      FedEx attempted delivery at my home while at office. Called customer service to hold. Could not understand representative. Requested U.S. based customer service. Informed me that I could not be transferred b/c it is ground and not a priority shipment. I have absolutely no idea what I am supposed to do but I can assure you I will never, ever use FedEx again.

      So they ship my package, tracking says 12/5 delivery, 12/5 comes and goes, then tracking says Wed. 12/7 well Wed 12/7. has come and gone now it says pending, and has stayed at pending since Tue. Night. Now here is the kicker... My package has been sitting in my cities destination center for going on 4 days now, and they will not put it on a truck. This company is the worst logistics company in the World!!!!! They don't care about you the Human Being, they only care about that shipping charge they get!!!!!!!! Can't even talk to a real person everything is automated. This company is a joke and always will be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Package has a web note of "Indirect signature required", which means FedEx gives you the option to print and sign a letter that can be posted on the front door as a means to leave the package and relinquish all responsibility of a stolen package from FedEx to myself. I signed the letter, I posted it on the door and watched my cameras when the driver went up to the front door, NEVER rang the bell, but lightly knocked. He read the note on the door, left a door tag and took the package into the truck. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I have been fighting with FedEx for 5 days now trying to get my packaged delivered. Still as I'm writing this, it has been almost a full week with no delivery.

      Paid for scheduled delivery on 2 packages requiring signatures... They delivered early anyway with no one home, forged signature, and left package on the steps. Do not pay for scheduled delivery, it's a joke just like their customer service when I called to try and make the situation right. They said sorry can't refund or help.

      I live in ***********. I have a local business and i have several packages that i have shipped to me. fedex terminal or hub in HUMBOLT is a 3 RING circus and they give you ever excuse in the book. I have 2 packages and one of them have been in humbolt for seven days and it has been scanned on the truck for delivery every day but no package i have called and called and no solution has been given. there is no reason for a company this big to be like this. ITS BECAUSE THE DRIVERS UP THERE ARE ALL CONTRACTOR DRIVERS THEY ARE NOT FEDEX EMPLOYEES. IT IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT THIS IS GOING ON. IN THE FUTURE IF I CAN KEEP FROM IT I WILL USE **** OR *** BECAUSE THEY HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PEOPLE UP THERE HAVE TOLD ME THAT I COULD COME PICK UP THE PACKAGES MYSELF BUT THAT IS RIDICULOUS. IF YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE THEN YOU NEED TO BRING ME MY %$#@ PACKAGE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I LEFT ONE STAR BUT NOT BY CHOICE IT SHOULD BE -5

      I must say Fedex has met my longstanding view of being a very undesirable company to deal with. I will try to remember, going forward to check when purchasing a package. If they use Fedex, I will decline my purchase. Not only do they charge extra when the package is delivered which certainly appears to be like double dipping while I don't know of other companies who do that. But their tracking on the website is different than the tag they put on your door if you aren't home to pay this this extra delivery charge before they deliver. So the door tag said they would deliver next business day but the website says I have to go all the way to the airport to retrieve my package! I talked to a rep who said they will be delivering at my home. I took the day off work but they never showed up. I finally retrieved my package, after paying them a hefty fee, a day loss of work and much frustration.

      This is the second time Fedex lost, damaged or whatever my package. I ordered sofas. Never got them. And FedEx is the one who lost them. I contacted FedEx service center, I tried to manage my delivery. Nothing. I dont know what to do! No package, claim denied. This is sofa! The second lost package in December.

      Gotta love modern tech. Spent all day wait for a delivery. ******** says they attempted to deliver a tad after 6:00pm. Funny thing-no knock on the door and NONE of our multiple cameras picked up any type of vehicle at that time. So it appears as if the driver simply didnt get around to our delivery. How much do you want to bet that the same thing will be repeated today and we will have to drive an hour to pick it up? Im thinking this is a way to save on delivery costs. Make people pay for next day, then simply say no one was home a couple of times and make people drive to their hub to pick it up. Cameras dont lie. No one came here yesterday. And dont even get started about trying to talk to a real person because you cant. Been there. Tried that.

      Just the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Ive been waiting on my package that is apparently about 30 mins away in ******** and for 2 days my tracking info has been saying its out on truck for delivery so why have I not received it yet they just act like its being delivered and its NOT thennnn when you finally talk to somebody to check all they see is its scheduled to be delivered today!!!!! Yeah its beennnn like that they just push it to the next day and still dont deliver and put a case in and have to wait even longer I dont use the word hate but I really HATE FEDEX yall suck! For any thing I ever ship or receive it can NEVER be from yall again idk how yall still in business

      I MADE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL BECAUSE THE PERSON LIVES IN A BUILDING. I WAS TOLD THE DRIVER DOES NOT CALL AND I BASICALLY NEED TO KNOW WHEN HES OUTSIDE. HOMEOWNER WAITED ALL DAY FOR ITEM AND STILL NOTHING. THEY KEEP ****** ATTEPMTS BUT NOT CALLING
