      Im currently waiting for a package to get delivered. The package was suppose to be delivered on 11/28/22, its currently 11/30/22 10:35 pm.. It was delayed because they said the package was damaged and they had to repackage it. The tracking showed afterwards that it has been out for delivery for 2 days but still hasnt been delivered. When will it be delivered? or will it even be delivered?

      I'm only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option! FedEx is the absolute worst! I received a text 2 hours after my package was "delivered" to me. There was a picture attached of the step. Wasn't even my house! I called and customer service was no help at all! Told me I have to contact who I got the items from. Told her it had nothing to do with them it was their idiot drivers! Wanted to speak to someone higher up because I wanted that driver to go back to that house get my package and bring it to me! That's what I paid for! I'm sorry mam. We don't have supervisors. The driver cannot go back. Needless to say before I hung up with "*******" which could barely speak English I went up one side of her and down the other! They are the worst delivery company around!! The delivery drivers are so incompetent! Last Christmas all my packages were delivered to my neighbors houses. My house is clearly marked! I have nothing good to say about FedEx at all!!!!!

      Terrible service! I came home and found a package in the middle of my walkway so I went home to check on my security camera why the package was at that location. The video showed the FedEx delivery person walked half way onto my grass and threw the package onto the ground. Unbelievable!!! All he had to do was walk another 5 steps and he could have placed the package on the ground nicely. But no, he had to throw it. It was a gift and it sure made it incredibly upsetting knowing someone was not professional at doing what they get paid for. I hope the inside is not messed up from their mishandling of the package. DO NOT USE FEDEX! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

      This company is the worst ever. I advise you not to use FedEx FOR SHIPPING your packages/orders. This is the second time they delivered my package to the wrong building. They update the delivery notice very late. My package was delivered to the wrong building address at 2:40 pm I was at home waiting I didn't knew it was delivered until 6:30 pm. My package is still missing I had searched every building in my complex, this time it is nowhere to be found. Please stay away please avoid using FedEx I wish I could given a no star.

      Ordered something from a retail store and it said delivered and handed to customer but the package is missing. I wish I was able to chose what mail carrier this came from but I couldnt and now Im out 80$ and a Christmas gift. I tried calling and they basically told me since it was handed to the customer they couldnt help me. BUT IT WASNT HANDED TO ME. they dont care about customers and the holiday season continues to bring the worst out in people

      Service continues to degrade. May be cheaper but packages will be lost and/or damaged. I can not recommend enough avoiding using FedEx.

      Virtual Assistant does not work at all, hung up on me 3 times. Finally called Fedex Delivery serer manager and he directly connected me to Customer service who said they had to file the complaint and I could not speak to anyone else to complain. They have no email address and the only phone number for customer service is guarded by their NON-WORKING Virtual assistant.I find it unbelievable that a company in these times doesn't even have a customer service email address.

      Been waiting on a package that says will be delivered on nov22 its Nov 30 still havent got it every day it says it will be here.This is the worst customer service Ive ever experience .customer service is a joke they just lie day after day do your self a favor and never use this company unless you dont want your package.

      Very **************** Have waited 6 days for a package to be delivered 33 miles away. ********** ** Fed-Ex supervisor should be fired. This is the 6th time I 'very had problems. One time it took 8 days for a overnight delivery.

      FedEx customer service does not allow contact with higher level of management. After three separate events of being told that the local delivery center would take care of issue it continues. FedEx does not take care of your issues!
