      sent fedex envelope with a delivery of 11/22, wasn't delivered till 12/2. called customer service, was transferred to 4 different representatives, the 4th one told me to read page 102 on the shipper guide. what a joke.

      Doesn't follow delivery instructions. Impossible to navigate their phone system to get to customer service. Last delivery driver stood in street and threw the package 10 yard up to my front porch leaving it exposed to street traffic. I have requested 7 times that Fed leave packages between the screen door and front door and if the driver is too lazy to do that then leave it on the front porch behind the **** that obstructs street view. Every time I am routed to their delivery terminal where I am given lip service that it won't happen again. The 5th time I called about this I was told it wouldn't happen again and 15 minutes later I received a delivery and guess what. The worst delivery service.

      Worse Service and Corporation ever! I was better off having my package delivered to my home at least then it would have not of been stolen either from the facility more than likely by an Employee or either the Employee did not follow proper procedure for package pickup. Not one person from FedEx has made an attempt to contact in regards to my package that's valued at Over $1000 or to assist me in figuring out what happened, Leaving me no choice but to file a Police Report as well as get an Lawyer maybe eventually we will get some answers. FedEx does not value there clients nor the items they are responsible for until packages are properly picked up. I wish I didn't have to pick a Star, you should none!

      I made an order that was processed from vender same day. It want to fedex same day. This was a part I needed asap. Once the part got to Lebanon **** I received confirmation it was on a deliver truck two days in a row. The first day late at night after staying home all day for it. The tracking said operational delay. The next day stated again on truck for delivery. The local driver goes by at 5:30 that night. I stopped him in the street and was informed it wasn't on the truck. I go by the part at local parts store and called FedEx about the part. I was told the part has been sitting at the FedEx depot in ******* **** which is 30 miles from my home for 48 hours and never made it to any delivery truck. I canceled order. Stopped payment and told FedEx to take it back to sender. I am sick and tired of paying up front for products to sit in a FedEx for days to weeks only 30 miles away. FedEx needs to let customers know that they don't care about service and lying about being on a delivery truck waisting customers days waiting on products sitting in warehouse 30 miles away.

      FedEx stolen package and claim no follow up. This 2 day delivery was to be signed package. The FedEx signed my name incorrectly for the package and also gave my package to a stranger off the street. I have video footage of my package being stolen. No one from FedEx is responding to my claims. It is more than 10 days since the incident and no call back from FedEx. This is the worst experience I ever had from a delivery service.

      Fedex, ********, ******* is the WORST!!!! This place need to be shut down immediately!!!! Packages are always delayed due to mis-sorting, tracking is never updated, packages come severely damaged, or they are delivered to the wrong address. I know people that have received packages out by their mailbox that didnt belong to them, but they did the right thing and located customer and delivered themselves. just an all around awful service!

      This is the second time my package has been dumped in the ***** near my home by FEDEX. I had the supplier issue a credit because we never received. FedEx drive said he left it at a locked gate. There is no gate. I found lost Order was tossed into the *****. Box was soaked from rain/snow. Opened box and took pictures for you to see. Cardboard box was falling apart. FED EX driver should be discipline for this. FedEx driver just too lazy to drive in driveway that is paved with a turn around. Shame on him.

      Does not deliver packages to the correct address and then when you call they want address the issue they just keep transferring you around! I have also created the account just so I could put reliever instructions and they dont even follow those instructions. I wish companies would quit using them to ship product you buy from them.

      Driver didn't follow delivery instructions, left tv on front porch. Once I was aware of the delivery (30 minuets later through alert) I contacted them to let them know that the driver did not do as told and that it could possibly get stolen by anyone who passes through. Fedex stated they would get a driver to circle back around and move the item to the instructed area also having that driver call me to let me know that had taken place (Im currently at work). Never recieved a call. I get off, get home an guess what my tv is gone. I have been going back and forth for 2 days now with fedex and ******* trying to see what can be done. No results. Only being on hold for an hour or so to get hung up on in the end. I'm left with no tv that I ordered and can't seem to get loss package process with ******** Disappointed.
