      This is the absolute worst delivery company. I refused a package twice and got a notice 3 days later that the package it out for again. I reached out to FedEx customer service and after jumping through hoops to get a live agent, there are no solutions. I have to catch the delivery people a third time to refuse the package and then they are supposed to return it. Every package that I have received from FedEx is extremely filthy and usually damaged in some way.They don't seem to care that they are the worst delivery service out there. I do look forward to them being replaced and going out of business. I will cheer them out.

      If I could leave no stars I would, why is it so hard for fedex to deliver a package to the correct address! They make it impossible! They dont even show proof of delivery! What a scam theyre probably stealing the packages for themselves and selling them! What a crime!

      email from supplier says delivered. looked at email and the front door and door steps is not even my house. Tried to call fedex and its impossible to get a live person. the phone number will NOT direct me to a person because the address apparently isnt located for the tracking number they have which is a complete disaster in itself. DO BETTER FEDEX!!

      My package was never attempted to be delivered. I tried to contact fedex twice and spoke to representatives that told me because of the type of shipping that the shipper selected I wasn't entitled to assistance. The only information they gave me was the same information I got online. They were unable to transfer me to another department or person, and told me to file a claim online. I tried to file a claim and it said with the type of shipping I'm not able to file a claim. This company has zero customer service and basically anyone can run off with a package. I would like to be able to receive my package and if someone is saying they attempted delivery and you can see that the photo for proof that is attached is fictitious customers should be assisted.

      Delivery driver marked a $700 package delivered, with no picture. Package is no where to be seen. Have talked to customer support MULTIPLE times and they are absolutely no help. they say they are working on getting in contact with delivery driver and then not, and then getting hung up on. Its absolutely mind blowing to me its so hard to get into contact with delivery driver about my $700 package. times ticking.

      Over the years fedex has consistently delivered packages to the wrong address or not at all. This time I had a package coming from an attorneys office. They lied in their own records, sent my package back without notifying me or following their own policy of waiting a set amount of days. I called the attorneys office and requested they use any delivery service other than FedEx since they dont seem to know what theyre doing and Im waiting on a family heirloom which I dont want to be lost. The woman at the center I went to pick up my package showed zero concern and provided no resolution. The customer service *** I called wasnt going to do anything except direct me to call the attorneys office to request they send it again. I had to push to open a case for this as they cant follow their own policies and lied in their records. My son is home so I know they didnt try to deliver this item three times. I encourage people to use other services and not to rely on FedEx. They dont know what theyre doing. ****************.

      0 stars. FedEx is horrible. For four days my package was riding around on the truck. Everyday close to 5pm I would get a email saying package return back to ..... And everytime I called costumer service they will tell me the same thing. Package was refused by costumer. How can a package be refused when the driver never came to deliver my package. Then they'll create a ticket number and the said rest assured your package will be delivered tomorrow. I went through the same c*** for 4 days until I called the merchant, ******* complain to them and the next day FedEx finally delivered my package. Horrible.

      I ordered some items from a company on October 13. They said FedEx would deliver it October 14. I tracked the package as it went from **** to ******** to ******* to ************* and back to **** before it finally got to ************ two days ago. Its been two days and they say my package is on a truck with ****** whoever he is and I shouldve had it 36 hours ago. What happened to FedEx who insured overnight delivery. Its been 10 days and I still have no idea where my package is. No customer service. No human being to contact. Just computer generated answers that tell me the same thing over and over and dont answer my question.

      Staff at this location were unprofessional, confrontational, and discriminatory. I waited about 25 minutes while several customers who arrived after me were helped immediately. The employee refused to assist me and spoke aggressively. If staff are unwilling to serve customers, they shouldnt be in that role this incident shows poor training and supervision. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

      The driver ran over a greenhouse frame in my garden causing at least $350 damage. i put in a complaint but they just keep closing my case, they have no interest in resolving it. I have a video of the incident happening. I've called them 8 times today because they keep saying the regional office will give me a call back but they lie saying they can't get through. 2 case managers so far, **** and ****** both closed the case. Looks like I'll have to go the legal route.
