      First off, the website is horrible in my opinion. It should not be that difficult to add delivery instructions. You cannot use numbers or special characters. But I waited all day for my package, and the driver couldn't get through the gate. So I didn't get my medication. So I called and a young lady helped me, not sure her name, but she must have called the facility and told me to go there. So I drove to the facility and they had been closed at 5pm; it was 5:03pm. And then this young man came out and let me in. He stayed over an hour after they closed, so I could get my package which contained my medications. And it was a Saturday, so I wasn't going to get another delivery attempt until Monday. The young man's name is *******, and he went above and beyond for me after hours on a weekend. I thought perhaps the call center was messing with me, but they really took a bad situation and made it right. This is due to the excellent teamwork of the staff. I am much appreciated and grateful for the team members that assisted me yesterday.

      It makes no sense that every time I'm supposed to receive a package through these people they always have some type of exception. The workers are too sorry and don't want to deliver the **** packages so they take them back to the store and mark it in the system as the customer requested this. I'm starting to believe that the workers just do what they want and they have no management over them because they allowed this to happen. What's even more sad they don't care about the reviews that they get and they continue to do what they're doing.

      Fedex guy rings our intercom and I buzz him in and run downstairs from our 3rd floor condo. We were expecting a box of wine so we needed to provide our ID. He's walking away but as he enters his truck he turns toward me and I wave at him as he sees me but still gets in his truck and drives off without delivering our package. Logged on to the FedEx site to schedule redelivery and of course that feature is down. Not the first time this happened with this company. Much prefer the **********************.

      many people are sharing their bad experience and no one seems listening to these ... I sent a package and its on hold, and there is no explanation why its waiting, I called them three times, visited the location my package is on hold, but no luck yet and not sure when my package will be moving... very bad customer service ..

      Delivery person not delivering goods, lying about attempts, blank photos. FedEx needs more responsive customer service. We have had repeat issues indicating no one was home when they work from home and dog will alert, but was silent. This week I verified gate code with dispatcher while driver was at gate. No delivery. Called dispatcher who said driver would return. No delivery that day or next. Had to pick up the item. Driver is taking blank photos, no documentation that delivery was attempted. I think the issue is with a bad driver, but the company needs to address it. Two incidents in less than a month. Its a pattern.

      I typically don't have issues with Fedex UNLESS signature is required. In the past 5 years, I have had several deliveries that claim 'Customer not home' when a signature is required, and they never came to the door. I actually made an entire ******* video on this 3 years ago with video ********** confronting the driver about it the next day. Today, on October 18th, 2025, this happened again on tracking number ending in 9370. (BBB won't allow me to post the full #). It stated '*****' was out for delivery and would arrive between 9:35am and 11:35am. I was working on my car in the garage and noticed a notification at 10:29am that Fedex 'tried to deliver' but 'customer wasn't available'. Nobody showed up. Additionally, the moment I got the notification, I drove around my entire apartment complex and couldn't locate Fedex anywhere. In addition to that, it stated ***** 'left a door tag', which he didn't. No door tag was left. And lastly, the photo ***** decided to upload was a picture of a blurry brown box, a fake photo.I called into Fedex Customer Care immediately and got ahold of a supervisor by the name of ****** who tried to assist. She stated she called the local manager, but he was unavailable and instead spoke to an Officer who claimed they would try to redeliver this today. Nothing on my end shows this, however. ****** claimed she would call me back within the hour, but I have my doubts. As I stated, this has happened MULTIPLE times in the past 5 years, ALL of which required 'signature'. If you would like to see the one I caught on video, feel free to watch it below.******************************************* It's absolutely ridiculous that your employees are FAKING delivery attempts just to move along their route quicker. And it's been happening in the *********** area for years!

      Package was to arrive on a Thursday with tracking saying it's on its way. Then there is a message that a future delivery was requested that I did not initiate. Package is in suppose to come on Friday and tracking says it's on the truck for delivery. Another message says that a future delivery was requested which again I did not initiate. Now I have no clue as to when my package ia arriving and you can't speak to customer service.

      They are bar non the worst shipper on Planet Earth. in 30 years, they have ever done anything right when it comes to delivering on time. There has never been a time that a shipment wasn't delayed, lost or stolen. I always tell people don't use them, there will be a problem with delivery and sure enough these losers always find a way to cause a problem. Today they cost me a job and I will have to file a claim

      We had a package out for delivery that was at a hub less than 45 minutes from our house and over night it ended up half way across the **! The package came from ************* and was to be delivered to *******, ** - it was in *******, ** and then somehow ended up in ***********. When we were finally able to get a representative on the phone he could barely speak English, and was unable to tell us why the package had been shipped so close to our address and then sent to ***********. When we asked to file a complaint he said there was no way to do that & they werent responsible for shipping delays. The package tracking showed it to be delivered by Wednesday, Wednesday it said Oops there has been a delay and here we are ************ package is in ***********! Their website and AI chat are just as worthless as their human customer support! 0/10 recommend & will go out of my way to make sure nothing is shipped to us via FedEx again! I wish it would let me leave a 0 star rating.
