      Twice in one week they have deliver packages to a wrong address after the 1st they said the drivers would not make the same mistake again. Being handicapped at times life is hard but fedex is tring to make it even harder by not delivering thing to the right address. The delivery driver even took a photo that shows the wrong address numbers were he is leaving the packages.

      I have asked on several occasions even created an account so that they will have it on file to place packages by the front door, yet they are still leaving my packages in front of my garage, out in the open for anyone to see and to be rained on. I cant monitor the package with my front door camera if its in front of my garage. The front door is only five steps away and I havent ordered anything heavy, so I dont know why they wont place it at the front door like I asked. The last package even says gave package to customer when noone was home. Its almost as if the are setting the package up to be stolen.

      I went to schedule a free pickup of my product return from Target and I couldn't find the tracking number under the barcode like it says in the instructions.

      A fedex driver stole my package today. I did not request a pickup nor did I have a delivery. The driver came to my door and stole my **** package. I called into Fedex and was told I'd have a call back and none was received. when i tried to escalate to a proper supervisor or dispatch center they employee refused. The employee who stole my package committed a felony and I have no recourse but to send my ring video to the authorities. It was December 2, 2022 at 11:20 am in ************, **. Shame on you Fedex this may have been an error but the fact that no one would address it is outrageous.

      This company is absolutely the most incompetent company ever. I ordered a e bike and the delivery said 3:55, I needed to sign for the package I left work early to receive this package and when I returned home at 3:30 it had already been tried to be delivered. I called the customer service line and asked them to deliver it after 4:30pm. They put the notes on my account. the next day. When I got home the next day at 4 pm they already tried to deliver for the second time. I called a second time and the customer service rep was a rude piece of s*** Told me that we can guarantee your delivery time. What kind companies can work like this? With this much incompetence. I will NEVER use FedEx ever

      I find it difficult to understand how a package can be "Out For Delivery" for 2 days and then still not arrive. First I received an email that the package would arrive Wednesday. Then late in the day on Wednesday I received an email stating that the package was on the vehicle for delivery and would arrive between 9:30 - 12:30. When that delivery window was missed I checked status to be informed that the package would be delivered by end of day. Well it is "end of day" and still no package. The latest update shows no delivery information available. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach a FexEx representative. FedEx charges exorbitant shipping rates and still cannot deliver a package on a time and date that they set. Compare this to Amazon when 99% of the time there deliveries are on time and at no cost. I think FedEx needs to rethink its customer service model.

      Paid for 2 day express shipping on 11/30/22 and the package wont arrive until 12/3/22. I called and requested a refund and they refused. Could have shipped it faster with ***** It was only being shipped from ******* to *******.

      This is the worst delivery company. They lose (steal) every single package that comes from ***** No company should use FedEx as their delivery service.

      I ordered an expensive chair that was supposed to be delivered earlier on monday. It got pushed back repeatedly with the reasoning that I wasn't home. I work remote and I have been homestuck this whole week waiting for this package. I called the customer service line and all I have been getting were apologies. I have been dealing with an incompetent driver riding around my city that is refusing to deliver my package and lying about their reasoning.

      Overnight delivery is a joke. I have waited over 3 days for my package because it requires a signature to be received.They want to reimburse for the overnight delivery but what about the 3 days i took off of work to wait for this important package?A company that does not keep their word is not a company that Americans should do business with.I've never had a problem with *** and I regret ever trusting FedEx.
