      Delivery driver lied about attempting delivery. Customer service is a joke. Nobody answers the phone. Definitely the bottom of the barrel delivery service. I didn't have a choice, the Amazon seller chose them because they were probably the cheapest. Use *** or ***** Stay away from fedex

      There have been several instances, but this is my breaking point. I purchased an item, and it shipped via FedEx. There was a delivery today that I could not sign for since I was at work. Given the current issues in the government, I am unfortunately unable to leave whenever I wish at the moment. I called FedEx so I could pick up my package, as the item needs to be registered within a certain amount of time before I have to go through this process again. The representative said that I need permission from the sender to pick up my package that I paid for. I call the sender, and the representative from the sender says they cannot change or authorize anything since the package was sent. Why do I have to get permission to pick up my package?

      I want to give them a zero rating!! Fed Ex should be put out of business. Its interesting how they say they delivered but no one was home. My husband was there for the 1st attempt but somehow didn't hear the doorbell. The 2nd time was a pic of our front door but nothing on the ring camera that shows anyone arriving at that time. I talked to an agent who assured me we would get a delivery between 10am-1pm. None showed now they are telling me I didn't have that conversation with anyone that it will arrive sometime before 8pm. So now my husband has been sitting at home since 10 am and has to be there waiting until 8pm? Never again will I use Fed Ex!!

      My package was a same-city 2nd day delivery, and both the sender and recipient were myself.Initially, I was informed that my package was under security check, and I was subsequently directed to Fedex ******************** However, the representative there stated that, for some unspecified reason, FedEx was unable to deliver my package, yet could not provide any explanation which I find highly unreasonable. Later, I was issued a new tracking number, and upon reviewing it, I discovered that my package left my state entirely and was delivered to a completely different ********** this point, I have serious reason to believe that my package was not properly taken care of. It may have been mishandled, damaged during transit, or even stolen, given the unexplained rerouting and lack of accountability. This situation is unacceptable. The shipment was intended for local delivery, yet it has been redirected without any transparency or justification. I want to request an immediate investigation into this matter and a clear explanation of what occurred, as well as a resolution plan regarding the recovery or compensation for my package. I have already filed a claim regarding this issue, but so far no one has responded or followed up on my case, which has caused significant frustration and concern.

      I have a fedex account that was used for fraudulent charges. Ive called several times to get this taken care of, but I never receive a call back. I keep getting told that ******** in the fraud department will give me a call and she has never returned my call. Im at a loss of what to do at this point. FEDEX makes it impossible to get a hold of anyone! Theres no way to email anyone. The only person that supposedly can help me is ********, but she will not return any calls! Basically, if you ever have fraud on your account, youre on your own. FEDEX refuses to help. Not sure why they have a fraud department is they dont even do anything.

      FedEx has stole my package and have lie to me and has drivers that take package that does not belong to them. I have lost money do to FedEx for things I have payed for and FedEx people have taken and never deliver them I am going to contact my lawyer to file a law.suit against FedEx in ********** ca. I have had medical items sent to me and h as ve never received them from FedEx that plays with my health *********** if anyone has any advice for please let me know .

      Heres a professional but firm review you could post about your experience with FedEx:---? 1-Star Review Extremely Unprofessional Delivery Drivers Im very disappointed with the FedEx delivery service in my area. About a month ago, one of their drivers threw a tire out of the ******************** and it hit the side of my truck. I reported the incident, but nothing was done about it.Then, just recently, another delivery was even worse. The same driver (or one just as careless) drove straight through the front of my yard, threw the package at my door, and tore up my grass spinning their tires to get out. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.FedEx seriously needs to hold their drivers accountable and train them to treat customers property with respect. I expect better from such a large company and hope this issue gets addressed immediatey.

      Customer support is incompetent and rude. The Supervisor, **** told me to contact the shipper if I'm having such issues with their delivery and to request them to ship using another service. Obviously if I had that option I would have NEVER chosen FedEx for my shipping needs

      I went to the Oceanside Fedex Shipping/Printing store today. I just moved to a new place and today was the day I needed to return the keys to a management company for our old place. I couldn't use my printer at home because it hadn't been set up yet. I didn't know where the plugs were for it. I remembered Fedex printed copies at their facility. I drove there (20 minute drive) and spoke with *****. He was SO helpful! He was able to help me print the hard copies using my phone and I was really grateful! I would have had to drive home and get help from my daughter and then drive back to Fedex again. Then drive to *********************** were the keys were to be returned. ***** saved me from needing to waste time driving back home and made my day so much easier! Thank you ***** I so appreciated your helpfulness!

      I am a retired military officer. I had 2 packages sent from ******. Neither arrived. I contacted FedEx showing the delivery photo is not my house...clearly NOT my house. FedEx *** assured me they would conduct an "extensive investigation" and approx one day later advised I'd have to contact the shipper....the shipper who had the correct address. I am now out almost $400 thanks to FedEx who absolutely takes zero ownership in finding my package and recommended I look around my neighborhood. This is pathetic. As a 100% disabled veteran I recommend no one use their shipping. I am literally shocked that I have zero help nor concern with this company.
