      I placed an order from Vans and the order was shipped via FedEx. I got the tracking number and awaited my package. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 09/06/2022. What was delivered was a big surprise. I got home to find a box on my porch. That's it..that's all. A box. A sealed box. No ****************. Just a brown box with packing label but no shoe box or shoes inside. The original seal had been broken and the box had been resealed with clear packing tape. When I called to complain, Fedex tried to blame the shipper (Vans). But you could clearly see the tape that Vans had put on the box was different from the clear packing tape that was now on the box. This is not the first time a package has been stolen and FedEx does nothing about it so the employees continue to steal. There is no accountability.

      Just opened a business account with them, I havent even had this account open for 2 weeks and Im already being scammed out of $957.00 I contacted fraud, they told me I someone will call me back with in 24hours In the mean time I have to wait to get my money back, terrible customer service!

      I paid extra to manage the delivery so that it would be delivered between 5 and 8 PM on Monday. I was in my driveway getting mail when the FedEx truck went by at 7:25PM. I made eye contact with the driver, and he kept going and marked the delivery undeliverable because no one was home. I called FedEx and they told me I'd have to contact the shipper. I asked for a supervisor who told me it would still be delivered on time. Then I got an update via their app it was rescheduled to the next day between 10 and 2PM. Now I must stay home to accept the delivery. I called FedEx support again this morning, now Tuesday, to get a refund for the money paid to schedule the delivery. I was told to use the online form. It wouldn't let me do it because I don't have an account number. I called again and was told, once delivered there would be an invoice and to try again in a few days. I never have these problems with *** or ***** Absolutely the worst for home delivery.

      Wish i could give negative stars. To begin with they dont give you ANY idea on when to expect your package their website and app are vauge to send the least. So unless you want to waste your ONE day off waiting like i did. Do everything in your power not to use them. They need to get up to speed with their competitors or sell out.

      Wish I could give FedEx zero stars. My 2-day delivery item has been allegedly sitting in their distribution center for 4 days. It is now 6 days since it shipped. Once they shipped a computer monitor to the Aleutians, I live in WA. This incompetence has been going on for years.

      If I could give them zero stars, I would!!!! Tracking showed delivery date was supposed to be Saturday but here it is Tuesday, NOTHING!!! Even said delivery date not available!!!! How does it go from a scheduled delivery date to no date available???? Of course customer service was completely useless in resolving the issues or giving answers. I am with the other customers, FedEx should be shut down like YESTERDAY! This isn't my 1st time with a horrible experience with them and was hoping maybe it was a fluke. Y'all make me truly sick you rip off artists!!!!

      I ordered Auto parts on Friday September 2nd 24-hour delivery which meant they should have been delivered on Saturday it is now Tuesday September 6th they told AutoZone when AutoZone called them that they would be delivered by noon today September 6th 4 days later I'm still waiting for the parts for my car FedEx is useless worthless they don't care about customers all they care about is the bottom line they owe AutoZone for overnight shipping seeing how it's taken from when they picked it up on the 2nd to the 6th and I still don't have it I never use FedEx and I will tow companies from now on if they ship my stuff FedEx it better be guaranteed that it's delivered on the date it's supposed to be delivered or I'm going to start holding FedEx and whoever uses FedEx to ship my stuff to me accountable which means you owe me money and I will get my money I am very very annoying very very insistent and I'm about to call FedEx to find out where my freaking packages

      I had a perishable food item to be delivered overnight on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022. Because of a 10 hour delay between ****** and ********* ** (not very far!), my item was not delivered on Friday. I had the package held at the Littleton shipping facility thinking I could pick it up on Saturday, to later find out by calling Customer Service in India, that they arent accepting pickups. Due to the holiday weekend, I wasnt able to pick it up until today, Tuesday, Sept 6th. Now it is completely spoiled and exploded in the box. How lovely is that. We could have flown to the bakery in *************, had our banana pudding, and flown back in the amount of time it took them to transfer the package to *********. Absolutely horrible service. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with them. Calling customer service does nothing because you cant even understand the person the phone. FedEx needs to get their act together!

      Absolutely awful company with even worse delivery drivers. If you have a bigger package, you better go pick it up yourself, theyre too lazy to even get it off the truck! I ordered a set of tires and wheels, BOTH times drivers showed up, looked at my house, looked at my wheels, and decided not today and right back drove off! The original delivery date was over a week ago and I can only imagine how many times theyve been tossed around the back of the delivery vehicles/warehouses. They cant even update the delivery status correctly or accurately at all, customers service is completely useless. This is not the first time Ive had this problem, and Im sure it wont be the last. This is by far the WORST shipping company, stick to *** if you can to avoid a nightmare. Also, FedEx needs to re-train (if they have any training at all) its drivers. It seems very common in this area when there is a truck is slowing traffic down in the passing lane - its a FedEx one! At least theyre good at something; wasting peoples time! FIX YOURSELVES.
