      we had a delivery that had to be signed for. We were not able to get to the door in time and were left a missed delivery tag saying the would try 2 more times. The next day, we were ready and expecting them, we made it to the door in ******************* time to see them driving down the street. We reviewed the security footage and noticed that the driver had only waited 11 seconds before leaving. we called the toll free number that they had left and explained what happened and were told that they would have it redelivered that day. when it hadn't came that evening I called the number again asked to speak to a manager and was told that it would be delivered the next day. I informed her that we would not be home that day and she agreed to have a hold put on the package and have it delivered the following day. i told her that even if they did that we probably couldn't get to the door in eleven seconds unless we were given a specific time. She stated that she would make a note that the driver was to wait or call my phone if we didn't answer. despite the hold, we got a notice from our security that they were trying to deliver the next day. My husband explained through our security system that they were supposed to hold it for delivery the next day. the driver said that he would take it back and it would be delivered the following day. we stayed home and waited the next two days and no delivery. we called the number again and were told that the package had been marked as having been attempted delivery three times and we would either have to go to their closest facility to pick up or they would return to sender. i explained what happened and told them that I didn't feel like they had made three good faith attempts to deliver and was told that they would forward my number on to the Fed Ex site that had my package and they would call me. I asked if they could give me the number of the person at the site who might be able to fix this but was told no. we are still waiting!

      fedex system is terrible, they text that the delivery will on one day then they change it to a day earlier then change to a day latter. Driver claims to no one was home, but my wife was home all day. Wish these rateins could be 0 or negative stars.

      WORST customer service I have ever received! I ordered parts from *****. The package got held up in customs for a week and then they lost my package for another week. I asked for daily updates and never received any info unless I called up and spoke to several different people/departments who absolutely knew nothing about how the process works or what to do to figure it out. I kept getting told to wait a little longer after having waited for over 2 weeks and sending several emails (which I never received any sort of response to) and making several phone calls I finally received an email notification that my parts were on the way. Then when I finally got my parts (I had to drive 25 mins to pick them up from the warehouse since no one was home when they tried to deliver) I picked the package up from the warehouse I noticed the box was ope and a $300 part was missing out of it. I Immediately filed a claim and took pics of the package now I have been waiting, AGAIN, receiving zero updates except when I call and go through the entire process of trying to figure out who or what department is handling my claim only to find out there is no update. I finally got in touch with someone who spoke decent English and she told me they would finalize the claim since their search for the missing part was pointless. Now I am receiving info from the sender that FedEx requires more pics of the damaged package. It was at their warehouse! They should have taken pics if it was that important! I am currently still fighting with FedEx and will continue to until I get my money back. I will do everything in my power to never use FedEx ever again EVER FOR ANYTHING!

      I can confirm that all the negative experiences are true. Over the last two years FedEx has a 100% failure rate for my deliveries. Every single delivery has been delayed, damaged, lost, or some combination of those issues. Drivers do lie, customer service is a joke, and they won'g honor their shipping guarantees. I will never ship with FedEx again and I won't work with a supplier who insists on using them.

      I wont order anything anymore if Fed Ex is designated to deliver it. With them, Never get what I paid for. And on at least one occasion it ended up costing me more. Ive had enough of that. Will be motivated to get what I need another way.

      I have not had a good experience with FedEx for the last 10 shipments of items Ive received that were shipped by them. If you call customer service the person on the other end of the line usually doesnt speak good English and they have no clue where your packages are or whats going on with themthey just make up excuses until you finally are fed up and hang up!

      The delivery drivers are the worst,they don't deliver with proficiency,they drop off the delivery on street side Walk, very poor and unprofessional customer service.the complain about this take you to a contact center in ***** where you can not understand the English.

      Today I had a horrible experience with this company. I had a three piece package delivered to my home I had special instructions for the driver to assist me with the heavy packages into my doorway. The driver leaves all three packages at the back of house neglecting to come down my street at all. I called to speak with a supervisor and she proceeded to tell me that the driver was right he left the packages at the house. In all my years of having packages delivered I had never had a package dropped off at the back of my house. Oh and by the way the back of the house doesn't have my street address.

      Fedex lied about delivering a package in three separate ways across two phone calls and one email. That's terrible customer service.When presented with the facts to counter their story, the company requested two weeks to investigate.In that time, they could have contacted the shipper. They could have sent an apology. Instead, they waited two weeks, and found that they had "misdelivered" the package. No apology. Nothing. Terrible service, terrible business model, terrible website. Abusive.
