      Worst delivery company ever! I have never had a package delivered when they promised. They must pay the BBB lots of money to maintain an A+ rating when they have a 1 star customer rating. Clearly the BBB is not a legitimate company.

      This company told my cellphone provider that I refused a Package but I never said that to FedEx it arrived at one of their locations I went to pick up said package and the reason being was that their website said there was visual damage to the package so I thought maybe the box to the phone was damaged nope I was told by one of the fedex employees that the package arrived ripped open but they put in the system that I refused it if I dont get a refund for my stolen/lost phone Im calling the attorney generals office and the fcc on fedex for fruad

      They failed to make a delivery. Marked the address as incorrect. It is a newer build, however both ***** and Amazon had no problem locating me. In addition, ***** called to request information although they had my cellular phone. The failure to deliver is because if it's not handed to the delivery driver on a silver platter they don't even try. Complete laziness, lack of character, poor work ethic take your pick. It must make ********************* sleep well at night knowing his competition keeps the bar so low.

      A few days ago while my husband and I were away during that time. There were a couple of boxes that were dropped off by FedEx that got wet in the rain by laying them out in the walkway when shouldve done this indoors. Please do better FedEx!

      Our rug was to be delivered on a Wednesday and was delayed for an address issue (how can that be when the address is correct on Wayfair?) but set to be delivered the next day. It was delayed every day after that for ONE WEEK because of "operational delays". Customer service said they couldn't do anything and said it was an "operational delay", which we knew already from the tracking information. I finally find a number for the shipping facility and they almost transfer me to customer service when I tell them that they have done nothing the last 3 times I called. So they looked into it for me and as it turns out the rug did not fit on their truck and it needed to be picked up. ONE WEEK and SIX DELAYS went by and not a single person called us or identified on the website tracker that the rug could not be delivered. Unbelievable.

      Why can't I leave 0 star review. FedEx is horrible! Package was supposedly delivered, not! Why claim the delivery service title when you don't deliver. Should go out of business soon.

      On Monday, July 18, 2022 I requested to have a oak bookcase moved from ****, ** to ********, **. The quote for the freight cost was given to me as $337.89. The bookcase was moved as requested and on time. Some decorative carvings were damaged when loading but we repaired the damage after it arrived. The next week, my elderly year old mother received a bill for $2,9992.18. I then made several phone calls to Fedex customer service who said to email details to Fedex dispute resolution. The detailed were emailed. The bill was reduced to $613.89. The bill is still higher than quoted. This organization appears to have a bait and switch scheme going on. It is unfortunate because the employees who did the transport were great and as were most of the phone staff. Furthermore, I consider this Adult Abuse. Both my Mom and I are Seniors. We should not have had to go through the bait and switch process and dispute.

      Horrible service! Scheduled to have time sensitive material returned to Snapdiagnostics. FedEx driver never gets out his vehicle, calls me and says sorry but there was no package. Costing me $500 Call fedex to make a complaint , was hung up on twice and was told they cant let you speak to a supervisor and all they could do was schedule another pickup time.Horrible customer service. I am totally beside myself with the service all the way around

      Their drivers will lie when they put "Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed." Was expecting a package today, and saw the delivery truck drive by. It parked next door, so I went outside and waited thinking the driver would go ahead and delivery my packages. Instead, he put the aforementioned "exception", and drove off. Now I get to wait at least another day. DO NOT RECCOMEND their service to anyone!

      FedEx has gradually degraded to become quite possibly the worst shipping company in existence. Their overseas call center reps are awful, and often dont understand what is being communicated. Their drivers are reckless and damage expensive packages. Their app and systems are loaded with poorly written code and errors, as well as incorrect information related to shipments, and delivery requests.Pretty much everything is bad. Go *** and save yourself a headache.
