      They keep throwing my packages over my neighbors fence. Ive called to ask they actually do their job, they said it wouldn't happen again. This time they threw live animals over the fence, bix said "live animals handle with care" too. Theyre all dead, froze to death. Can't imagine how awful a death they had because of their laziness, when they could've just called if they were lost.

      Another package shipped by FedEx not arriving on time, what a surprise. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago and I'm pretty sure it's not going to get delivered today either. I wish retailers would stop using FedEx. If I could bet on whether FedEx would deliver my package on time or not I would be a very wealthy man.

      Got an updated email that fed Ex missed me today. I have been home and nobody has showed up. I checked around the house and no ticket was placed on my door for the next delivery time. I went to the Fed Ex website and got a phone number to call about my issue. I called and entered my tracking number, i was told that an attempt to delivery my package would be another day and that no signature was required. So, I'm stumped as to why my package wasn't placed on my porch if Fed Ex really showed up. I have not had any good encounters with Fed Ex.

      FedEx started a pickup fee in August of 2025. I live in a *** apartment building. FedEx delivers dozens of packages, three times a day. They do not pay extra gas or go out of their way to get here. They billed me $25.83 to pick up a package, even though return shipping was paid by the vendor. It was too heavy for me to carry to a store that would send it without a fee.This is absurd. It's not the suburbs. It's ***!!!

      Really poor customer service with FedEx or rather lack of customer service. Twice not a merchant that I purchased items from used FedEx to send my items. First time the package arrived in ** where I live and was put on wrong truck and ended up in ** then week later after initial delivery date arrived open and busted box to my door. And now once again package was in ** put on wrong truck and sent to **. Still awaiting package after a week which in now in **. Called FedEx and got rehearsed speech that package is on the way and if I have any issues to contact merchant that shipped. They would not put me through to a supervisor and told me they had to release the call. Service with FedEx *****. Wish merchants would not use them.

      We have been in business for over 21 years and recently opened a FedEx account. When we had to file a damage claim it was a convoluted and confusing process. We continue to receive emails from their claims department asking confusing questions. We never went through this with **** or *** in over 21 years. We will close our account with **********************.

      Three times this week our packages were not delivered at our address. Twice across the street which is in the state of ****. We happen to live in the State of ************ which I am certain a GPS system can clearly show what state your company is delivering to. Once to a neighbor that clearly is a tenth of a mile away. This is not acceptable. *** does not have a problem, ****** delivers here but FEDEX Can"t.

      Don't use fedex in ********** wa they will leave your packages out on the street for anyone to steal. No amazon, ups,usps,dhl,ect.... all bring our packages in side the secured building that we live at, but FedEx.For some reason does not, they leave it at the front door basically out on the sidewalk.For anybody walking by to steal , we've lost several packages because of this , and it is only fedex. This is unacceptable.We aren't very limited income.And so the money we spend on packages for the holidays is every ***** we have and FedEx, just does not care.I've talked to the driver's several times and they continue just to toss them at the front.Door instead of bringing them inside , like every other delivery company , does.

      Faxed documents that were not delivered. I was told (after the fact) that fax is not guaranteed to be delivered. They woukd re-fax for free but the original $25 would not be refunded, although that covered the cost for more pages than I needed to fax. I should have gone to *** ! I have used then in the past with NO issues. FEDEX is the WORST !!!!
