      Horrid! No Customer service at all! They have my packes, wont send me updates, Or Leave it on my porch..I just lost 2 hours of work waiting for a FEDEX that has Still Not come! Im at wirk finally and MY MOM ( who the gift is for!!! ) Is sitting in my driveway waiting for your Incompetent Drives!! I would never CHOOSE to use Fedex or reccomend anyone else do!! Im about to file a complaint with the fcc right now...

      I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars!!! The worst delivery company on earth. They always deliver my packages to someone on another street, because we both have the same number in our address, but not the same street! Fedex doesn't care, you can't call to complain without going through 30 minutes of automated phone h*** to get to a live person. They even take a picture of the package sitting on someone else's doorstep to prove delivery. Too bad they don't take the time to read the address and NAME ON THE PACKAGE. I would never choose them for delivery, the shipper does. Maybe if people complain to the shippers, they will stop using FEDEX. They deserve to go out of business.

      We order something on Amazon . They send the package with Fed Ex our package. Never arrived and Amazon refused to refund our money . We have cameras and there is no proof they delivery it to my house . Yesterday another package from another company was left on the back of my neighbors house they have a vending machine and she find my package left back there she took pictures . Dont know what is going on with this deliver drivers .

      When a delivery company(FEDEX) delivers my packages by sticking them in a news paper recepracle over a 100ft from my door;thats unacceptable. Then the driver takes a picture of in the receptical and emails; your package has been delivered. I guess management thinks that's okay. I've had packages ruined by them. Xmas decorations ripped down by one of their trucks. If you want delivery problems by all means use FEDEX.

      Two separate occasions separated by years, both with shipments from OR to East coast. Shipments were separated into fragments. One had the fragments sent all over the continental US with long delay in the ultimate segmented deliveries, the most recent one was partially delivered on time and the other portion went from OR to ID to WY to MO, where "no delivery date is available". On both occasions I've complained to the shipper (perishable contents) and was told that there's nothing they can do with FedEx. Tracking number available on request. This is not a holiday, or supply chain, or pandemic, or labor market problem: it's a systemic problem with FedEx.

      My package was to be delivered on Dec. 7, 2022. I live in an apartment complex with no gate, so there's no reason for a delivery to be missed. The FedEx drivers simply dump our packages at the leasing office, and we have to **** and dig around trying to find them. This time, the leasing office was closed, so my package was marked unable to be delivered.First of all, there is no reason my package couldn't not have been delivered to my apartment. This is plain laziness on the driver's fault. Now it's at some hub, and I have to drive 20 miles to pick it up. Unacceptable.

      Fedex is trash. No customer service or support in general. You call to only receive automated response with no hope of getting questions answered or resolved. Waited all day for expensive package only to receive dissatisfied service for my efforts after being promised a delivery date that again didn't arrive on. Time. I Highly recommend a different postal service as this 1 has 0 quality contr

      I am totally appalled that **** basically accused me of damaging an own shipment that I was sending to my daughter in ** from MD and refused to refund my money. Who buys baby formula, which is in huge demand due to shortages, destroys it, then pays $50 to have it fedxed to ** for my infant granddaughter seriously is the claims **** for fedx that stupid. Im out $100 in formula and fees I WILL NEVER USE FEDERAL EXPRESS again Furious

      fed ex *****. i get orders from ******* shipped fed ex several times a month and it never fails they deliver part of my order to the wrong address about every third order. ******* looses more money because of fedex than anything else i would say.

      I ordered a very important package. The tracking shows out for delivery yesterday the 8th of Dec. No update on the tracking. I called customer circus and was told my package was being held st their location in *****. ******* advised me that the driver attempted 2 days in a t row which would make the 2nd attempt today the 9th. No attempt was ever made. I am home all day and the office where I live said no attempt was made there. They then said it was marked hold. Such liars. As you can tell they outsource their call centers to another country. Not the US. They give you phoney names. DO NOT SHIP FEDEX and if what you ordered is through the, good luck. They also will NOT transfer you to a supervisor as they are having high volume of calls. They are all a bunch of stooges. I hate FedEx.
