      Worst customer service ever - cant contact a real person no matter how many times you call, what you say, and what you do. Deliveries are almost always late, with a severe lack of updates. Says my package was supposed to arrive today, but its still on the other side of the country, with the last update being 4 days ago. FedEx is a joke

      It is such an ordeal to get packages from Fedex. I needed to update a delivery address with a suite number and the automated assistant won't let me do that. It tells me in an email that I should call to update that information and even then it won't let me. They are ALWAYS behind on shipments and WHEN THEY DO DELIVER, they don't leave it at the front door, they leave it at the end of our drive way so a porch pirate can come grab it. It would take maybe ****************************************************************** at the front door but they can't be bothered to do that. It's to the point where I don't even want to order from the place I get my stuff from online because I know they use Fedex. Save your money and purchase a product from a store that uses *** or ANYTHING other than Fedex. I would rather get my package strapped to a tortoise's back and have it walk to my house than have to deal with Fedex ever again for the rest of my life.

I I purchased two online items from ******* both items was delivered but I returned one of the items approximately at 10:50am on 10/23/22 with the driver that delivered package tracking number***** the returned package that was given to the driver the day he delivered our package on the 23rd the returned package didnt have a label due to our printer running out of ink when my husband gave the driver the returned package we needed to return he explained the ink situation to the driver whom stated it was fine hed take care of it but he didnt print any label or handed my husband any form of receipt now our package which is worth over $100 is missing ******* stated they cannot issue a refund until the package is located and sent back to them I called fedx coustomer service I explained the issue and was givenTicket# which is now close with no resolution this issue cansimply be resolved by getting in-contact with the delivery guy he should clearly remember the situation the driver is in his mid or late 20s possibly early 30s hes Latino with long hair no one has contacted the delivery driver it has been over 3 weeks now no resolution or help to find my package which is over $100 Im so upset and this is so wrong.

      Only this month they lost 6 of my packages. I don't know why but they always deliver everything on the wrong address

      Ordered a package from ***** and it comes quick except it was in a warehouse and never ever moved. I contacted support several times getting a run around. Seller called too few times and sort of got couple different answers saying that I stopped package, but i told seller i did not stop the package, all i did was request it to be delivered at my local ********* which is a fedex onsite. Other was just to wait to as it will fix itself. Well it did not and i gave up so i just opened up a case through **** to try get refund from seller which they agreed so in end i did get refund. But if fedex did their job correctly and delivered it where it was supposed to or even lost it. But now just got noticed its being sent back to shipper due to my lack of whatever. Not sure. Fedex "you never even delivered it where its suppose to go and customer service was useless". Stay away from fedex as much as possible. Horrible!

      Our packages are being delivered and signed for by someone other than one of us. This is an ongoing problem. However when my mothers medications were delivered and signed for by an unknown person, then it becomes a greater issue. We contacted your company and received absolutely no help. No researching into who is continually signing and now it seems you have a bigger issue with mishandling medications.

      Over the last several years (since about the start of the pandemic) FedEx has gotten every single package sent to me late. Not just by a day or so, but very late, and they lie about it too. Take for example my current package. Initially expected 12/1/2022. Then it wasnt picked up or wasnt processed for 2 days so it was pushed back to expected delivery of today 12/3/22. It arrived at my local facility at 3 am this morning so you would hope it could make it on a truck within ***** hours but no its delayed again to Monday 12/5/22. Heres where the lie comes in though, the original delivery date now reads 12/3/22. It was changed with the most recent delay. This has happened with products I have spent money to have overnighted to me as well. I had an overnighted product take 9 days to show up and nobody could explain why. Whenever I order something and the shipper sense me a FedEx tracking number I expect it to be minimum 3-5 business days late. IF YOU GUYS CANT GET IT THERE ON TIME DONT SET THE EXPECTATION THAT YOU CAN.

      Payed for overnight delivery and package never arrived. No customer service available, tracking system is a joke, company is a joke. Noone should ever trust FEDEX they don't care and are useless. *** is the way to go. Every review on them is a 1 star with no response. Obviously they don't care.

      If you have stock in FedEx, sell it. This company is falling down around us. Couldn't get a location on my package. Been at the house 2 days, signature required. 8:20 pm & still not here. Looks like another day wasted! They should go out of business as they sure drop the ball a lot! More times than not for me.

      Just wrote a negative review regarding FedEx last Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Had paid expedited shipping for a package. As I was home waiting, received text message saying I had refused. However, they never came to my home as went and reviewed my home surveillance. Today, I received notification of package out for delivery at 8:16 a.m. this morning. Of course my package was not delivered. I went by hub last week and was allowed to pick up my expedited package. It was an inconvenience as I was preparing Thanksgiving meal. This company is a joke and seem to hire mostly rude, street, and uncaring associates. I wish customers were allowed to pick their delivery carrier bc it certainly wouldn't be them.
