      Do NOT use this company they lose packages and can never deliver on time I live in ********* my package was in ********* then they transported it to ***** now its back in transit to where I have no clue they are dumb a** mother *******

      Ordered a ******* phone directly from manufacturer, tracked my package and it mysteriously sat at their ********, ** facility for a few days (which has been known to have employees that steal from packages and reseal them up), finally got package a few days later and sure enough the package looked to be retaped, when I opened it up my phone box was apart and no device was inside.Bunch of thieves work for them and they do **** about it, avoid them at all costs especially for expensive items.

      Well deserved of one star rating. Overseas (***** I think) was totally worthless.2 day shipping now at 5 days and they still show the package at the local terminal which is a couple of miles from the shipper. Best add for **** ever produced.

      When I hear that the circus comes to town with their army of clowns I think of FedEx. I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered with one day shipping. It took them a week and still didnt deliver my package. Customer Service was completely useless. Everyday they were promising to deliver my package and every evening it was a new lie on why it was not delivered. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with shipping. FedEx does not care about you at all. Not even a little. If you have other methods of shipping including a wagon pulled by Garden Gnomes I would go with that over FedEx. I hope FedEx has a serious wakeup call and fixes themselves. Again worst experience ever. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

We had bought them from Amazon and they got shipped to us by their fright; Each box were priced at $487.18 (= total of $974.36) those were neither labeled nor shipped by FedEx. The only reason we had left them in front of our house was that they were heavy.We called FedEx immediately the same day and followed up on this multiple times. There is not an easy way to connect to a human being through FedEx customer service. Even when we did they had no clue which FedEx employee from which route visited us in that day.Can we get our boxes back? or otherwise a $974.36 of value?

      I ordered patio furniture through ******* 08/25/2022. My original date of delivery was scheduled for 08/30/2022. I received a text notification saying that my package is early and will be deliver 08/29/2022. Monday comes. Package is delayed and will be scheduled for Wednesday 8/31/2022, one day after my due date but okay, it's coming! Wednesday comes and around 11:43am a FedEx truck pulls in front of my house and I'm thinking, "Yay my package has finally arrived!" As I observed the delivery driver I noticed he is inside his truck, he then gets up and goes to the back of the truck out of view, then back to his driver seat and drives of. Okay so maybe that wasn't the truck with my order cause on the website it still shows "on the truck for delivery. I also questioned "Why did the FedEx driver just sit in front of my house like that?" "How weird!" ****** also didn't know I have a camera on my porch and it captured it all! A few hours later around 2:17pm I get a notification saying my package was delivered and a proof picture attached. No one delivered my package and no other FedEx truck drove through my neighborhood after the one I saw at 11:43am. I look at the proof picture FedEx sent me and the picture they sent me for proof of delivery is literally the back of the truck. Screenshot taken and I immediately call FedEx. I explained to them what happened, what I saw, and what I captured on film. The person I spoke to on the phone ****, tells me that I am right, the picture proof shows nothing but the truck, my package is not in the photo and he will report it, file a complaint and create a case and gave me a case number and everything. Around 8pm that evening FedEx Corp calls me and says they still have the package and all their apologies and tell me they will get it to me as soon as possible. Its now Sunday 09/04/2022 and gave up on this package Friday and ordered one from Amazon. I'm also limited to **** characters for my review. I also have screenshots and videos.

      How is FedEx still in business? I'm not kidding. The ineptitude is staggering. How can anyone possibly be using this "service"? I canceled a $2,000 Best Buy order because of FedEx today. (That, and because Best Buy also *****.) Not only do they not deliver on time; they also LIE about it.

      I've been waiting around for 1 week for my package and for some reason I've missed them every time. Its ridiculous I can't believe they can't follow simple instructions. Take my package and drop it off at a FedEx location so I can pick it up myself, what do they do if they bring it to my house. Some of us work through the morning graveyard shift.

      You, FedEx, emailed me my 2 tracking numbers for my 2 packages. 1 coming from Ohio and another from ********. You said both packages would arrive at my PO Box on August 30th.Here I am 3 days later, no package. I checked the tracking and 1 package is STILL in Ellenswood, GA. and the other in **********, **.I called FedEx customer services and ONLY got computers talking to me. NOT ONE HUMAN BEING!!!You're company is ran terribly!!Seriously, how does FedEx still exist with the sorry shipping services you got? Either fire your CEO, Executives or Employees. Get better. Or go under!
