      I received a delivery through ************************* was damaged, and they refuse to pay for the item to be returned. Horrible customer service.

      Never on time. Terrible customer service. People need to demand companies quit using fed ex. Most unreliable garbage company out there yet they continue to s**** up deliveries every single day. I would rather have my stuff delivered on horseback. It would still get here faster and in better shape.

      This shipping company is incompetent, and you guessed it if you said #FedEx. The company that choose to use fedex has hit an low. #FedEx has stated the my ordered item has 1 delivery attempt but it's yet estimated 80 miles away and NOT even marked out for delivery. Now I have been waiting on this item, and FedEx has had the item for 6 days so far. I will not buy anything from **** again as long as they're using FedEx. I personally will be asking companies who they're using as a shipping service and I will shop elsewhere if their response is FedEx. And I have given FedEx the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time and I am done with them. The sad part is, now if either company tries to "correct the issue" it is only to save face due to this and other reviews that have been left about them. I try to be the good Christian and give the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. If FedEx slowed down to do quality service that would be good, or to treat there staff better ok, but neither of those 2 are the case. If and companies read this, I hope you choose a better shipping company please.

      They are the worst carriers I have EVER dealt with. NO CUSTOMER service. You have to jump through hoops just to get a live person to speak with you and they have no answers. No one ever knows anything. My package was dropped off at a home nowhere near where I live, and they could not find my actual address in their system. Funny. No one else has had a problem. I tried calling, and I tried CHAT, and no one responds on the chat. I am BEYOND livid with this company. They deliver for the company 32 Degrees, and I don't understand why they keep using them. They are useless. No one has fixed this issue at Fed Ex and I guess they don't care and don't intend to.

      Worst experience. I called customer service and they couldn't access my account with the information I provided. He said the address is not verified in the system and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to get extra help on this situation. Customer Service hung up on me because I was getting frustrated and I tried to rate my experience a one star but I kept receiving an error every time I inputted 1. I rated them a 2 instead since the 1 star was not working surprisingly.

      I am writing a review because the last few packages have not been delivered on time per there date FedEx would be delivered on October 31, 2025. Then the update said they would be delivered on November 2, 2025. Today, November 4, 2025 it's enroute. This is thec3rd time this year I ordered something and based on your date didn't arrive. This package is for my 70th birthday. Because this continues to happen, I will not longer order from stores I've ordered from for years who ship through FedEx. You guys are the worse. This will also be on social media.

      I sent a wedding/baby shower gift that contained some handmade items and a few pieces of baby clothing from ****** to the **. I paid $85 to have it shipped, for 1 box and the recipient did not have to sign for it yet they just received an invoice for $320!!! That is way more than the value of what was sent and they determined the value was $573. I have written an email to their dispute **** and awaiting word back but how unbelievable to try to invoice someone who I simply sent a gift to, not something they ordered or purchased. If this is how you operate a business, you certainly have lost mine and judging from your rating here, you already dont have much of a reputation. How dare you even think of charging someone who you have absolutely no proof they received my gift aside from a photo outside someones door. Stop trying to fraudulent get money and start working on your character as a company. Have you no values as a company anymore?

      I gave 1 star when I want to give a -10. FedEx is the worst carrier service in the world. They gave me a delivery date then then say its on its way and I still dont have my package 3 days later. How is this company still able to operate?

      Had package that needed sign for but no one told me so i wrote note telling them that I couldn't be there till later or that weekend. Package then gets a status of delivery date will be updated which never did the next day i tried to contact them about it got a person that didn't understand me no more than i could understand them. Got ****** involved and filed claim finally getting someone to talk to and explain what was going on found out they were about to send it back without them updating me on what is going on. i had to drive an hour away to go get the package that Saturday got the package thought everything was good. Nope today got an invoice for ***** so i tried to call and fought the **** Assistant for half an hour got hung up 4 times by it. Finally the last time I tricked it into letting me talk to someone explain what I was needing help they transfer me to a different department to just have the **** to hang up with me again never getting to ask about why I was getting charge for something. Don't want to deal with FedEx again.
