      Second day my package is delayed because of operational issues. Then it says no delivery attempted and rescheduled. But a mile down the road received their package today.

      I had three orders come from FedEx I ordered three bottles of vintage wine and one champagne. I was given a time when they were supposed to arrive **** to 12:40 the day that they're supposed to be delivered I wait no one shows then I go back and check to see if there may be a hold up only to find out they have changed it to all day.No one came no one left the door tag every time I speak to someone in customer service the first time they had it delivered to one of the stores closest to me I picked it up.The last three bottles they make an excuse the air in the warehouse the person is a customer of FedEx was so am I I have an account as well if those wine and champagne get cold they will be ruined.Customer service is working out of some other country because you can hear all the people in the background with a heavy accent they're not even local so you're not even speaking to anyone local which makes it very hard for them to understand that if you want something where you can pick it up with your ID what you have to do regardless if it's delivered to your house that means any person can pick up your item and it's not even you.I will never deal with FedEx ever again especially if this the way they're going to conduct their business.

      Negative stars if possible. I manage an apartment complex in ******, **. The FedEx delivery driver decided to leave approximately 50 packages in the mail room of my complex instead of delivering them to the individual doors for the tenants that were all clearly labeled. I called the customer service department to see what solution they could offer me, since I definitely don't have time (nor is it my responsibility) to call all 50 tenants and inform them of a package being delivered. Furthermore, this mail room is not secured so the packages were sitting there for anybody to take at their leisure. The customer service representative first told me to call the shipper for each package, and tell them it was delivered to the wrong person. When I told her this was an unreasonable request, she said that **** would notice them and deliver them. This is also not true as the **** worker was there doing HIS job and said he would not be responsible for that. I informed her that request was also unreasonable and not true. I asked her to escalate the issue and she said that was not a possibility. She then said for me to take all the packages outside and write RTS on each one and that the FedEx driver would see these and know to deliver them at that time. I asked how the driver would know to do this and she went back and forth on whether **** or FedEx would be handling it from there. After summarizing the ridiculous nature of our conversation thus far, I was put on a long hold before she came back to notify me that the case would be escalated. Thanks, *****. This took place over a span of 45 minutes while I have an office to manage. Absolutely horrible service. The worst experience I've ever had with any company. Can't wait to see how they take it from here.

      Worse company. I hope they go bankrupt. No one to talk too. Package never comes. Still waiting on it says later. This place is the biggest joke. Ever review says the same. It doesnt matter what state you are in. Does anyone work there omg unbelievable.

      If I could leave less that one star, I definitely would. I have had this company deliver packages probably 6 times, which has had issues 4 of them. Once a pair of shoes transversed the east side of the US twice and showed up well over a week late. One order for lemon juice kept being delayed a day last winter and had to be reshipped from vendor 3 times because it kept coming with the bottles broken from freezing. This time the package was supposed to arrive yesterday, a Friday, but nope it was naturally delayed until today, which no surprise it is delayed again, supposedly until Monday. Reason?? Business closed or customer not available. I called them. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes, the representative tried to tell me they attempted delivery at 4:20 a.m., which I informed her was not possible as I was up, with lights on in the house at that time and would have heard the bell and seen the headlights. All she can do is send my concern to another office who should get back to me with 2 days, seriously?! From now on I will ask who a vendor's delivery service is before I order, I would recommend others do the same.

      FED EX is by far the worst delivery service on the planet! You cannot speak to a human being and they do absolutely nothing to correct all their mistaken deliveries. They delivered a 200lb package to our radio station and the ran out and it was the wrong address. It took 2 weeks of constant emails and promises that were never kept. We left it outside and it disappeared and we have no idea what happened to it so FED EX, your liability as we warned you via email which we have proof of, numerous times, and you did absolutely nothing. NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM EVER! *** is a million times better.

      My one next day parcel of frozen fish was delivered to a neighbor's doorstep and left in the hot ******** days later, a parcel from Chewy.com was left on a tree ***** on a busy road a t the end of our drive. The truck can easily drive in and go around a circle and get back to the road. Now another parcel was "out for delivery" yesterday but was not delivered. Why do companies keep using FedEx? Their reputations are being damaged by FedEx. I will no longer use ANY company that ships via FedEx.

      Hands down the worst. Every package that has ever been shipped via FedEx has been delayed to the point where its almost comical I wish businesses would disclose their shipping methods before check out because if its with FedEx it will not be on time. Thank you FedEx for s******* me yet again.

      FedEx is not there to help you, just take your money, and you cross your fingers that packages arrive.My 65 tv was supposed to be delivered on Friday, and after arriving at the office near me, instead of being delivered it was sent from *********, where I live to **********. I requested a vacation hold time 4 days in advance, and customer service says they dont see it on the website, and will deliver my package anyway, even though I told the that I have screenshots of the vacation hold confirmation, and nobody is going to be home to accept the package. Every time I see that any of my packages will be delivered through FedEx I know in advance, its going to be a problem. Not sure how FedEx is still in business.

      They last knew where my packages were 4 days ago. Cannot reach a live human being to discuss. Past experience has taught me that only the shipper can file a claim for lost shipments. When packages actually do arrive, the delivery person typically throws, drop-kicks, or otherwise mutilates it en route from the truck to my door. Once saw with my own two eyes a FedEx delivery man toss a large box from about 5 feet away up onto my top step, box was marked fragile for a reason- had a computer monitor in it. He and I both heard it shatter as it hit, and he refused to take it back. Sled dogs delivering from ********** would get here sooner, more reliably, and my delivery would be in better condition. FedEx is my absolute last choice of carrier. They are horrible, and have been horrible for years,
