      I had to return ship two packages and was told I had to do it online. I was then charged almost triple, $946 for the same boxes with the same contents to be shipped back to me. Because this is charged directly to my account I had no say in the matter. When I contacted customer service they said it was oversize charges and made no attempt to explain the difference in charges for the same packages. They then sent me a customer service survey which conveniently only gave me an error message. The moral of this story: do not give FedEx access to your credit card because apparently they can charge whatever they want and won't explain. Enjoy my $946 because it is the last you will ever get from me.

      Not a good company. They tell you one thing and do another and their contract with them is bogus. They expect so much for little pay and no raises given when due and all you do is fight with them to get your money that is owed to you. They take off time that you worked so they don't have to pay.

      I was supposed to have a package delivered on Monday Oct 27 which had to be signed for and I would have been home if it were delivered that day instead they attempted to deliver my package on Friday Oct 24th around noon and I was not home, so I got a notification that it would be delivered again on Wednesday Oct 29th at 7am instead they came on Tuesday Oct 28th around noon and I was not home. Wednesday I got a call from them saying that I needed to pick up my package or it would be shipped back on Tuesday Nov 4th. So I requested on there automated phone line to hold my package and I would pick it up at a FedEx location in ****************. Then I got another call and they said that I needed to pick up the package at the ******* location on Oct 30 th because the package would be sent back to the sender on Oct 30th. It is such an inconvenience to have to pick it up. Horrible customer service and it seems like there is a lack of communication in this office. I have had problems in the past with FedEx and I do not think I will be buying from anyone online who uses FedEx as their carrier.

      Fed Ex is an absolute terrible company. Cannot count on them at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
      SHIPMENTS ARE ALWAYS LATE
      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY
      DO NOT USE FOR YOUR BUSINESS, IT WILL ONLY CAUSE PROBLEMS.
      UPS is 1000000 times better

      Short and to the point, the lazy driver delayed my parcel delivery twice because they were too lazy to do their job and walk to my door. If I could give negative stars I would. I had to call their corporate office and instead of making the driver do his job they created another ticket for my order and claimed it would be expedited. It doesn't matter if it's expedited now because it's already 3 days late.

      Horrible customer service. Never deliver my package on time and it is impossible to speak to a customer service representative and when I do they are rude and not helpful

      Package sent out to ******* from **** to be delivered to ********** . Sat in **** for a few days until I complained . Package strangely vanished while on the truck to the next point . Customer service service is hoo . Theres a reason there is only one number for everything at **** . They pay someone to listen to your complaints , so they dont have to . The **** bot cant give you any other solution other than to call the number . I wont buy from anyone who insists on shipping FedEx . Way too many issues

      I have had multiple issues with receiving packages. They lie and say they attempted to deliver a package when they do not. The driver has stole my package and fedex does nothing to make it right. Tonight I called and **** would not let me speak to a manager. He told me he was not allowed to transfer me to them. He could only talk to me. Its sad that when FedEx is delivering your package its a ****** if you will even get it. Customer service is horrible.

      Never on time. Always late. Worst delivery company ever. Unless you want your packages always late.
