      I received a package dropped off by FedEx I never had to deal with them and never will again. It is impossible to get someone on the phone when I finally did I was told when the package would be picked up, it was not it was so hard to get someone again who told me something else. I was again told from a few more employees different things. I have never used FedEx and would never.

      Left my package at the bottom of the steps so i had to carry my package up the stairs into my apartment BY MYSELF when it was really heavy. I saw out of my balcony that there was 2 people in that truck so they obviously had the muscle power to bring it up the steps, but they did not.

      FedEx destroyed my property without consent and offered inadequate compensation.I shipped an $850 item through FedEx and was assisted by a FedEx employee during the packaging process. That employee advised me to declare a lower value ($200) to reduce my shipping cost. I followed their advice in good faith, unaware that doing so would later limit my protection if something went wrong.The item arrived damaged, and instead of returning it to me, FedEx scrapped it without my consent or any photographic proof of the damage. I filed a claim and provided full documentation, including proof of sale and invoices. The claim was denied on the grounds of improper packaging, despite the fact that a FedEx employee helped with the packaging.Eventually, FedEx issued a checkbut for less than half the items value. This token payment feels both unjust and arbitrary, especially given the lack of transparency and the destruction of my property without authorization.I trusted FedEx to handle my shipment professionally and honestly. Instead, I was given bad advice, denied proper compensation, and left without the opportunity to recover my own property.

      I never ship using FedEx. However, in the rare cases where something I ordered is shipped via FedEx, it's been either lost (for good), late (not days...weeks/months), delivered to the wrong address, or damaged. I've never complained, but this last time they lost a $600 wall decoration. I've called to file a claim and they insist it's not lost although it's been over a month since I was supposed to have received it. How are they staying in business? How are they able to maintain an A+ BBB rating? I've done some research and apparently I'm not the only one; I've seen a significant number of complaints...some of which are right here on the BBB site. Madness.

      Attitude of driver. He mumbled requesting "ID" (Which I knew about) then when I showed him my passport he said he can't take that. Let me tell you something, the PASSPORT is THE federal ID of this country and if you can't scan it or accept it that's on YOU. When I told him that this IS a VALID ID he just said "It's ok it's not that important"... I then ask WHY do you ask for it? Why do you not ACCEPT a PASSPORD (I've used this in the past). This is PATHETIC!

      Same as everyone else reports here 1. Couldn't find the address, conveniently at 5:00 pm.2. Wrong address on package.3. Right address on package.4. Wrong address again.5. I'll open a ticket. (None)All the above are on one package. All are outright lies.

      FedEx a nationwide corporation shipped me a package from Foot Relief Insoles. I received the product and had to return it immediately. After taking it back to a FedEX location by me to immediately return the item as it was defective the packaged arrived back to my house. The tracking number was on the package, but for some reason FedEx did not have an address the package could be returned to that was not the original ship to address. How do you ship a package with the shipper address the same as the ship to address? So 8 days later FedEx still has no return address to send the package back to. How is that possible as the shipper would obviously have an account set up with ********************** to pay for the item that was being shipped to the customer? Does FedEx not have a nationwide data base? How does FedEx ship out an item with no provisions for the payment of where it was paid for when it originally shipped out? Why is the tracking number not picking up which facility shipped the package? I am disappointed to know that a nationwide facility doesn't know how to ship back the package from point A to point B. Someone paid for the package to be shipped using a FedEx label and a FedEx truck dropped it off at my house. FedEx is a shipping company isn't it their job to be able to track packages from any location and to make sure they have the data on who paid for it and where it was shipped from? I find it quite disturbing. Disappointed in FedEx.

      I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and unresponsive as FedEx. Their customer service is absolutely horrible you cant reach a real person who actually helps, and when you finally do, they just read from a script and make empty promises. One of his name was ******. He don't speak English, hard to understand what he said. FedEx takes zero responsibility about everything. Ive spent hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another, only to be told well escalate it and then nothing ever happens. Corporate doesnt care either; complaints go nowhere. It feels like theyve forgotten what customer service even means.

      Had a package delivered that was not for anyone at our address. Opened a customer service case and it was supposed to be picked up within 2 days. They never picked it up and when I checked the case #, they had closed the case. Tried to talk to an actual person and it took ********************************************************************************** because there was no menu item that covered my issue. When I finally got someone, they said they escalated my case and it will be picked up and before I could ask when she disconnected and sent me to a survey - big mistake on her part by the way. HORRIBLE service.
