      Company policy and customer service is terrible. I have a package that requires a signature however fedex driver does not knock on door or ring doorbell. the tracking just says customer not home. I live in a single family home and door **** works just fine. As a matter of fact the last delivery they delivered 5 packages that did not need a signature and did not ring door bell to give me my package. When calling customer service i asked to speak to a manager of the call center the operator ****** said no one available. I have also asked for a manager to call me back which they have not done. At this point my package will be sent back to the company as non deliverable even though i have been home the last two days.

      Fed ex lost 1 of my 2 tires and trying to cover it up by saying the seller only sent 1 ******** seller sent 2 someone stole 1 and they trying cover it up am ******

      I put an old address on my order by mistake. Completely my mistake. Thus my $1500 fragile package was sent to a different state and I realized only after it had shipped. I had the shipper contact Fedex with the correct address. I was told by the shipper it probably wouldn't be rerouted in time as it was suppose to be delivered the next day. They warned me that if it was delivered to the wrong address I'd have to reorder everything and pay again if I wanted it. My former fedex driver realized we had moved and must have looked up the account because I just got it. It got here the day after I would have gotten it. Mind you that this was right after Cyber Monday and the day before the lay-offs. I really needed this shipment and I got it ... with no extra charge nor fuss. Say what you want ....but I appreciate them doing the unnecessary and impossible. Thank you FedEx. Thank you.

      I tried to use the Fedex.com website to open an account so I could manage deliveries. Absolutely impossible to use... must wait to receive an activation code by mail. I'm trying to schedule delivery of a package that will arrive TOMORROW! Why can't I get an activation code by email or phone and use the services immediately? Lousy service!

      They still have my overnight priority package. They tried to blame weather, but its been in my city for 2 days. Once they started delaying "on the truck", they set the automated phone to stop taking my calls. It now says no new info, and hangs up on me. Unreal!!!

      FedEx had me pay almost double for 2 day shipping to get a time sensitive package to a destination on time and then completely failed to do so. Their excuse was that they didn't think the address was correct and held the package up even though I have made numerous shipments to the same exact address recently and to make things worse, they then completely refused to come through on our reasonable request that they just credit our account for the difference of what they charged us to do what they said they would do and fell short on. They could not give ANY reasonable explanation other than, the request was not approved.I guess stealing from your long time customers is not a big deal to FedEx?

      Absolute garbage. Had 2 VIP packages to ship, dropped them off Monday, were to be delivered next day. Next day said "Delivery Exemption," figured they just were running a bit late. Wednesday still "delivery exemption." Called dropoff location and both packages still there! Pleaded to ensure they go that day. Next day, STILL "delivery exemption!" Drove to location, BOTH packages still there!! 3 days later!! Took my packages, Fedex cust serv told me to go to another loca, that loca said package too big... FedEx told me to go to ANOTHER location half hour drive. At this point, 4 days of stress, hours with customer service, hours of driving, I could have driven them to clients myself. FedEx ************ said they would not credit or refund my account, and that they have no liability for Ground services. What a joke. Went to FedEx website to file a complaint, the link errors out. They simply don't accept complaints. Shameful business behavior.

      of all of the shipping companies this is the absolute worst. I have had maybe 1 out of 10 packages arrive on time. what happened to this company? Every time I see a company use fedex for anything I know it won't arrive on time. so much so that I specifically ask that they not use fedex. I specifically request all of my vendors not use them. I'd rather pay an extra few bucks and get it when I need it for logistical planning. ********** and Amazon put this company to shame, and for *******'t to do something better than you, you know you are atrocious. It's either incompetence, inefficiency, uncaring or all of the above.

      Ordered a watch from ******* and took off to be here to sign for it. Watched the little truck go all over the map and never got close to my house. Then I watched the little truck go back to the FedEx distribution center on the map and **** that I was not home. I will now have to call ******* and try to get to the line that was added disconnected and the activation fee waved all because FedEx apparently does not deliver. I cannot take another day off to wait for FedEx when they won't even show up. I called the customer service number and they really just didn't seem to care. Of course there's nothing they could do at that point anyway because I have to work the next 5 days and I live far away from the distribution center or any pickups. And I'm not wasting 110 miles of gas for a round trip to pick up something that they were contracted to deliver but were too lazy to do so.
