      Driver fake attempted delivery on a very important signature required package. No door tag and security camera shows no one attempted anything in the timeframe. What is the point of paying for 2 day delivery when your employees pull stunts like these.

      FedEx has to be the worst shipping service out there. I get Dinnerly, and unfortunately their shipping partner is FedEx. I like Dinnerly but unfortunately Im probably going to have to cancel my subscription because FedEx keeps loosing my boxes. Not a single one has arrived on time. Two have been lost and the ones that have arrived, arrived late and damaged. Do better FedEx.

      One star is too much for this $hitty outfit. Twice in one week we haven't received our packages. Today my wife said the FedEx truck is here. I go running outside to find two trucks driving away and neither of them left our frigging packages, Where the h*** do they find these people to drive for them and NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGES? They were right in front of our address and still didn't leave them!!!! Two large trucks, two worthless drivers! Now, we get an e-mail saying an adult is unavailable and the office was closed. F*** yea it's closed on Sunday. Try getting your ***** out of the truck and going to the f****** door on the address you horse's butt! Why would any business pay to have this company do a job and still, twice in one week s**** it up for us? How many others do they screw? No wonder they only have a one rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

      Ordered a packaged from a vendor that uses FedEx. It was marked as delivered on a day that I was home alllll day. I checked everywhere. No package. I try to call FedEx multiple times because their customer service number is automated and its programmed in a way that its impossible to get in touch with an actual representative. I finally call and lie, saying Im a vendor, and that got me through to an actual rep. I explained to them that they did not deliver my package to me. They told me I needed to call the store I bought the package from and take it up with them?? For what? FedEx messed up the delivery or lost my package so why do I need to call the store I purchased from? The store did nothing wrong! Zero accountability or understanding from FedEx. But they want us to be gracious with them during the holiday season? Nope. Its not difficult to deliver to the correct address and if you make a mistake correct it!

      Horrible!!!! You will never get your package! My package was supposed to be delivered weeks ago with zero attempt to deliver. Impossible to speak with any from fed ex and when you do they tell you they can not guarantee any delivery dates despite the fact you pay extra for faster shipping. They also say they attempted for delivery which is also inaccurate. Horrible!

      Between 11/21 until today 12/10. I have received a package for someone who lives 3-5 miles away from my home, Different house number as well as street name. I have purchased items from companies who have my correct address, and have had fedex representatives tell me it was other companies fault. Also, I have had perishable misdelivered packages and pictures sent of other peoples front doors. I have been told more than once to check my neighborhood. I thought it was their job to do this work. Does fedex no longer try to find what they have misdelivered? I will begin to ask to sign for all my packages from them at least I know I can get the package.

      Ive ordered many packages and not one has ever been delivered on time, some of said packages have been delayed multiple times or just plain out never arrived! I sure do hope as some point business we buy from give us a shipping option cause Im positive fed ex would be out of business!

      My item arrived at the local Fed Ex facility on December 7. They refuse to deliver it. They are allowing a lazy courier to falsely claim that I live behind a controlled access gate and that my address is inaccessible. It is now 3 1/2 days overdue (and counting).

      Totally worthless. 2nd day ground and 5 days later and still not arrived. The items are perishable. Never using fed ex again.

      Extremely unreliable and unavailable to find packages. Hate seeing my packages being shipped by FedEx.
