      FEDEX IN ********, ** IS THE BIGGEST *********** I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT TRUST FEDEX.

      ******** had a time sentive package that needed to be delivered for testing. Set up pick up day prior. Time set to be picked up between 9am/2pm. No show or call. Had to call back still couldn't get anyone to pick up package till the next day,! Take my advice never use FedEx!

      I get medicine from the VA and this particular medicine needs refrigeration. There are ice packs inside to help keep it cool. The ** pays for overnight and there was a Saturday delivery decal on it clearly stating when it should be delivered. FedEx couldn't care less. They delivered it Monday. No knock on the door or anything. I'll be notifying the VA about this as well. FedEx has been paid for a service they never performed. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, when it was warm outside, the medicine was ruined by FedEx not doing what they're paid to do. A lot of money wasted and delay in getting my meds thanks to their incompetence. Something should be done to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm sure that as it's happened to my meds, it's happened to others as well. If they can't perform the task they were paid for, they should be fired. I'm sure there's a breach of contract in this as well

      If <1 was an option, I'd have given it. It took 25 minutes of repeated calls to the customer service number and lots of yelling at the automated system to FINALLY get a person. She was of little help! They constantly misdeliver my packages and REFUSE to hold them at the loading location, even tho they have a counter mailing service there, so I can do the driver's job of making sure I get my packages. Any time in the future if I order something and its to be shipped by fed ex, I'll cancel the order, and find an alternative that uses a reliable delivery company. Its not the driver's package, so they dont care where it goes as long as its out of their truck at the end of the day. THEY should be laying off workers instead of **** Maybe they can hire some people who know where the correct address is! For being in business as long as they have, they have a lot to learn about customer service!

      I don't often have things shipped with FedEx, but when the shipper doesn't give any options and FedEx is used, I always have issues. This most recent instance, they straight up didn't even come to my house the day the package was to be delivered TWICE. "No delivery attempt made."

      Have never once had an item delivered properly by Fedex - the amount of times theyve attempted to deliver our items to our apartment complex they claim that we werent available or access the building which is literally unlocked and has options to contact a resident at the front door and package room. Nothing but lazy and incompetent service practices. Exhausted by the constant nightmare that is having something shipped by FedEx. I dont know how, but they need to be better. Good grief.

      FedEx is the WORST!!!! They have 1 job, delivering a package. They can't even seem to do the 1 thing that is their service!!! My original package was delivered to an unknown location, the picture was right next to a trashcan. I went through all the hoops of making a claim with FedEx that was closed the following day with no resolve. I was able to have the seller of my product ship another but this time a signature was required. I waited all day for the package, my husband happened to see it on his way home from work on the side of the road of a busy street. How is this company still in business???? They have ONE job!!!! Delivery!

      I was home to receive a package. I got a text saying that a driver tried to deliver, but no one was home! They took a pic from the street showing my car in the driveway even. They never knocked nor rang the bell. I then called and demanded they come back out, and the *** admitted the driver never approached the house. They said it would be out by 8pm - and they never came out AGAIN! I will never willing work with fed ex ever again. **************

      Had delivery sent to me. Did not arrive on scheduled day. Tracker suggested driver attempted but I was not home. Was not true. I was home all day and waiting. Worse, item didnt require signature, so should have been delivered regardless. Spoke with FEDEX, was promised early delivery next ******** day package never made it on delivery truck. Had several calls with FEDEX, each suggesting different reasons. Was repeatedly promised my package was safe. But separately told my package was lost. After fifth call ticket finally opened on ********** morning received notice package on the way. Received notice midday package delivered. Except it wasnt at my house. Only proof was a picture that was black. Showed nothing. Called FEDEX for the millionth time and was again promised my package was ******* package was a check to me. Gave up, called sender and requested stop payment on check. Ultimately, a neighbor three streets down showed up with the package. Just terrible, from the physical handling to the customer support. I have zero trust in FEDEX and will do everything I can to avoid use in the future.

      Im experiencing a repeated delivery issue with FedEx on the ******** to ******* route. My residential building is misclassified as a business, causing drivers to mark Business Closed without making an actual delivery attempt. My building has a concierge available during delivery hours, yet packages are delayed unnecessarilyoften skipping ************** and adding extra days to delivery time. In one instance, a driver left a package outside the building, and it was stolen. This ongoing issue has caused multiple delays, security concerns, and lost deliveries. Im requesting immediate correction of my address classification and a commitment to proper delivery protocol moving forward.
