      Fedex is a joke drivers lie. They say they came to your door and say package was undeliverable when no one made an attempt to deliver the package... Customer assistance is zero help

      I will never in life use FedEx or recocommend them to anyone . They have held my package up that I sent and paid a 2 day delivery for almost 6 days and will not return my package to me. This customer is FedUp

      Delivery driver rolled my package (about 2.5x2.5x.5-stationary bike) down the (passenger front side) steps and dropped my package onto the ground and it landed hard. I confronted the driver, he denied what I saw, and then called me racist. I told him if my equipment is damaged, then hes liable. He denied accountability and refused to give me his name. I wrote down his trucks license number. I called ********************** to complain, 2 transfers later, and was then disconnected. I called again repeatedly to get in touch with a real person, and am in the queue to get called back. Drivers need to be trained better on transporting large packages and made accountable for potential equipment damage.

      a package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx told me that it was not their problem and contact the seller. I did, the seller opened a claim and FedEx denied it. So, I'm out the product and the money.

      It seems every package has some issue with delivery. More have been lost than arrived. Then the costumer service is horrible, I payed them to ship a package but cant file a complaint, the shipper, who already got payed has to do it. I have no idea how this company is still in biodness

      FedEx stated they couldnt deliver my package and called to confirm my address and stated my package would be out for delivery the next day. They lost my package and am now having to contact the company I purchased from to start a claim process after a Support ticket through FedEx wasnt able to resolve my issue. All this while dealing with customer service representatives that have terrible service skills and thick accents to the point you cannot understand them.

      I was in vacation and noticed that a package was going to be delivered when I wasnt going to be there. So I placed a vacation hold on the package and I was ignored and delivered anyway two days before I get home, three days before the vacation hold was over. Tried calling and the virtual assistant couldnt help me a got stuck in a loop of the same question over and over again. Finally broke the loop and was able to leave a number for customer service to call me. They were just as useless as the virtual assistant. They pretty much said tough luck. Its up to us to approve a vacation hold. Even though my account says on it that theres a vacation hold on it. So much for all their ads about get it delivered how and when you want. All lies. Terrible company with terrible customer service. If its my choice I will never use FedEx again.

      Terrible customer service. Second time in one month that the FedEx driver left my package at the wrong address. Picture confirmation shows a front door that is not our own. They are requiring us to contact the shipper to start an inquiry when it was the FedEx driver, obviously the last step in the delivery that is incompetent. Address in the tracking details was our correct address If it was clearly FedEx's fault, why do they refuse to accept any resposibility?The recent picture of someone's front door does not look like anything in our neighborhood.

      HORRIBLE! There's a reason why I've never shipped anything through fedex, they are terrible and most of the drivers are incompetent. I wish any other shipping service had delivered my package, then maybe I would have received it in one piece and not damaged. The box was torn to shreds, exposing my item to just anyone walking by, this morning.Unfortunately, this wasn't my first negative experience (and probably not my last since I can't control who companies choose to send their packages through). This experience only reinforces my dislike for this raggedy company.

      I would taste this company a 0, but that option is not provided. I just can't understand how this company still operates with all the lost packages they seem to have on a constant basis, and worst of all they don't even try to rectify the issue any way at all! HOW CAN YOU LOSS A PACKAGE ESPECIALLY NOW A DAYS WITH THE TECHNOLOGY WE HAVE!!! SHUT THEM DOWN!!
