      how can a package be in transit in your city, then hours later be delayed 200 miles away? Fail.

      Worse service I experienced from any shipping company, over and over again. Constant delays and lies or no information at all. Will spend the extra money to use any other service any day of the week.

      Rarely get packages on-time, it seems like when they see another package coming to the same address in the next day or so they will hold the one they should be delivering at the local depot until the later one catches up. Shipping isn't cheap but I don't get a choice of carrier so when I get an email with a FedEx tracking number I know to adjust the delivery by a good 2 days. The moral of the story is FedEx ***** and I don't know why people still use them.
