TRUST FEDEX'S SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!I have a very important package which needs to be received on a specific day and I paid extra money for the overnight shipping. But the package still cannot be delivered successfully on time. This happened every time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE!

      They came to the door already with a sticker stating unable to deliver.It was a ***** hour window.Rang the bell and attached a sticky note on the door.We took a day off to get these wedding rings.Destroying the engagement surprise.When contacted the office the contact person was in *********.No recourse to the driver at all and very unprofessional and unsympathetic.Hung up on twice when trying to get fed ex express back out.They should be charged for the actions of the fed ex delivery person.We have a ring camera that shows everything that occured

      I was supposed to get a package today.Early in the morning, Fedex informed me "On vehicle for delivery".After 3 hours, around 10:00 am I found out that "Delivery delay, scheduled for next bossiness day."There was no reason for back track the package. It is not fair.This has happened to me almost every time I expect a package from Fedex.I hope somebody takes over Fedex and improves it. It hugely needs it.

      They lied about a package delivery. Said it was delivered,but my security cameras say different. No delivery. When I called them just got told repeatedly it was delivered. They gave no address only city and state. When trying to file a complaint the website said error.

      I must say Fed EX has become the worst delivery service. On multiple occasions they either incorrectly deliver the package to my residence or lie and say they delivered the package and fake a signature that was not mine. To top it off they would not provide me the name of the person who signed for my package. Needless to say someone have my four tires that dishonest fed ex worker lied about. I hate FED Ex
