      Routinely lies about delivery days. Zero accountability. Called customer service and they refuse to allow me to talk to a representative. I run a business and can in no way depend on this company to be on time.

      FedEx is an awful company FedEx is an awful company to do business with. I have always had problems with their delivery service, but the recent issue took the cake. I ordered a package from overseas from a reputable company I have done business with before. First delivery date FedEx never knocked, I was home, but did take a pic and said there was no one home will attempt redelivery. Next day I check my tracking # and it shows it was delivered to my address and signed by me! This is a complete lie. I contact FedEx, they open an investigation, but can't tell me how long it will take. I call everyday for a week and I keep being told the investigation is pending. Finally, they tell me they are trying to go back to the address it was delivered to to retrieve the package and do a redelivery. This sounds bizarre, but I say ok fine. They won't give me info on the address is was actually delivered to. Then today I call, I ask to speak to a manager about this, I am transferred to ********* from the Program Resolution Team, who tells me there is nothing they can do because the package shows it was delivered to me and signed by me. Again, this is a lie! They don't ask for i.d. from the signer, they can't show me the actual signature. I am trying to dispute this with my bank now, but unfortunately I think that will penalize the company I ordered from anyway and not FedEx, who is the responsible party I absolutely hate FedEx. They make it difficult to speak to an actual human, their customer service is atrocious. I hope I never need to use them for shipments and receiving packages again.

      Horrible customer service. Had to take the day off work to sign for a package which was to be delivered between 8am-11am. Then they moved it to 12pm and then 8pm and now they moved it to tomorrow. They won't allow me to go to the delivery center to pick it up and I'm leaving the country and need this item for my trip which is why I paid for two day shipping! They can not be trusted to even do the most basic stuff - like deliver a package when they say they will. The customer service is impossible to reach and when you finally figure out the magic path to speak to a person they could care less and offer no help or opportunity to provide feedback. ****************.

      Paid $69.75 to have a package delivered, was supposed to be delivered on 10/23/25 but was not delivered until 10/24/25. I have spent 3 days trying to file a complaint in order to get a refund.The claims on the website have been down for 3 days, and the agents are absolutely useless!!!I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was told that they could not do that because I didn't have an invoice number. I will never use Fedex again, and do not recommend them to anyone else!

      I was suppose to receive a package yesterday. Instead I got someone else package. I called customer support they said the driver would be back to fix the problem. Well they never came back then they posted online that they tried to deliver but there wasnt a safe place to do so?! They never came back tho. What lies!!! FedEx has always been a crappy company how are they still open?! They suck!!! I wish I could have used **** I got my other package from them no problem ugh so frustrated!!!! How am I going to get my package?

      Upon leaving my workplace, which a school, with my child in the vehicle I experienced disturbing behavior from your driver for the *********, Ca location on 10/24/2025. While I was practicing common safety measures for exiting an elementary school, he honked at me because he didn't want to wait. He didn't care that there were young children everywhere, vehicles both parked and trying to safely exit, and there was a vehicle in my direct path. Apparently, my resistance drive wrecklessly the second he honked provoked him to exit his vehicle and approach my window. When I looked at him, he glanced at the driveway and returned to his vehicle. There's an immediate stop sign after the driveway with a crossing guard. My cautious approach once again set him off to honk some more. He continued to honk at me because I was traveling at the 25 mph limit for a school zone. In addition to honking, he would swerve to tge side in an attempt to catch my attention and enforce his will for me to drive unsafely in a crowded school zone just so he could save a minute or so on his route. As we passed the gated housing complex, he sped up and whipped into the driveway for entrance into the gated community, which also has a speed limit that he was breaking. He had a lot of nerve and put his convenience over the safely of the children families, and staff members trying to navigate school release traffic. It's against the law, dangerous, and I can't comprehend how or why he believes that this behavior is appropriate, at any time, but especially in a school zone. He obviously has been given great latitude over some time if he was this confortable to essential rage drive a huge and heavy delivery truck.

      I was shipped a two-part package on the 13th of October I received one part on the 16th of October the second part showed nothing as far as tracking for 5 days when it wound up in *********** it came from ****************** going to ******** Nevada it finally showed up in *********** and it tracked to ********* arrived ***************************************************************************************************************************** *********. I would not recommend shipping anything by FedEx

      I mailed a two day delivery pkg and the tracking showed it did not get there in 2 days. Tracking said bad address, but instead of my pkg getting returned. They claimed to have delivered it on day 6. I made a claim through automation and with a representative and the claim was still denied for a pkg return or my refund

      I have had a nightmare with FedEx trying to receive a package that they claimed couldn't be delivered to the address stated for delivery. So I called and confirmed the address was correct. They then said it would be delivered the next day. I received an email stating delivered and a picture which was not my address. They took upon themselves to deliver 30 miles round-trip from me elsewhere. Then had nerve to tell the shipper the customer said to deliver to this other 1 . You cannot trust them and it's a shame you try to.

      I am extremely concerned about the level of competence and intelligence of the people answering calls at FedExs customer service. They seem completely unable to understand even simple questions, and their attitude is rude and arrogant. Instead of trying to help, they simply hang up on you. This is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
