      If I could use minus stars, I would. They have the worst customer service, no communication with the Fed Ex manager console where I updated information. I spoke 4 different times with agents who checked my record, and swore my package would arrive........it never did....they returned it to the shipper! There was no manager to complain to, no way to get my package returned to me.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AT EVERY LEVEL.

      Never delivery packages on time. Steal packages as well. Package suppose to be delivered on the 30th still not hear

      Completely useless customer service. It takes forever to get an actual person when you call and then that person can't even help in any way and just says there is nothing they can do. I've spent two days that have been the estimated delivery days waiting for a package that has to be signed for and I still don't have it and the time for it to be delivered has come and gone and their only response is to wait. I also spoke to someone who deals with customer complaints and they wouldn't even take down my complaint. I do a lot of shipping with other carriers and haven't had such a difficult time with them as I've had everytime I've used FedEx, so I won't be using them again if I can help it.

      Once again, FedEx fails to deliver on a time sensitive delivery which I paid money for. Constant reschedules, bad customer service when calling to inquire about tracking of package, with no ticket or case number to track the actual call. No accountability. This is a global operation. How can this amount of oversight on such a fundamental level be possible? I doubt this will be read by someone at FedEx who can actually do something about a simple request for a refund on my shipping, but if there is the smallest chance possible, PLEASE REFUND MY SHIPPING!!!Off to filing a complaint.

      Fed ex is the worst carrier, everytime I have packages delivered by them they always try to deliver it to the same address in a different city, even after being told, they also lie on the tracking updates with "customer not home" but then the package never comes to my city, then it will say "incorrect address and address updated" when it's not because it's the correct address, so I still have a $200 item out there floating around and getting through to a representative on the phone is impossible they do everything during the prompts not to let you get to a person and then hang up automatically..They should be shut down

      Their customer service is horrible. I call to get an estimated time of delivery and all I get is end of day. I have to take an entire day off work, because they can't even give me a 4 hour window.

      It said 2 packages were delivered but never was delivered to my house. To be honest I think one of the carriers stole my packages because I got the ones from *** that day but not fedex

      Disgusting Service I hope this new executive does not last, as it seems to be all about money to him. He has zero customer care in him what so ever, and the service shows it every time I expect a delivery. I'm not the only ****** off consumer, either.They always have the stupidest excuses on why they are late. You can never reach anyone by phone, because they know they will get an earful from ****** off customers. It's just a matter of time when AMAZON will take all their customers. Fed Ex doesn't need to be in the customer service business. I thought this was an ***************** Not anymore.

      Driver never updated status of package. Costumer support doesnt have any information or solutions to time sensitive frozen packages

      Kudos to the driver that was on South ****************** drive in **************** today just before noon! There was a gentleman in an electric wheelchair that had gotten stuck in the snow while trying to cross the road. This amazing driver blocked traffic, got out of his vehicle and made sure he made it safely across. This was a feel good moment. Knowing there are still people in this world that care about others makes for a better world. Thank you FedEx for hiring this employee!! He needs recognition!
