      I have never had a good experience with FedEx. Shipping has always been slow and inaccurate. They give you a time frame for delivery, but it has always been later than that time frame. Today, I was supposed to have a delivery to work for my anniversary, which was time sensitive, and I waited at work a half an hour late just for the delivery not to show up. Then, we were told that I either had to wait until the next day or go to a FedEx location for pick-up. Mind you, these were flowers and chocolate covered strawberries, which may not last much longer. I purchased a swing set that was supposed to be delivered. They delivered the slide and nothing else. I was told that the other components had gotten lost somewhere. After waiting several weeks and being left with a slide I couldnt use, I scheduled for them to come pick it back up. I had to schedule three different times before they finally came and got it. I would literally shop around for a company who doesnt use FedEx before using a company who ships via FedEx.

      I received a text that my package was delivered. It was not. I have a Ring Doorbell and no activity. I called customer service and they were no help. This is not the first time. I avoid using FedEx when I am able. Terrible.

      Awful customer service packages that require a signature should not be signed by a driver unless there is proof a customer preferred that especially when something must be checked for damages or rejected and when something says its out for delivery it shouldnt be 9pm before it says rescheduled which it always does just terrible all the way around

      Do not use FedEx if you are in the *** midtown area. FedEx routinely skips my home for delivery and marks the package as delayed due to recipient not being home. I live in Midtown *** and have paid for overnight delivery of important legal documents and they have never come on time. I have waited in my apartment for the e package at the scheduled delivery time, only to receive an update that delivery was attempted but the recipient was not home so delivery is delayed until the next day. It is fraudulent behavior for FedEx to charge for overnight priority delivery and then not even attempt to deliver the package at the time they guarantee. I have stopped using FedEx when I have a choice, but sometimes they are carrier the sender chooses. I have had important legal documents, including my passport and documents for international pet travel, delayed by weeks.

      The worst. A supposedly "2 day delivery" has turned to the 4th day without any news of the package that still shows "out for delivery". Customer service was absolutely no help at all either. Use another company. This one *****

      Worst delivery service.....A system so well organized, with a computer system that every employee has access to.But unable to tell what happens to a HUGE package. Claim its delivered.... it hasn't been. Wouldn't you notice a huge box still on the truck for delivery? Wouldn't it be rescanned as not delivered? And why when I call multiple times I get multiple varying answers on when it's going to arrive. It feels like I'm just getting lied to so they can get off the phone. Worst company Clearly unorganized system.Hire thousands of employees to be on the phone in the office to just basically lie.Also, different time I was waiting on a LIVE animal to arrive to me. It was delivered 3 hours later than they told me it would be and every time I called they just kept saying 'were prioritizing it'...Just answer questions honestly, communicate changes and set realistic expectations.... it isn't that difficult.If I could avoid using Fed ex forever, I would save myself the hassle. But unfortunately they unjustly so, have majority of shipping business around.

      I paid extra for 2nd day air and it has now been 5 days with no end in sight. It has been sitting thousands of miles away for the last 48 hours. $150 in shipping is a lot for a couple of small car parts when most places offer free shipping. I expect to get what I pay for.

      What a joke of a delivery company. Out of the last 10 times, they have delivered a package once on time. When asked about why, they always have some excuse, today it was the weather, when I pulled and screen shot the weather for the city, they said no it was another city I pulled that weather report for the last 3 days, and no bad weather. They are running out of excuses. Do NOT USE them they are the worst company ever. They do not care about their customers and continually just make up excuses.. They do not even deserve the 1 start I am giving them Also customer service said that my package will be here tomorrow by 8 pm, I asked for that via email or a text... Still waiting on both

      I had live trees due for a delivery on MONDAY. They delivered them to an industrial complex. Contacted Fedex and opened a case, Tuesday they claim they would deliver, and then they do not, just returned them with the truck to the depot. 3 days late and still pending, may as well return them because they will be dead. Escalation team is useless and they cannot follow through on promises.

      The driver claimed he dropped my package off wit a young lady at my house, 2 things wrong with that story first i was the only person home 2 theres nothing on my ring doorbell camera to back up his story and customer service was very quick to dismiss me in favor of the work of the driver i would give 0 stars if i could
