      Horrible delivery service. Fedex dumps packages at end of driveway. We have a long driveway and cannot see from the house. Recently we had to use a lowbed trailer to haul a heavy box to the house because we could not lift it up to a vehicle.We are seniors in our 80's, and expect better service. All the other delivery services bring the shipments to the house.

      Fedex cannot deliver packages where they are supposed to go, and customer service is terrible, my package was not delivered and now it has been stolen, say they can't help, ********, your drivers can't follow gps directions

      I am having the most frustrating experience with FedEx. I had a package delivery scheduled for 12/2/22, a Friday. At about 3:00 pm, we received a text message saying the package could not be delivered that day and would be delivered the next business day, 12/5/22, a Monday. We received a door tag saying delivery had been attempted on 12/3 but failed because no one was home to sign for the package. 12/3 was a Saturday. Again, we received a text message saying another attempt would be made on the next business day, 12/5, a Monday. The situation repeated again on 12/4, with another missed deliver attempt on Sunday. Again, that was not the day the text message said delivery would be attempted. Now, we are receiving a text message that says only one final delivery attempt will be made on 12/5, today. Attempt to call customer service provide unfruitful. I was on hold with FedEx for 44 minutes on Saturday before giving up. Attempting to call on Monday proved impossible, as the automated voice system insisted that a customer service representative had no additional information to give me and refused to let me talk to a person. The automated voice system actually hung up on me twice. I am convinced it is designed to make it impossible to talk to a person. If I do not receive my package today, I will be contacting the company I bought the product from to demand a refund for my order. Then, they can take up the problem with FedEx. This is an unacceptable, frustrating waste of my time. This company is unprofessional.

      Fantastic driver...wish I had gotten his name. The delivery was on 11/17/22 trailer # X6520...maybe that will help. The driver knew how to drive his rig really well. He got a pallet of material off the truck for me, we checked out the damaged box to make sure the material was ok and was very kind, patient & funny while doing this. I told him how much I appreciated him at the time but I'd like for Fed Ex to hear this too. Priceless employee and person to have representing you!

      Ive ordered several items from multiple stores online and out of nowhere I get a door tag saying I have to receive the package in person. This was never told to me before. So now I have to track the shipment and be here between 10am-2pm when they ship it again. I work nights so that pretty much ruins the entire day for me, not to mention I live in an apartment so theres no access to my door. This is an absolute joke. Most people work during the window they gave me. Are people just supposed to take off work and or not sleep just to get things I paid for? Id rather pick them up at FedEx but nobody communicated, they just leave a note and say to track the next time its showing up. Usually items are left on the porch, im really not sure why I have to be here to receive it in person but im considering just returning it when it gets here ** this is beyond frustrating

      This has been a long time coming. FedEx has gone down in recent years or the Same ************** drivers are just horrible at their jobs. I got a ************** locker where I live to make it easier for my delivery drivers to deliver to me. I'm in a gated community and on the third floor, all the way in the back. My ************** locker is right out front with plenty of space. I had a 60lbs car battery put in the top locker, how they got it in there is beyond me. It took me a good 5 min and a bit of swearing before I was able to maneuver the 60lbs box out where it then knocked me on my a$$. My neck and shoulder hurt for two days and I had a splitting headache. To boot I wouldn't be able to drive my car to pick it up because AS IT SAID ON THE SIDE OF THE **** ALONG WITH HEAVY, CAR BATTERY. I had to call a neighbor to drive it back. Another time a delivery driver left a 12lbs vacuum with the front office claiming he wasn't going to walk it up the stairs. So my 45 yr old female self thought the **** package over my shoulder and carried it up myself. So glad we pay extra for size and weight only to carry it up myself. And 12 lbs are you kidding me?Today was finally my breaking point. I had 2 delivers scheduled for 12/4 yesterday. Both say delay because I wasn't available. I HAVE ************** 24/7 ITS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. If FedEx would like I could offer my services to train their delivery drivers in the ********* area on how to do their jobs. I'll do it for free. Most people would have hired an attorney after the battery incident. Probably should have, but working in the legal field for so long has made me not so sue ************ FedEx do something about your driver's, they have been getting worse. I've shipped over **** packages in the last couple years and this last year has been a joke.

      FedEx delivery manager has details on where to deliver my package. Not rocket science. Just to my porch at my home down driveway about 100. Instead they leave outside my gate, not on my property but by street for anyone to take, in the rain, causing me to look for it in the dark with a flashlight. Theyre subcontractors not employees and DO NOT CARE!!

      Weve run over (accidentally while backing out of the driveway) a package containing canned cat food. What a mess. Complaints have not changed the drivers practice of dumping boxes at the end of the driveway instead of delivering them to the door. This is a relatively new practice that began about six months ago. It would seem the only recourse is giving poor reviews anywhere we can.

      Shipped cell phones to *************** for kids for school. Cost $207 shipping listed value for phones was $150. The box made it but only a phone charger was in the box.. since the box was received at destination insurance claims were denied.. so fedex cost me $350 dollars to send a $5 phone charger..
