      Refuses to deliver packages to disabled persons home. Discrimination. Many complaints of 1 year plus with no resolution. Following Discrimination practices.

      How in the world does this company stay in business.. this is the epitome of blatant extortion. Paid for next day delivery I'm on my second day waiting for it to come in and have an event scheduled with the equipment I ordered online.. but reading the reviews obviously this company don't care.. but I will do my part to make sure every individual I speak to knows about the practices of this company and the poor customer support they provide.. from here on out I will do my research and if anything has to do with this company FedEx delivery I will not do business with that company.. my family my friends my coworkers my church my local government official friends.. I will do my part always speak negatively with this company.. pray for changes.. you should probably start from the top down. What an absolutely disappointment the services far from this company.. if you're reading this review stay away from any deliveries from this company stay very far away. Just speaking from personal experience they'll ask you to pay for one day service but that's all it is you pay for one day service yet it arrives whenever they decide to get it to you. I would highly encourage everyone to write their politician be it congressman or Senator and Enlighten them to the practice of this company.. FedEx so anti-American.

      I ordered a present that I spent $138.00 on and on Nov. 4th the Fed Ex Ground came to my house, got out of his truck and saw a bumper sticker on a truck in our drive that simply states "*****". As we were outside the driver yelled "F*** *****" took my package and threw it in the back of the FEDEX truck and drove off. We had no time to react. I made complaints with FEDEX and all they can tell me is that they can't find the package. I asked if they had talked to the driver and they could not tell me that. I asked if this could be escalated and I am hoping it will be. SO basically, that is theft of my package, and I can't order anything online because if the same driver comes back I imagine he will do the same thing. Since when can you steal someone's package because he support the President of the United States? It was a present to for a child. I hope someone actually takes this seriously. This is not fair.

      They lost my package. I contacted the company where I bought the product and tracked it everyday. The only information I could get was it was DELAYED AND SHIPPING LABEL CREATED. Liars they got my product and Im sure one of the employees is enjoying my purchase. Cant file a complaint with FedEx says I needs ***** AUTHORIZATION. Im not a happy customer at all. They need to inform a person when their package is lost and not keep saying its DELAYED AND SHIPPING LABEL CREATED!!!

      too long of incident to explain. theyve already wasted my time by not having the appropriate truck with a liftgate as specified. now they are billing me due to their lack of proper scheduling. the persons whom i contacted per the phone number on my invoice they are unjustly billing me keep me on hold and pass me throughout their company so i can explain over and over. supervisors cant even help by handling an issue their company caused and now im supposed to pay or dispute....ridiculous. for a major company they handle issue like they are in the stone age. terribly dissatisfied. cant wait for the ************ collection invoices. meanwhile ill be looking into to finding an attorney to deal with fedex's foolishness.

      Sent package through **** to ******* *****, Missionary family ,who lives on ******* on ****************************** *****. Driver made decision to leave package on top of mailbox instead of driving a short distance further. Package was stolen. Had to speak to 8 different representatives for explanation. No one had the same excuse. Check out all excuses, given by the driver ....gated community, construction, etc.All was a lie! Have pictures to disclaim his excuses. ***** family was to deliver my packages on their trip to ********* early November. Saddens me to think mission children will not receive their Christmas gifts.I have receipts for the merchandise and pictures of home where he was to deliver package. I would like a refund of $386. This has been the most unpleasant and sad experience trying to deal with ****.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Where do I start!!!! I had a package scheduled for delivery and it required a signature. The driver never came to the door and **** the package a** returned to sender because no one was rsachable as I sat on my zoom call and watched him drop off my other two package in the driveway and got back in the car I called to complain and then they informed me that the packaged had been marked as damaged but no one never updated The status letting me know that my package was being returned due to damage and it still so that it's out for delivery for today I even contacted the seller and no one has informed them that the package has been damaged as well and this is a $2,000 camera I honestly believe the employees are stealing and you can never seem to reach anybody at any facility besides virtual assistants who is stuck on default with this ******* me off. FedEx needs to close down or get rid of that ghetto employees

      Horrible customer service experience. Package was missing and the company requested I reach out to FedEx and if they couldn't sort it out, to have them provide documentation so they could file a claim. They refused to help me. Every person I talked to would give me a time frame (no more than 2 business days) of when they would get back with me and they never did. I emailed a dozen times, called them at least 5x to follow up. Finally, they closed the ticket without ever helping me or updating me. They refused to provide the documentation the company needed to file their claim. I paid for expedited 2-day shipping and I haven't received the item a month later. And since the company can't file their claim without documentation from FedEx that they refuse to provide, I'm out the cost entirely and will have to reorder the item. The item was also medical, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

      I would put 0 if I had the option. *************. None of their departments communicate effectively with one another. So good luck troubleshooting a lost package. It's just constant back-and-forth doing their jobs to try and locate. DON'T EVER expect your packages on time, nor delivered to the correct location. I hate this company more than words. I wish this company would go under. Everyone that works for this company is a either a simpleton or knuckle dragging mouth breather. I hope to wake up one day and see this entire company go out of business. It's already a dumpster fire. F*** you FedEx.
