      I will NEVER use FedEx for the rest of my life.I sent my graphic card to EVGA for a return, and upon receiving EVGA told me it was damaged. They took extensive photos of the box, cushion, damage on the components, etc. With that I filed a claim with FedEx and was denied (TWICE).I cannot help but feel helpless in these situations. I shipped the *** in like-new condition, put a ton of cushion into it, made sure the item was not moving around in the box before shipping, yet it was damaged. The damage was concentrated in a small area, which was very obvious that it was due to a box crush. The outer box showed a crease and there were damages to the box from internal, yet FedEx only said "Inappropriate packaging".This is a $1,300 loss. A costly ****** learnt. FedEx shame on you.

      Awful customer support... can't talk to a person..tried to delay delivery on line and didn't work.. package day in rain for 2 days till I got home... never use them again

      I am so disappointed! Fedex has failed two times to deliver a gift that was sent to me. First, they delivered to the wrong address, with a photo of someone's door that wasn't mine. Of course that person got my gift. Second attempt, I need to sign, but of course I work, and I've been trying to reach someone, not a recording, to have the package left at my door or left at a Fedex location. I can't get any of these options to a customer service ********* recording is not helpful! I wish I could give them no stars. One more nail in the coffin.

      Instead of delivering my package they took it to one of their stores 30 minutes away from me and it was marked as available for pickup. I called customer service to inquire why this happened and I was told that I requested that. I informed them that this was not the case and they insisted. I asked for proof of my request multiple times, but theyve never sent the email. I was then told that they wont deliver my package and I have to go pick it up. I find that to be unacceptable to not a deliver a package when they got paid to do exactly that and then come up with a straight up lie as to why they didnt deliver my package.Ive asked the customer service rep to get a manager on the phone and she kept insisting that there was not a manager working there. She proceeded to ask me if I would take a brief survey about the quality of her service and I simply said NO. She said no word to that and proceeded to transfer me to take the survey anyway. By far the most laughable service ever and made up excuses to collect money for a service that they never offered.

      On 2 different occasions your delivery drivers have left my packages in the snow on the side of the hwy I live on. Over 600 ft away from my house. One of the packages had a medical device I needed, valued over $ 5000.No one answered your customer service phone. What a poor excuse for a ***************** I will never use this company again.

      Two days in a row I received email notice that a delivery was attempted but no one was home. I am an invalid and rarely leave the house. Knowing that a package was coming I stayed home both days but no package. A neighbor watched the FedEx driver pull into the driveway, hang a u-turn and leave. Luckily I got a refund from the seller, I told them next time I order do NOT shyp via FedEx, They are a sorry excuse for a company.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had a package that shows delivery for 4 days in a row now and then receive an "exception" and "Operational Delay - No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day". Each day, they take it back to the FedEx facility and go through this over again the next day. It's almost impossible to get a representative on the line. When I FINALLY did, they told me the package is too heavy for the trucks they have been putting it on. That is literally what they do for a service, deliver packages. Knowing the weight would be part of that. I paid extra for heavy delivery and now they just can't deliver because it's too heavy yet they keep putting it on a new truck every day only to turn around and take it back. This is INSANE! Terrible customer service - they can't do the ONE and ONLY job they have. What a shame!

      Terrible customer service. Have no idea when my package is coming or where its going. Was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday, and keeps getting delayed and keep getting online updates saying tried but customer not home. Yet nobody attempted to come by or even leave a door slip saying that they attempted. Had to call over 4 times to confirm my address.Had to call 2 times to see where it is going. Had to call Again to change the address because they are incompetent. They called me after all of this to ask me to pick it up at the warehouse. Absolutely ridiculous. All they have to say Is sorry. Dont know but we cant guarantee itll be dropped off today. Never again.

      The FedEx delivery person threw my box onto the front patio, luckily its not fragile otherwise I had to return immediately.My front door camera recorded the whole incident just could not share here due to no video upload function with this review.
