      A delivery was attempted that required a signature and photo ID. The 1st attempt was made while I was at work. Per the FedEx failed delivery email, I tried to schedule a delivery date and it did not recognize my address, probably because I live in a new build community.So I called FedEx customer service to schedule a delivery date per the FedEx email sent in regards to the "missed delivery". They stated that they would not reschedule the delivery. When I asked why, they stated it was a sender issue. I called the sender, and they said there was no issue on date of delivery, that they only required a signature and a photo ID. When I called back to FedEx to explain this, the second rep I spoke to was less cordial (even though the first was rude to begin with), and stated that they will deliver it when they see fit per their schedule instead of coordinating with me when I might be home. I explained how I work rotating shifts and would like to schedule the delivery for my day off, but they refused to change the re-delivery date. I offered to pickup the package from the FedEx store, and they refused to allow me to even do that. I asked how I'm supposed to get my package if they are refusing to work with my schedule and if I'm not allowed to grab it from the FedEx office, and they said they will deliver it whenever it fits in THEIR delivery schedule.The first rep I spoke to (named ******) was unprofessional and provided minimal details and no effort to rectify the situation. The second rep on my call back after I spoke to the sender talked over me, and didn't seem to even care about the delivery of my package.I thought this was completely unreasonable. They provided no alternative solutions, and said they would attempt all 3 deliveries on a date that suited THEM instead of the customer. It seems to be a waste of resources and gas- and is a detriment to the environment making trips that they now know will result in a non-delivery.

      Stopped at my address then left and Delivered my package to the wrong address. They turned the case over to be searched and 3 days later I received an email saying they have concluded their search and the case is closed. I dindnt have my pkg and my neighbors opened it illegally and kept it. Now I'm told there is nothing the police can do.

      Seller shipped a package to me on Dec 7. Delivery was supposed to have been made by Dec 9. Fed Ex claims to be unable to deliver package and threatens to return package on Dec 14. FedEx call center reps have done nothing other than read website entries while claiming that delivery is imminent. Within 30 minutes. No one at call center will follow up. Assumed names are used by everyone I spoke to.

      So, FedEx has always been super unreliable but this one takes the cake. A package showed out for delivery on 12.2.22. It was still out for delivery with the same out for delivery date for 4 days. On Tuesday 12.6.22 in the morning it showed Pending, by Tuesday afternoon it showed delivered on Friday 12.2.22 at 1:40 pm and that the front door signed for it. I called and started a case and the girl was confused because there were no GPS coordinated from when it was scanned at delivery. I check the tracking the next day and now it says that no signature was required. They then had the audacity to email me at tell me that the package was delivered correctly. The kicker is that it was being delivered to my place of work and we are here from 9am to 5pm, so I would have saw the driver when he brought it in. This company is a joke, they won't even take responsibility for their mistake.

      FedEX charged me 700 dollars for 10 kg package including dry ice. It has been a week without delivery. FedEX representatives have been telling different things, keeping me wait over phone over ***** min without returning calls, and denying providing clear answers. Last Friday, a representative promised me that she will send an email with the link for the custom clearance but there has been no email from FedEX. The international FedEX department is a joke- they don't have a supervisor that I can talk to, they said. FedEX monopoly should end. They rip you off without being responsible and the representatives are rude and supercilious.

      This delivery company is a joke. They have sat on my package in ********** ** for 4 days and have not delivered it. I live 45 minutes from the hub and my package still says pending delivery

      Worst company ever, I don't even know where to start. First, there is no customer service with a live person, only online, phone, or text robots regurgitating generic responses over and over. I never received my package, so contacted FedEx and told them. They responded by saying that the missing package case is closed because the delivery person marked it as being delivered in the Fedex database. Four months later my neighbor dropped the box off at my house and said he found it in the field next door. The package was destroyed. Another time I was supposed to receive packages from FedEx but their tracking said they were delivered. I searched for a day and eventually found them IN MY NEIGHBORS GARBAGE CAN. A third time I left a message with FedEx to deliver the package to me IN PERSON so it wouldn't get lost. The delivery man gave me the package while clouds of pot smoke were coming out of his mouth. So in the end, I tell anyone and everyone NOT to use Fedex, it's ***********************..

      Paid for overnight express from ********** to ********. Arrived in ******** and was put on a truck for delivery. ****** claimed my address didn't exist. Still waiting. 5 day overnight express. I understand it's the holiday season and FedEx had hired extra help but they should do more training before sending out new drivers. Have lost hundreds of dollars in business because a driver couldn't take the time or energy to get my package to me. Worst delivery ever.

      Fedex ***** so bad now! Now they have stooped to leaving my packages tied to my mailbox out on the highway! Im pretty sure there is zero good intentions there by that s***** driver!

      FedEx did not deliver two packages to us. The first was delivered to a neighbor. We received it a week later. The second is unknown. The picture taken where they left it was not our house. FedEx will not do anything to resolve the missing package.
