      Useless. Absolutely useless. Just called customer service because Ive been waiting on a package for a week. Ive been tracking this package every single day for a week because its been sitting at their site for 5 days now. I HAD a delivery date listed on Friday 9/9 for that day, by the end of the day and it was never delivered. Now my package shows no estimated delivery date. I called customer service, explained the situation and what I saw and he told me they dont give delivery dates for standard post. When I asked the rep again why they gave a date on Friday, 9/9, for my package to be delivered by end of day, he said mustve been a glitch on the website. Yeah, okay. Bunch of lazy disrespectful liars the lot of them. Oh, not to mention that I had a driver admit to me once that if a package says fragile on it, they play football with said fragile package. How nice. If I could give 0 stars, I would because they dont even deserve a star. Any time Ive ever dealt with FedEx, my packages have been delivered with damage on it, and not minimal damage but a lot of damage, so Im sure they play football with more than just fragile boxes. I stray away from FedEx at all costs but unfortunately for this package, I had no other option.

      FedEx was to deliver a new phone. They sent me a text saying that the shipment was on the way and a signature was needed. I signed the forms online so that they didn't need to find me, just deliver the package. Instead, they left a note on my door asking for a signature, saying they'd be back in 3 days. This cost me 3 days worth of work! I called customer service and tried to leave feedback. No one would even listen to my feedback. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but I was transferred to Technical Support. Their systems certainly didn't work for me, and they didn't seem to care.

      I had joined a meal delivery service and FedEx received in a timely manner (per tracking). It was delayed for multiple days which obviously would make the perishables spoiled. Thinking it may be the delivery company and not wanting to deal with this issue again, I switched to a new delivery company. I am again experiencing the same. It is obviously FedEx, not the companies. If they are unable to honor their delivery time tables, they should NOT accept the requests. This would at least allow companies to find another method of shipment and not lose product and customers. Shameful business practice.

      Your delivery is awful, don't deliver on time, deliver packages to the wrong address. I had 2 packages delivered in the last week valued at ****** dollars and the were delivered to the wrong addresses.I think this company should apologize for there horrible service.

      The FedEx in my area is terrible !! After my package was misplaced (stolen) I read the reviews on this facility FedEx Ground ************************************************* Clearly this place has a theft issue, many customers have complained about packages mysteriously coming up missing and nothing is being done about it . What a shame!!

      Cant see how they have an A+ rating when they have a 1.5 out of 5 for customer reviews Lol. I pay extra Ati have packages delivered next day air for my business and they always say they attempted to deliver but hey never show up at all and I get my packages late. I was expecting a a package this morning and the driver pulls up to my building and says he has a package for my neighbor not for me. 20 minutes later I get an alert saying they attempted to make a delivery but I wasnt home. Theyre system is broken but they have a monopoly so apparently theres nothing we can do but just deal with it. Even though the whole world knows they s*** they still have an A+ rating with the bbb. How is that possible? All I can say is try to get your shippers to use a different service or ship to a PO Box if possible and good luck!

      If I could give negative stars I would. I dont know what has happened to FedEx. They used to be a good company. Now, I receive about 10% of the packages shipped FedEx at my house. The other 90% are delivered to my neighbors or not at all. The last one was a ~40# box of dog food from Chewy which they left in the pouring rain at my neighbors gate (no protective plastic). So I had to go pick up a mostly dissolved heavy box from their driveway. I have a large mailbox with large numbers on it. Is the driver blind?! This has been an ongoing problem for years now. Ive cancelled all online orders that routinely ship by FedEx and informed these companies that I am no longer doing business with them because of FedEx. If I have to do my shopping in-person to avoid this aggravation, so be it. Now a note to BBB how can you rate this company A+ with this many **** poor reviews??? You are doing consumers a disservice by rating this company so high. Other companies likely take your high ratings into account when choosing who they will use for shipping their products.

      FEDEX never delivers on time and likes to leave packages somewhere else beside where it is suppose to go they don't like to come to my area i use *** when i can far more reliable and no problem with my area ***** .

      FedEx is HORRIBLE, and I cannot believe how FedEx continues to get away with claiming packages have been delivered when packages have NEVER been delivered. Twice in the last few weeks, FedEx claimed they "delivered" packages that NEVER arrived at my home. My home cameras PROVE that no delivery attempts were made by FedEx at the time/date of the delivery stamp and that no one else could have possibly stolen these packages. When you file for a lost package, FedEx does its OWN investigation and determines your package(s) had been delivered. How convenient for FedEx that they get to be their own judge and jury?!?! Your lost package case is then closed and the investigation is deemed complete by only FedEx. Next, you'll receive an impersonal do not respond to this email autoresponse from FedEx directing you to contact the shipper of the package. Sadly, all the shipper understands and believes is that FedEx shows your package was delivered and why would FedEx lie? In short, shippers believe FedEx, and FedEx can keep your package. You have NO other recourse! When I tried to sign-up to manage my deliveries to have packages held at a FedEx location for pick-up, FedEx claims my personal home is a business, and I am not eligible for the managing packages to a business. I don't use FedEx to ship and try my best not to use companies that ship FedEx. However, some companies ship FedEx, and I find out after it's too late. If you haven't yet had this experience with FedEx, you will soon enough. To be clear, I've had no issues with other delivery services in our area, and our home cameras PROVE that no one else could have stolen these packages. These packages were never delivered by FedEx. If you want your stuff then do not use FedEx and avoid companies/shippers that use FedEx.

      FedEx has been the WORST NIGHTMARE I have EVER experienced. Paid to have my deceased mother's urn shipped next day air 3 DAYS AGO !! After the biggest run around I was told it would arrive by 8pm today. Guess what ? I DID NOT ARRIVE !! This is COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE !! I will NEVER use FedEx !!!! Can't wait to hear the latest excuse, if I can even speak to a live agent. DISGUSTING !!
