      I would give zero starts if it were possible. FedEx started charging for pickups that I have paid $0 for for the last few decades. I didn't know about this change until I started getting $17+ bills for each pickup. Had I known this would happen, I wouldn't have scheduled the pickups at all. We are a very small business and there is no FedEx store in our somewhat rural area. Fed up with Fed Ex! *** seems much more eager to please in the customer service department1

      Not only were our packages destroyed but they were also just set at the top of the steps where grandma could trip and fall. The driver deserves 0 stars!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. A package was due to be delivered October 14th. We live off grid on a new road and ordered a diesel heater as its getting colder here in *****. While the **** and *** have both been delivering with no issue, FedEx claimed the package was undeliverable due to not locating the recipient. I called customer support on the 14th, they said they opened the case and would have someone reach out. The 15th, no return call, no package. I called customer support back, someone puts coordinates into the system for delivery. The 16th two different packages are delivered by FedEx, but not the heater. I called customer support back and the person told me it was delivered. After reexplaining and going over individual tracking numbers they tell me someone will call back and it will be delivered to your doorstep. Today is now the 17th and still no package. They are still saying they cannot find the location even though two packages were literally delivered using the coordinates. Customer service is not helpful, they say the same things repeatedly, even if it is misinformation. There is no phone number for the local facility and instead you get people who speak poor English, adding more frustration to an already frustrating situation because of a communication gap. I cant even pick up my package at the local facility because there is no option for that until its tried to be delivered three times

      My package has been sitting at the local FedEx warehouse for several days without moving. As soon as it arrived there, I received a delay notification. Now, the tracking status says: Well add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving. Thats extremely concerning especially since I never have this problem with ********************* (***) or the local post office.Its frustrating that this always seems to happen when Im expecting something expensive or high-end. The timing of the delay makes it feel suspicious, as if the package might have been tampered with or stolen.I called FedExs ***** number for answers, and the customer service was completely unhelpful. They provided no explanation and no timeline. Its unacceptable for a major shipping company to offer such poor service and zero ************************************* seriously needs to get its act together. This experience has made me lose trust in their shipping service entirely.

      Customer service is a complete joke. No one is willing to help you. Took off work to sign for an important package- package was then delayed until the following day. I explained I work full time and would not be there the following day to sign for the package hence why I took off work. They said my package would not be delivered unless I was there to sign for it. I explained again if it was delivered during the week I would not be there during the day and I would be at work. I was told theres nothing they could do and if I was not there to sign for my package, it was being sent back to the manufacturer. I was told I was unable to pick up the package and I had no options. Pathetic service. 0/10

      Worst delivery experience ever. I have been told for about eight days that delivery was coming then delivery did not happen. I have called their customer service line multiple times and given explicit instructions for how to deliver the packages but it seems the drivers dont even attempt to follow the instructions. Somehow, ******, *** even ******** manage to deliver to my business address- only Fed Ex seems to be unable to do so. I have no idea why they have such poor customer service.

      Save time, money and headache...DON'T USE FEDEX for anything!FedEx is the worst company I have dealt with in years! The automated phone service *****, they don't deliver packages and when you try to contact someone to ask why a package was not received, nobody answers the phone, hangs up shortly after the phone is answered or they put your call into an endless loop. I finally got someone to answer but she did not know what the heck she was doing, transferred me to someone else who hung up right after I answered the first question, which is always "What is your name?" I will avoid this company at all costs in the future. I might consider suing them for time spent trying to find out what happened to a package I sent for a return/refund which never arrived and nobody seems to have any idea what happened to it. I have paid over $100.00 for a product they lost...And I thought this was a SHIPPING COMPANY...go figure!

      Worst customer service ever. They failed to fill out all the information when I dropped off the package and then harrsed me for a week via phone and email for information I had no way of knowing.

      FedEx completely dropped the ball with my order. Failed to scan my package at the warehouse. My order is left in waiting carrier pick up. FedEx driver purposefully didnt scan my package and they stole it. This has several cases that its happened all over reddit being posted. I want my product and its now sold out with bo way to replace it. FedEx wont respond to any attempt at tracking as the customer service will only see that its still waiting carrier pickup. However its not they stole my package by not scanning it and the company cant find it. They created a shipping label and packed my product. FedEx failed on purpose for the drivers own personal gain. Shame on them and they should be reprimanded.

      FedEx and their customer service are so unprofessional and they need a lot of improvement and training for their front office, customer service, their supervisors and their day to day operations. They always have misunderstandings and lack of communication and providing the right support and solutions for customers. Their customer service lack the right training in order to get to know how to deal in situations and help find solutions for customers.They cost me time, lot of money and effort due to their lack of communication, experience and ethics.
