      Sent package through **** to ******* *****, Missionary family ,who lives on ******* on ****************************** *****. Driver made decision to leave package on top of mailbox instead of driving a short distance further. Package was stolen. Had to speak to 8 different representatives for explanation. No one had the same excuse. Check out all excuses, given by the driver ....gated community, construction, etc.All was a lie! Have pictures to disclaim his excuses. ***** family was to deliver my packages on their trip to ********* early November. Saddens me to think mission children will not receive their Christmas gifts.I have receipts for the merchandise and pictures of home where he was to deliver package. I would like a refund of $386. This has been the most unpleasant and sad experience trying to deal with ****.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Where do I start!!!! I had a package scheduled for delivery and it required a signature. The driver never came to the door and **** the package a** returned to sender because no one was rsachable as I sat on my zoom call and watched him drop off my other two package in the driveway and got back in the car I called to complain and then they informed me that the packaged had been marked as damaged but no one never updated The status letting me know that my package was being returned due to damage and it still so that it's out for delivery for today I even contacted the seller and no one has informed them that the package has been damaged as well and this is a $2,000 camera I honestly believe the employees are stealing and you can never seem to reach anybody at any facility besides virtual assistants who is stuck on default with this ******* me off. FedEx needs to close down or get rid of that ghetto employees

      Horrible customer service experience. Package was missing and the company requested I reach out to FedEx and if they couldn't sort it out, to have them provide documentation so they could file a claim. They refused to help me. Every person I talked to would give me a time frame (no more than 2 business days) of when they would get back with me and they never did. I emailed a dozen times, called them at least 5x to follow up. Finally, they closed the ticket without ever helping me or updating me. They refused to provide the documentation the company needed to file their claim. I paid for expedited 2-day shipping and I haven't received the item a month later. And since the company can't file their claim without documentation from FedEx that they refuse to provide, I'm out the cost entirely and will have to reorder the item. The item was also medical, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

      I would put 0 if I had the option. *************. None of their departments communicate effectively with one another. So good luck troubleshooting a lost package. It's just constant back-and-forth doing their jobs to try and locate. DON'T EVER expect your packages on time, nor delivered to the correct location. I hate this company more than words. I wish this company would go under. Everyone that works for this company is a either a simpleton or knuckle dragging mouth breather. I hope to wake up one day and see this entire company go out of business. It's already a dumpster fire. F*** you FedEx.

      FedEx didnt deliver package in a timely manner. They attempted to deliver package at the bank which is open mon to Saturday 10am to 6 pm. FedEx is telling that no one was at the bank which is not true. We paid $200.00+ dollars for a time sensitive information which wasnt delivered on time. FedEx app is not working properly. They dont privide transcripts conversations. They record our all phone call but dont listen to our complaints. FedEx has given us runaround without resolving issues. No supervisor or manager on duty to handle extreme situation. FedEx is ripping us off by taking our hard earned money. My retired father was trying to send a living certificate to the bank which was supposed to deliver in a timely manner but it didnt happen and dont know that its going to happen or reach there on time will effect his pension money for a 78 years old person who relies on FedEx to deliver the package in a timely manner. Customer service and internal delivery 0 star. Shameful on FedEx. I have given them a 1 star review. FedEx delivered a zero star. Customer service was very poor and rude. They go by the script. I havent seen a single department that doesnt have immediate supervisor or a manager on duty. They want you to call back again. So ridiculous. Very bad customer support and international delivery service. -100 stars for the service. They dont even know that $200.00+ is a large amount of money from a retired civilian army person who want to get his pension deposited in his account to survive in this economy. What a shame. FedEx needs to wake up and handle their service at a higher level. Its all true statement. Wake up FedEx wake up. Dont rip off people. Step up for god sake and provide a better service. Dont rip off peoples hard earned money that FedEx is providing a s***** service. Very shameful to FedEx international delivery service. We have spent lots of hours to get this issue resolved but still no luck. Hope someone can reply back to resolve.

      I ordered 100 4x6 custom handbills for an upcoming tournament im running. I recieved them today and these fools managed to cut the time and date off 96 of the 100 handbills, essentially making this purchase completely worthless. How did someone not catch this? You cut 100 handbills wrong, stack them and ship them without once looking down and seeing you chopped off the most important part? I'm flabbergasted by this level of incompetence.

      I have purchased large item the next day I have received an offer from FedEx to schedule date and time and was giving a window between 9-11. which turned out to be a Joke.I guess it's just a standard procedure to them.This is how they really roll: I ll get to you when I get to you.

      For 2 days in a row my package was loaded on the truck for final delivery between 10:30 and 2:30. Both days not only was the package not delivered the driver marked it as "customer requested future delivery, delivery attempted". Which is not true. The driver just didn't want to drive to where I live. Customer service is virtually none existent. On the second day they assured me it would be delivered. I was not! There is no way to contact the local office to complain. The items were ordered from ******* and they were worse than FedEx to deal with. They will cancel the order and credit me back in 10 days. Stick with AMAZON!!

      Fedex Delivery driver- ******* is unethical that two days in a row he attempted the delivery took picture of my front door but did not deliver the package, I have to schedule pick up due to this behavior of fedex driver
